Alexander sat in meditation and calmed his mind, then, he started to bring the magic present in his body closer to each other. In present time, a magi's core changes to liquid stage on reaching ȧduŀthood or one or two years before or after it but in ancient times, a magi has to effectively evolve his core by condensing the magic present in his body. The reason was that magic is a special form of energy and similar particles repels each other that's why the core is first in gaseous stage but the body can hold only a certain limit of magic and after that the space between magic particles decreases and gradually over the years, the magic core reaches liquid stage. But, in case of ancient magi, they had so much magic that the force of repulsion between the magic particles prevented natural condensation of magic core so they had to, after teaching their peak, actively condense their magic in order to evolve their core.

Alexander who had 40,000 MP , was having a very hard time in condensing his magic. Alexander tried for hours and bȧrėly reached the semi liquid stage but lamented when he realised that his core had already started to revert back to the gaseous stage. It took Alexander 2 days to evolve his magic core from gaseous to liquid stage. His magical power fell down to 4000 MP but his magical capacity was still 40,000 MP. Alexander now once again has to reach the peak of liquid stage. It would take Alexander a few weeks to reach the peak as the magic required would be much greater than before.

Alexander began to practice his control as the increased potency of his magic made it less consuming for him to perform magic so now, Alexander has to decrease his magical output to match his increase in power. Alexander also started to study the books brought in by Li and the ancient spells Alexander had copied with his ability. Alexander didn't need any spells to perform magic but by studying all these spells, he would be able to predict what his opponent is going to cast. Alexander also researched the so called dark arts and spells.

The dark arts and spells were called dark because they were fueled by the intention to do harm. In order to use dark arts, one must be proficient in mind arts especially occlumency as use of dark arts lefts behind a taint on one's magic. There was a ritual to remove this taint from magic but when the ICW banned all the rituals, it also fell out of use. This is the reason that dark lords started emerging more frequently because the taint twists one's personality. It was not that there were no dark lords before banning but they did not emerged too frequently. Alexander was not researching the spells classified as dark by ICW or the various ministries but the true dark arts like necromancy, soul magic, blood magic, etc. Now, it does not mean that these dark arts cannot be used for somewhat good reasons. Necromancy can be used to temporarily resurrect a victim of murder to know of his murderer, soul magic can be used to make the evil spirits and other such beings pass on peacefully, blood magic can be used to combat blood diseases but the problem was that they had very less benovelent uses and wizards have already developed alternatives for them. Most of the people who use them are mad shits hell bent on world domination.

Alexander then started thinking about his invasion plan. The atmosphere of wizarding world was right now not good for newcomers in the field of world domination. The war started by Grindlewald caused death of thousands of wizards and witches, caused never seen before destruction in the wizarding world in recent times and unknown to all caused the already weakening magic to weaken further. The various ministries were on high alert and were cracking down hard on anything that seemed relatively suspicious. The magical creatures were facing immense prosecution as they sided with Grindlewald in the war. Alexander could not understand the minds of wizards because the reason magical creatures like werewolves, vampires, hags, etc. sided with Grindlewald was due to the prosecution faced by them from the wizarding population. Now, that they were even more prosecuted they will jump at the chance of getting back at the wizards when the next dark lord aka. little riddle comes rolling.

Alexander was even more vexed at the stupidity of muggleborns or first generation magi as Alexander liked to call them. They always try to remain in the wizarding world despite the prosecution faced by them. Alexander thought, " The muggleborns can easily earn big in the muggle world. What they require is a convincing sad story, a few compelltion and oblivation charms here and there outside the range of cameras and voila!! you have your loan. Then, open a business, apply a mild compulsion charm to attract customers, a few more charms to convince them to buy from you. Meanwhile, practice your sale speech as you should remove the charms after your business is established. The reason is that you don't know when you can get exposed by fellow jealous muggleborns or other magical creatures roaming the muggle world so you need to remove all the magic related items before you get arrested and thrown in the dementors infested magical prison. When you gather enough funds pay back the loan and after some time buy an elf from the goblins, they are excellent workers who don't want any payment. Then, you are set for life. You can also expand your business in other areas also. You can hire your fellow muggleborns who have some sense left after a few years. The most important thing is that you should never admit that you used magic to establish your business as sheep of the wizarding worlds sees it as taking advantage of poor and defenceless muggles."

