The first thing he learned about these experimented pokemons are called Shadow Pokemons and to his surprise, the underworld is not the ones who created them, it was another evil organization but Julio doesn't seem to know anything about them other than them being supported and funded by the underworld.

Julian also learned about the Shadow Volcanion and why it was different from the Shadow Snorlax, the reason why Julio couldn't control it is that it was a failed experiment, whoever are the ones behind these shadow pokemons captured the Volcanion and experimented on it to turn it into a shadow pokemon but they miserably failed.

Those people were successfully able to turn a normal pokemon into a shadow pokemon and they wanted to upgrade and turn mythical and second-rate legendary pokemon into shadow pokemons and Volcanion was their first try at it.

And with the miserable failure that took place with the experiment, they gave the Volcanion to the underworld, the underworld then gave the uncontrollable Shadow Volcanion to Julio so he can use it as a distraction for his escape if he somehow finds himself cornered by people he cannot defeat.

The underworld had warned Julio to not use this Volcanion in a pokemon battle but this idiot went and did it anyway, causing the destruction of the grand stadium.

But that was all, he couldn't find anything else that would help him turn the Volcanion back to its normal state. Julian wants to find a way and help the pokemon who is clearly in so much pain, through the rage and barbaric nature, Julian could see the pain in Volcanion's eyes and he wants to get rid of it.

Julian wanted to know more about this organization that is behind the creation of Shadow Pokemons but he couldn't find anything, he wasted his time trying to visit Julio and learn things from him, at least he got some information and got to fuck a beautiful girl.

Now that he knows everything from Julio, he focused on the memory of Lysandre. As he started to go through the memories of Lysandre he was pleasantly surprised by what he found in Lysandre's mind.

What information he couldn't get from Julio's memory, he got it from Lysandre, Lysandre knew the existence of this organization and what they are called, this organization's name is Cipher but Lysandre has no idea where they are situation but he knows what they are up to.

He knew about their existence as the whole underworld is talking about them and Lysandre was once a part of the Underworld as well so he heard a lot about them from his connections, he also learned about their project is the shadow project, this organization called Cipher are turning normal pokemons into shadow pokemons, turning pokemons with consciousness to mindless weapons for use

Since Lysandre didn't share any ideology with them, he didn't believe in their cause but he kept an eye on them because he considered them a threat, with his connections, he found out that Cipher wanted to turn mythical and second rate legendary pokemons into shadow pokemons but they miserably failed.

Lysandre found out that after their failure with Volcanion they tried to turn a Celebi and a Shaymin into shadow pokemons but they once again faced failure, Cipher realized that they need to figure out how to turn these strong legendary pokemons into shadow pokemon and for that they need to do more experiments but they need specimens that are stronger than a normal pokemon but is weaker than second rate legendary pokemon

Pseudo legendary pokemons are also out of options because they are as strong as these legendary pokemons.

But they did give it a try, they captured a powerful Goodra and tried to turn it but failed miserably, seeing no success, they tried to turn a young pseudo legendary pokemons that have not reached maturity yet or are just juveniles, but during the process, they killed all their specimens.

This forced Cipher to only focus on fully matured pokemons as young pokemons exposed to these experiments just die.

All these setbacks caused Cipher to look for other options and Lysandre found what they are planning to do, Cipher's target is Aloha, a region made of four natural islands and one artificial one.

The reason they have their eyes set on Aloha is because of the special pokemons that live there called Totem Pokemons, these pokemons are pokemons of the normal species but because of the geography, they grow exceptionally big and are way more powerful compared to pokemons of the same age and species.

These Totem Pokemons are the perfect specimens for Cipher to experiment on and gradually move on legendary pokemons.

After going through everything from Lysandre's memories, Julian frowned. The methods that Cipher used were cruel and something Julian despised, his eyes turned cold as he decided to obliterate Cipher and remove it from the face of this planet.

Since Lysandre has no idea where their base is, Julian will have to figure it out himself, and to do that he needs to go to Alola.

He has already decided, he will go to Alola, hunt down Cipher and then get rid of them.
