387. Statement of Star Marks

The two of them say nothing and walk north on Boulevard.

The road of the earthly city of Cardafstovaux was divided into sidewalks and driveways, but cars rarely passed. Neither is asphalt, cobblestone. Two shadows pass over the heated white stone. The street trees planted at equal intervals were here from the very beginning when the city of Kardafstvaux was formed, all of them widening their branches greatly and giving peace to the people on the road.

Shops along the boulevard normally resume business when they can no longer see people heading to the crime scene for rescue.

Through the boulevard lined with old buildings, a small shop with a home entered a series of shopping districts. Dinner shoppers, eight hundred fish shops, and grocery stores are busy.

"It's peaceful, as if what you just said was a mistake."

"Or maybe you're confident you won't let terrorists get in this far"

The spelldoctor Septentorio pointed to the cobblestone under his feet. If you look closely, something like a letter is carved. Seeing that Farkill noticed, the spelldoctor Septentorio explained as he walked.

"All the roads until we got here were also [exorcised] [fireproof] [earthquake-resistant] and [leap] excluded. There were a lot more protections in the building, and there were a couple of properties that were going to be a little fortified."

"So if you run into the building, you'll be fine, right?

"Probably. So, gentlemen, you're going to be calm"

Farkill was impressed with whether the spelldoctor was walking with such attention to such a part. Wizard... that's a former military doctor too. Naturally, Farkill is not the same place to wear your eyes.

... Besides, if you're a Kirkurist fundamentalist, you can't walk down a path full of spells like this.

Farkill enters the sidewalk and heads to the residential area.

By the time we reached the old man's house where the old lady Silva was based, the stretched shadows soothed the heat.

"I can't take it, just the place..."

"Right. Mr. Silva seems to be away."

The surrounding houses started to light up, but the windows in this house are still dark. Is the old man awake or asleep? Silva said she was going to look after him a few times a day, so I guess it's okay, but after hearing there was terrorism, I got a little worried.

"Oh, boy, what's wrong?

Farkil turned around as a ghost. When I was with Silva, I was a neighbor's aunt who had seen me face to face several times.

"Hello... Doctor, I could have you here, Grandma, but I haven't been home yet, and I don't know what I'm saying today, and I don't know what to do..."

"Oh..."

My aunt shook her head feeling sorry for her. The curse doctor talks to each other.

"It's too late today, and we'll do it again. From what I've heard, it's not a symptom like having a separate article right now."

"They said there was a terrorist attack at the bus stop earlier. It's noisy, that's good."

They looked at each other in the aunt's story.

"Oh, didn't you know? A truck exploded at a bus stop on the bridge. The building was safe, but there were quite a few people injured by fragments and stuff, and it seemed like a lot of trouble."

"Are those people okay now?

"Yep. It seems the only person who died was the truck driver. You're an island guy who always delivers luggage, so you got mixed up in luggage loaded on the mainland. I'm sorry."

"They terrorize even during the war."

Her aunt turned her attention south of the city to the voice Farkill squeezed out of the back of her throat.

Even from here, I can see the beauty of a huge suspension bridge shining at sunset. The entrance clouds stain the sea and bring evening to the lake directly below. Bug-eating bats dance beneath a group of birds returning to the river. Low buildings and private houses stain the same color as clouds, and cicadas ring in blue and lush street trees. The smell of dinner drifted in the wind.

It's an incredibly calm landscape to see a bloody incident at the end of that bridge.

"For those people, I don't know what we are, we're not going inside the Arthurians. And watch out for the curse doctor."

My aunt grabbed her shoulder and went back into the house.

Farkill took the tablet terminal out of the bag and activated the browser.

Open the site of the FM station on the island of Lanterna. At the top of the front page, the headline of the bomb attack appeared in a large font. I pointed the charger at the sunset and stepped on the link.

A spelldoctor stands next to Farkill and peeks at the screen.

The text gives an overview of the incident and the audio tells the details.

A truck exploded today, around 3: 50 p.m., at the South Vieetfi Bridge Rotary on a patrol bus. The driver who was unloading the load was killed and five people in the vicinity were seriously injured.

A few minutes later, the luggage left on the carrier caused a second explosion, but no casualties were caused by this. The wounded are under the care of a spelldoctor and all are healed. No damage has been reported to surrounding buildings.

The Kirkurist fundamentalist group Star Mark (Servant) has released an offensive statement on its website that "Until we burn down the nest of wicked wizards that leads with Nemoralis, we will not cease to flame the Judgment".

As of 6 p.m., there has been no announcement from the Artel government regarding the incident.

"... let's go home"

Shoulder slapped by the spelldoctor Septentorio, Farkill had his curse broken. Serve the terminal in a cursory bag and walk to the city's north gate.

The stars blinked the most, and the dark blue book came down.

Because the people of the lake are together, the gatekeeper goes through the north gate without saying anything. The spelldoctor Septentorio cast a [leap] spell by joining hands with Farkill.
