Kingly Adventures

Alexander entered the portal and arrived at his kingdom. Alexander shifted to the secret room which held the fire of civilization in his palace. Alexander put his hand on the pillar and willed his conquered land in the Harry Potter world to permanently connect with his kingdom. Alexander saw the three continents merging together in his mind to form a single land mass which then connected with his kingdom by a golden bridge. The landmass had not connected in reality but they had now become a part of his kingdom and no one can take it away even if a single subject of the conquered land is alive. This is a defensive mechanism granted by the universal laws governing the kings when they conquer land which is at a higher level than their kingdom.

This mechanism is good enough only when the opposing force is not willing to kill off all the subjects but Alexander knew that the inhabitants of this plane of existence are not kind enough to spare anyone. Alexander had seen powerful entities destroying entire multiverses in a fit of rage, killing a few trillion people would not even register in their minds. But still, it was a useful defense mechanism.

Now, that the kingdom is connected, the fire of civilization can now grant the subjects the ability to use magic and also knowledge about the world. Alexander limited the knowledge up to the Owls level as he also wanted to conduct exams in order to know in which field his subjects specialize. It is good to be master of one field of knowledge then having incomplete knowledge of many fields. Also, magic was introduced in the kingdom so Alexander planned to have all the buildings in his kingdom to have some defensive wards and to be magically re-enforced. Alexander wanted to put the whole secret chamber under Fidelus with Tobby being the secret keeper as everyone would expect Alexander to be the one. Tobby would always remain in the chamber guarding it.

Alexander was going to change the secret keepers every 2 weeks. Alexander also planned to forbide the use of fidelus charm without his permission in his kingdom. Alexander had a big goal, he wanted to put his whole kingdom under the fidelus charm but the amount of power required would be too much to bear. Alexander thought, " In cultivation worlds, there are formations which can create independent worlds. May be combing these formations and the fidielus charm may result in something extraordinary. But first let's focus on this world."

Alexander also planned to create dark elves from the criminals he had captured from his conquered worlds. These dark elves would have only one purpose which would be to guard the fire of civilization and fight any invaders of his kingdom. As they were murderers, Alexander had no problem in sacrificing them. Alexander first have to research on how to make the dark elves not attack his subjects. Alexander thought, " May be like the connection the terracotta army has with my subjects, the dark elves can also have this. This matter is not that urgent but I would order the scientists to study this."

Alexander felt his subjects access the fire of civilization and gain the ability to use magic and also the knowledge. Gaining the knowledge doesn't mean that you have completely understood it and mastered it. It would take some time before his subjects would reach the level of a capable owl student. Alexander planned to have conduct both magical, physical, practical and theory tests in order to efficiently determine the level of his subjects. Alexander did not want his subjects to lose their will to improve so he transferred the knowledge about attunement to the fire of civilization and also his message of working hard and not losing hope. Alexander felt the gratitude his people had towards him and smiled. Alexander also copied the laws governing the Magi and forwarded them to the law department of the kingdom in order to study them and formulate their own laws. Alexander also ordered his subjects to only use magic for practicing the knowledge received by them as he did not want any accidents to occur.

Alexander also ordered his subjects to not advance beyond the gaseous stage and gave the construction department order to construct ritual buildings throughout the kingdom so that his subjects could conduct rituals safely. Alexander also planned to conquer the primitive versions of Harry Potter world in order to overcome the shortage of magical plants and animals.

Alexander relayed some more of his ideas to all the respective departments and tasked them to find the way to implement them or research a better way to do it. Alexander reentered the Harry Potter world and wrote a letter to Charles Potter and gave it to Tobby to post. But, Tobby returned and told him that the owl cannot find the potters. So, Alexander decided to send his message in another way which was quite frankly Alexander's favourite thing about the Harry Potter world. Now, Alexander waited for their response.

AT AN UNKNOWN LOCATION:

Charles Potter was sitting in the living room of his safehouse which was now put under the Fiedelus charm by Dorea. Charles was thinking whether his decision to not join the upcoming war was right or not. As Charles was lost in his thoughts, he felt a bright light shine upon his face, Charles looked up and saw that a petronus was standing before him. The patronus was a weird snake like animal with four legs but it excluded a majestic and powerful aura. Charles fell in deep thought about the owner of this patronus and also whether there were any dementors roaming outside which caused someone to cast the patronus charm.

Before Charles could draw any conclusions, he heard a familiar voice that he never wanted to hear in his life, the voice of Alexander Fortis. Charles took out his wand and stood alert then he focused on the direction of voice and listened. Alexander said, " Mr. Potter!!! Mr. Potter!!! There is no need to panic. I could not send a letter to you so I used this brilliant method invented by some bright wizards and witches to send messages by patronus charm. It's truly brilliant idea. Now, to the matter for which this message was send by me. You and your wife wanted to meet me but regretfully I was struck in a family problem. I had promised you that I would send you a letter when I would be free so, here I am. I am ready to attend that extraordinary youth gathering you were talking about, Mr. Potter. But, first I want to know the purpose of this gathering. Let's meet in The Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade village at the time of Hogwarts outing. I always wanted to experience a Hogwarts weekend but unfortunately, I was unable to attend Hogwarts. I hope that you would fulfill this small request of mine. You can decide whatever time at which you want to meet me as I would be at Hogsmeade the whole day. Goodbye Mr. Potter!!!"

Charles took a sigh of relief at not having to face that man. Charles was not afraid of Alexander Fortis but he was worried about Dorea. If anything happens to her, then Charles would never be able to forgive himself. Charles heard someone coming from behind him and turned, only to come face to face with a worried Dorea. Charles just repeated everything about Alexander's message to them and then called a meeting. In few minutes, everyone except Amelia and Alastor were gathered.

Arcturus, " What happened to cause you to arrange such an argent meeting?"

Charles, " Alexander Fortis contacted us."

Leonard, " How? We are under Fidelus. Why did he contact you?"

Dorea, " He send us a patronus which could deliver messages. He wants to meet us at Hogsmeade during the Hogsmeade weekend."

Delia, " Patronus don't deliver messages."

Charles, " His did. He told us that this spell was developed by some brilliant wizards and witches."

Arcturus, " Are you going to meet him?"

Dorea, " Yes!!! This could be our chance to catch him and stop the war before it even starts "

Ophelia, " It would be dangerous."

Charles said in firm voice, " We are ready."

Arcturus, " We would have to inform the ministry and that old coot even if we don't like it. I have not personally experiences his power but even I know that we can't fight him alone. We would be going to need some heavy hitters. We should also decide who would go with you two. I think Amelia and Alastor along with me, should go."

Leonard, " No!!! Amelia and Alastor are not that experienced, I would go with you."

Delia, " Leonard!!! I know you are worried. I am too. But their presence would provide credebility to the story made by Charles and Dorea."

Arcturus, " Don't worry. I ȧssure you nothing would happen. We would come up with proper plans in order to combat any situation."

Charles, " I don't think he would come alone. After we meet him, you would have to mobilize the entire auror department. See if you can rope in Unspeakables too. The meeting would be in three days. We don't have enough time so we should hurry."

Everyone nodded and left the safe house to complete their tasks.
