Journey Towards Greatness

As soon as Julian sent out his Aegislash and Charizard, team Cipher panicked and quickly sent out their pokemons as well.

Now that the whole den is filled with all kinds of pokemon ready to pounce any moment, the atmosphere got very tense, but neither side moved. It is a standstill.

"You idiots, what are you doing/ we outnumber him, capture him!" The leader who spoke gave his order. Following his orders, all the pokemons that seem to number at least a hundred sent out their attacks at Charizard and Aegislash.

Both Aegislash and Charizard then responded appropriately. They flared up their aura and blasted their own powerful moves at their opposition.

Charizard puffed his chest and blasted Flamethrower nonstop at the incoming attacks, every attack that it came in contact with exploded and the pokemons that decided to charge towards it trying to use a physical move got burnt with its power, taking out multiple pokemons with it.

Aegislash started spinning extremely fast and shot multiple Air Slash at the incoming attack and he isn't showing any sign of stopping.

Multiple blades made of air cut through anything that they came in contact with and hit the pokemon that used it. Within seconds, there were more than 30 pokemons that were knocked out cold by Aegislash, proving once again the monster that he is.

With the rate Aegislash is growing, he will soon outgrow even the pokemons Julian caught in Kanto and rival them in pure strength and power. None of Julian's other pokemons could claim to do so other than Aegislash.

Except for Crystal, well Crystal is a special case, so Julian never bothered to compare it with his other pokemons.

Speaking of Crystal, the little troublemaker woke up after hearing the chaos that is taking place. It poked its little head out and saw Aegislash and Charizard having all the fun.

Crystal got excited as it wanted to play as well, so it shot out of Julian's pocket and flew into the air while meowing excitedly.

Julian saw this and couldn't shake his head. He wanted to call back Crystal but seeing the little fellow was so excited; he decided to let it do its thing.

Crystal went high up in the air and raised both its arms up in the air.

Julian "Aegislash, Charizard, back away"

Julian warned his other pokemons so that they don't get caught in the crossfire between Crystal and its helpless playmates.

Dark thunderclouds suddenly appeared below the roof of the den, covering the lights that Cipher installed to light up the den. This caused the whole den to dim down and the only time they could clearly see anything clearly is when lightning crackled inside the thunderclouds.

Every Cipher member lifted their head to look up at the thunderclouds and they couldn't help but shudder in fear. Some of their legs went weak and some of them couldn't even stand up as fear overwhelmed them.

Then it happened. After a few more crackles of lighting, numerous thick bolts of lighting started to rain down on every pokemon that is still standing or at least trying to stand while shuddering in fear.

Every bolt of lighting is as powerful as the move Thunder. It just got upgraded by Julian's Electivire and was copied by his Crystal.

The whole den flashed white and even Julian couldn't see anything, but a flash and thunderous ear-splitting sound followed right behind it when everything cleared up and Julian could see clearly. Everything in front of him was ruined.

Every pokemon and its trainer were out cold, with their hairs burnt and their skin filled with multiple wounds. Julian could even smell the burnt scent lingering in the air.

Crystal, who just ended everything in one go, looked down at its result with a smile but then was disappointed because none of them were standing, so it returned to Julian's pocket and went to sleep.

Julian just stood there with Aegislash and Charizard, looking at the carnage Crystal left behind for them to deal with.

Julian sighed and didn't bother to speak with Crystal, as these bastards deserved it.

Julian "Spread out and round up the ones who are hiding"

He instructed Charizard and Aegislash and made his way toward the giant crystal, radiating an immense amount of Z-energy.

He then examined the massive crystal which is radiating a dim red glow and he could sense the fire energy coming from it. He could also tell that this crystal is the source of power for the totem Incineroar that he had caught outside.

As he was studying the crystal, Charizard flew in with a cipher member in his hand and dropped him right in front of Julian.

The man yelped in pain as he crashed hard against the hard ground and looked up at Julian with fear. He saw how this man's pokemon wiped out their whole fleet within seconds, making the masked man look like a devil in his eyes.

Julian "What's your rank?"

Julian asked.

The man might be scared, but he is smart enough to know that if he doesn't answer, he will be fucked. He valued his life more than anything. Fuck the organization. He wanted to live.

"I am in charge h... here"

He answered.

Julian "Good, tell me everything you know or I am going to force it out of your head, and trust me, you will suffer excruciating pain"

Julian said.

The cipher man violently nodded his head, agreeing to answer everything that Julian wants to know.
