Kai was sitting at the top of the military watchtower and looking at the people below him.

"What a peaceful scene it is, but fear can be seen in their eyes," Kai said in a calm tone.

Few days have been passed by since that mansion incident and so far, Kai and Natsumi has killed more than 50 peoples and destroyed many families.

Thus, when the day comes to an end, and the sunsets

No one dares to walk outside, as who knows, whose family or person will be next in the list of Kai.

Kai's name has become a taboo word and no one dares to speak it.

Did Kai felt guilty or sad? No, he doesn't as he knows that the goal he is working, he has to kill and keep killing even if an innocent soul comes in his way.

"Now what shall we do master?" Natsumi asked Kai as she walked near him

Kai looked at her and then the sky. He pondered for a second and then said "Let's destroy half of the kingdom and other cities, which are outside the kingdom"

"Yes, my master" Natsumi didn't ask anything and agreed her master's word

*whoosh*

Both of them disappeared

And on the same night, a big light came and

*Boooooooooooooooooom*

Half of Cancracia was destroyed just like that

That night, children's cried for their parents, a mother cried for her son, and a man cried for his family.

Everyone lost something, and all of them cursed Kai for it.

Kai walked through the people, as he has changed his face with magic and saw the scene in front of him.

He wasn't smiling or came here to admire the destruction, he just wanted to feel the pain of others, and he wanted to hear the cry of those people who get involved in the explosion even though they were innocent.

Why? No one knows except him himself and Natsumi

A few days have passed

At the kingdom of Sancares, where 3 sisters and Kido is staying

After knowing the incident at Cancracia kingdom, the whole Sancares, was on high alert, and a curfew was announced as it's an all-out war situation right now.

Right now 3 sisters are having a talk with Kido, as to 'how to stop Kai?'

"Let's just go all out and try our best, that's the only thing I think we can do as Natsumi is immortal and has a very high level of mana, so the sneak attack is useless"

Yoshida presented her views to her 2 sisters and Kido

"Really? Do you think we can just go and attack? Haven't you seen that destructive power?" Miyazaki asked in an angry tone to Yoshida

"Yes I have, but what else can we do?" Yoshida asked as she was out of option.

The 2 sisters also wanted to present some views but then it comes down to, "how the hell can we win against that duo?"

Finally, after a long talk, a plan was made to pick the best soldiers and magicians and ambush Kai and Natsumi with the biggest attack they have.

No doubt, they knew that it won't be enough but still it will do some damage

With that in mind, 3 sisters nodded in agreement and were ready to carry out plan but they were stopped by Kido as he took a sip of tea.

In a calm tone, he said "No need to ambush him, as he will come here soon"

"Why do you think, Big brother would come here?" Yoneda asked Kido

With a smiled he said "use your brain girls. Tell me which closest kingdom to Granil is?"

3 sisters were puzzled at this but suddenly Yoshida's eyes lit as she understood something

She said "Cancracia and to that kingdom, it is this kingdom"

"Yes" Kid said to her as he stood up and walked to the window panel behind him and looked at the city in front of him

As he took the sip he said "He may be on his way here, as there are only 2 kingdoms left and all alliance is right now in these 2 kingdoms. One is this Sancares and other is Pranio"

Suddenly, Kido noticed something, a black eagle

"hahaha"

Kido burst out in laughter after seeing the black eagle

The 3 sisters just looked at him and didn't know what to say or do.

Yoshida asked, "Anything funny happened or remembered?��

After stopping his laughter, Kido said "It's better to clean the whole kingdom, as the battle between Kai and that elf girl will begin very soon"

3 sisters didn't understand why he presented his thought of evacuating the whole kingdom but they did understand, something is wrong

"You sensed big brother?" Yoshida asked Kido, as the 2 sisters stared at him

"No, but I did sense Natsumi," Kido said in a serious tone

Sensing Natsumi meant that their Big Brother is also near them, as Natsumi never moves alone unless it is necessary

"I'll go and talk with the king" Yoshida left the room in a hurry

Inside a church-

A man sat in a chair inside a very small room, enough for just one person.

In front of that man, it is a wall or big sheet of white clothe /fabric

"Why are you here my child? Are you here to atone your sins?"

A voice came behind the wall.

The man smiled and said "Yes, I am here to atone my sins, and know if I can still walk the path that I used to walk"
