It's all one flower.

736. Beginning of treatment

Manager Leno, struggling, managed to finish filling out the questionnaire. Give it to the receptionist and wait for the order.

The people who were called the numbers went to the back room one after the other, but new patients came and the number of waiting rooms didn't change much. The bench is not full, but somewhat busy and restless.

Manager Leno says reluctantly.

"Oh, um... Thank you, Mr. Awellana, for earlier"

"No... sorry I can't say it properly either"

"No, no... Um, until the treatment is over... uh, can I have you stay by my side until I get settled in the hospital room?

"Yeah, I'm gonna stay, so don't worry about it."

My brothers and sisters at the bakery thanked me with a horrible face and the pharmacist (dull) Awellana felt sorry for me.

... I should have told you when I settled in the hospital room about going looking for my brothers.

The order finally came around when the sun began to tilt. The three of us help each other through the white corridor and enter the room taught at the reception. The nurses received the package and placed it on the wall.

"Elantis, you're in terrible shape."

Elantis nodded strangely when the curse doctor (Ju), whose green hair was mixed with white, confirmed his name in an inquiry form and called out.

"But again, I'm gonna be able to run, so I'm gonna have a little more patience."

The elderly spelldoctor wore a school badge (today) instead of a [blue one-wing].

... worst of all, you don't have to stick around to get them to grow.

The pharmacist (dull) Awellana appeased, but the two were staring at a different badge than the spelldoctor Septentorio with a hard look.

A nurse took Elantis' coat off and put him to sleep on the table beside him.

Manager Leno takes his sister's shoes out of her luggage. The spelldoctor returned his shoes and socks to the manager of Leno and hung the [Condolence (and Bald Eagle)] school spell on his tattooed little leg with a special ink.

Elantis meticulously looks at what happens ahead from his ankle. Manager Leno took my sister's hand and whispered encouragement.

The curse doctor, who has completed the ankle exam, says in mild condition.

"Yeah. Well, [Condolent vulture] But for once, you can't protect the human body."

"Are you stuck?

Leno Store Manager listens with momentum.

"Stick around to stick around, but whatever, it's been a while since I came off. Well, I want you to see it for the 10th."

"But it sticks, doesn't it?

"That's okay. But skin blemishes stay for years, and getting rid of this spell tattoo is not a bit painful... can you stand it?

At the end of the day he was turned to his face and Elantis snorted firmly.

An elderly spelldoctor alternates between the patient's brother and the pharmacist (dull) Awellana to explain.

"To some extent, he's draining blood, but the blood left in the thin blood vessels is solidifying. First, remove blood clots through clean brine"

The curse doctor continued his explanation waiting for the three of them to snort.

"Then divide his blood and put it in a [viable] pot... well, if it's about the strength of this girl, the amputation area will recover in about four days, so don't connect it after that."

The pot of pottery, sloppily lined on the shelf beside it, is surprisingly painted with spells of powerful words. It's an expensive spell that Agate Hospital didn't have.

... the cut part is already dead, isn't it?

The butcher's technique only spared him from becoming a seedling bed for rot and demons.

Pharmacist Awellana took a gentle peek at Elantis and manager Leno. Are you two aware of that or not, holding your breath and waiting for the spelldoctor to explain it?

"If you're in the hospital, your attendant can join you in the hospital room."

The nurse encouraged Elantis to say it was okay because it wasn't drenched.

"After the amputation site recovers, I take a tattoo before I connect it, but when [anesthesia] doesn't work on the pain for some reason,"

"Huh?

Elantis and manager Leno raised their voices at the same time.

"Hang [anesthesia] first, then cut both junction surfaces a bit. This doesn't hurt. So, it only hurts when you peel off the tattoo area, but it heals all together soon with [suture] and [healing water] technique, well, it only hurts for a little while"

The spelldoctor let him close one eye pretending to pick just a little something with his fingers, but Elantis is going to cry now.

"Until we can all connect and move our nerves and thin blood vessels... well... if it's Elantis' strength, three or four days..."

"Does it take that long..."

Manager Leno groans in disgust.

Elantis bit his lower lip and turned his moist eyes from the table to his brother and the spelldoctor.

"We're not losing ahead of ourselves, so that's all we need. I'll stick around shortly after it runs out, but whatever, it's been a while. However, if this range is to be [regenerated], it will take a month."

"Brother, I'm fine. I'm gonna keep everyone waiting, but you're gonna find out."

"No, it's nothing, I'm not a wacko complaining that it's too late, and that... it hurts to grow and connect..."

"He was about to explain it."

The spelldoctor laughs bitterly.

The pharmacist (dull) Awellana knew very well the anxiety of the brothers and sisters of the bakery and the feeling of the spelldoctor, and nodded at both and gently held Elantis' hand.

"It's okay. Because the curse doctor will make it right."

"Ugh... yeah"

Elantis nodded anxiously and looked up at the curse doctor.

"During the day, I dare you to put up with the pain in order to regain your senses. It still hurts, doesn't it?

The spelldoctor pretended to make it as if Elantis' toes existed.