Alexander wanted to know the current situation of muggleborns in the current era. Alexander planned to use the muggleborns as his first targets of invasion. The one thing common in nearly all muggleborns is that they don't try to know the laws and norms of the wizarding world. In Hogwarts, they are swamed with ȧssignments and the free time is used to know more about magic or playing. They want to know about magic but not the government that governs them. That's why they can't achieve anything of note in wizarding world.

Alexander wanted to know about the condition of werewolves too. Werewolves were formed when the ancient magi started conducting cross species experiments, they wanted to take the parts of magical beasts and merge them with their bodies. The starting experiments failed horribly and all the test subjects got killed. Then, the magi thought that maybe it was because the test subjects don't have any magic so they kidnapped some weaker magi and conducted experiments on them. The magi showed more adverse reaction and simply exploded. Then, the magi started using non magical animals, one of the test subjects survived and the first of the werewolves was born. Further, tests showed that the change occured when there is a night of full moon as the ritual took place at that time, the change was transferrable to other persons if bitten when transformed and the test subject gained a increase in strength and reflexes in normal state but the thought of losing their mental capabilities for one night and being extremely weakened after the change, didn't appeal to the ancient magi. Like all their previous experiments, they let the test subject go, ancient magi had some screws loose in their heads as they had the tendency of releasing their experiments in the wild.

Alexander wanted to examine a werewolf and see if the effects of the ritual can be reversed or like in some fanfictions, the werewolves can be transformed to wolf animagus or not. Alexander had the perfect target to satisfy his curiousity, the notorious werewolf Fenrir Greyback. He has already started infecting children so Alexander had decided to take the bastard out. Sure, it will change the timeline but he was here to conquer the world not to enjoy it. Alexander also needed a pureblood wizard. Alexander wanted the list of all the muggleborns who have passed out from Hogwarts in the last 20 years, Alexander was going to make them submit to him either by hook or crook. After that, he would move on to other countries. No scratch that, he would move on all the countries at the same time but he has to find some middlemen, cannot declare war until you are ready for it.

Alexander also going to simultaneously look into the muggle world. Alexander had seen enough worlds where the governments of various countries have muggleborns in their employment and they use them to conquer the wizarding world. Alexander was going to start his invasion with non magical side of this world as they are more dangerous as they have comparatively less tendency of burying their heads in the sand and hoping that the trouble passes away. Alexander send his elves to track down the werewolf and send his men to scope out the normal world discretely. Alexander was not varied about his men as he had ordered all the spy agencies of the world to come together and form a single department and also study each other modus operandi and come up with a new plan to train the spies. Moreover, his men were connected to him if anything happens he would come to know. Alexander then thought, " I should send half the elves to investigate the reaction of the goblins after I remove all the curses and bindings on them all."

Alexander had come to know after binding the house elves to him that they had various curses and bindings on them. Curses to make them dimwitted and ugly and bindings on their magic among few other nasty things. Alexander send his king's might through his connection to the elves and willed all the nasty stuff to be removed. Alexander heard numerous pops and the elves appeared before him bowing. Alexander observed the elves new forms. The elves were standing at an average of 4 foot and 5 inches with some crossing the 5 foot mark. They now had normal eyes and slightly pointed ears. They also looked healthy. The elves were looking at him in worship and Alexander got happy at the thought of fanatical magical elven army.

Then, the tallest elf came forward while bowing and said in a voice dripping with blind worship, " MASTER!!! I , Tobby says this on behalf of all of us, we will give our very souls to you. We and our future generations would be eternally loyal to you. Please accept our pledge, master."

Alexander looked towards the rest and saw that they agreed with Tobby's words. Alexander ordered them to study the butlers of the non magical world as they were the elves of the Emperor of The Fortis Empire and they should act like according to their station. Alexander also ordered them to bring Greyback to him alive and also to scope out the goblins. The elves nodded with fanatical expressions and after taking his permission, vanished from their places. Alexander read their minds and came to know that they used similar method as him. Alexander now had the thought of training these elves as ȧssassins and butlers both. Alexander was pretty excited to see his elves in action.