"Around here... my cousin has a sore cousin because the pain is burning from the first presence on my head and when I get injured. After so much time as to forget this pain, it's going to take more time to stick around, and I'm not going to have to rehab it for months until it's back on track."

"So should it hurt?

Elantis alternates between the curse doctor and the pharmacist Awellana with a complex face.

"That's right. My head hasn't forgotten about my legs, and I haven't given up on what I don't have, so my spiritual bond heals quickly."

"Does pain get better faster?

"That's right. That's smart. The days of rehab are short. I won't do anything during the day, but I'll give you medicine so you can sleep properly at night."

Elantis snorts.

"If the pain was so intense that the pain meds didn't even work, I'd let you sleep in surgery, so don't put up with it at night, and if it hurts, you say it hurts. Like?"

"Yes."

The spelldoctor smiled and nodded at the patient's mysterious reply, continuing to explain.

"Besides, this time irrelevant, the technique of [regeneration] hurts as much as the tip of a newly stretched nerve cries even in a large adult. It's still better than that."

"Is that also... [anesthesia] not working?

"Oh, because the part that plays back after the surgery is done is not covered. We have to do something with the surgery, and we have to keep casting spells at 46: 00 without breathing. They can handle it with nerve blocks if they're treating science, but there's no anesthesiologist here."

Bakery brothers and sisters lost their words.

... That's right. Magic isn't omnipotent, and science is. You can use both to make up for it well, but Lacrimaris is a magical country.

The pharmacist (dull) Awellana was sneaking out (sighs).

The Kingdom of Lacrimalis incorporates only a little scientific civilization for pilgrims from foreign countries, but magical civilization is central to the life of the people in general.

I don't know what's going on in the mainland of the Artel Republic, but I don't think Kirkuls will use magic, so it would be a fling of scientific civilization. Supported by the Federation of Barbatum and the Banksian Republic, which has its denominational headquarters, they rapidly pushed for reconstruction and the development of science after half a century of civil unrest. I'm sure it's close to the cutting edge to see from how Farkill is doing.

After half a century of civil unrest, the Nemoralis Republic began to walk as a two-wheeled country using both magic and science, but both are halfway there. Private Agate hospitals did not have advanced and expensive curses like [pots of activation], and anesthesiologists, all of whom studied at foreign medical universities at private expense, were only there to count with one hand.

Thoughtful, if I could use both the magical power of Lacrimaris and the power of Artel's science, I wouldn't have to feel that pain.

... but you can't help it if you don't have something. Now, I just want to thank you for the cure.

Did the brothers and sisters at the bakery think the same thing, changed their expression? The spelldoctor pulls his jaw satisfactorily at how the two are doing and continues to explain.

"As I said earlier, connective surgery is after leg activation... four days if things go well. Slightly cut off both connecting surfaces and stick together with the procedure. Hang [anesthesia] during surgery, of course (of course). Until then, don't like or dislike it. Eat well, and build strength."

"Yes!"

In a bright reply from a severely ill pediatric patient, a hospitable air spread to the office.

Elantis was taken to the hospital room in a wheelchair after the blood was collected.

A nurse gives Leno the manager a thin booklet that says he's going to be admitted.

"The men's and women's toilets will each be on the other end of the building. Please don't go into the ladies' room because there's a paramedic inside."

"Yes."

Manager Leno replied with a cramped face. Elantis turns around and laughs.

"Then dinner starts at 6: 00 to 7: 30 and breakfast starts at 7: 30 to 9: 00. It's a regular meal, so the place is here. Please come and get it during this time."

Elantis listens terribly.

"What if... what if he sleeps?

"Maybe I skipped breakfast?

Manager Leno looks at the hospital diagram in the booklet and says:

"The clerk will be here to wake you up before you clean up."

The nurse chuckled and placed a water drain and a white ceramic mug on a small table by the bed.

Hand over the bag of medicine to the manager of Leno to explain.

It's painkillers and sleeping pills.

"Yes, thank you"

"There are two types of powder mixed in one package. Please let him drink before he goes to bed. If it doesn't work after an hour, ring this bell."

The nurse asked him to hand over a silver bell connected by a thin chain to the bed fence.

"There's no sound in the hospital room, but I'll be right there because the bell I'll be paired with rings in the clock"

"... Yes"

Bell, whose bakery brothers and sisters look strange, has a powerful word engraved firmly. It was also at Agate Hospital. Remembering a workplace that would have burned down in an air raid, the pharmacist (dull) Awellana had chest pains.

"The lights out time is nine o'clock. Those around you will hang a cover on the [light] table. Please take it off and stay up late, and get some sleep."

When the nurse left the room, Awellana also took her luggage.

"I'll have you stay at the temple assembly tonight."

"Didn't you say it was full?

"You can sleep on the floor for a night or so."

Respond with a smile to manager Leno.

Previously, nights have been revealed in parks, burns, ruins, etc. It would be superior if it could be protected on the temple grounds and allowed to rest in an unbroken building.

"Well, Elantis, take your medicine properly, even if it's bitter"

"Ugh, yeah. Good luck."

"Thank you, Mr. Awellana"

Pharmacist (dull) Awellana broke up with her bakery brothers and sisters smiling and waving.
