Konrad's Adventures In The Multiverse.

Time passed with Konrad approaching his fifth birthday. Nothing important happened in those two years other than Konrad achieving the level of air bending required to use the Glider staff. It was an amazing breakthrough because usually this level of proficiency is given to children of eight years up. In truth Konrad achieved this level long ago but the teachers wouldn't give him the glider before he turned five. That's why he was now standing in front of master Gyatso on the day of his fifth birthday about to receive his first glider staff. Lili stood beside him. She also proved to be a prodigy, so she would also receive her staff alongside him.

The two of them stood without movement. The atmosphere was serious and traditional. The receiving of a glider was a ceremony and they had to keep their cool for a while longer. Gyatso made a speech to the people gathered around them, praising Konrad and Lili and announcing their breakthrough to the Sky Soarers level as the youngest air benders in the history of the Southern Air Temple.

Soon enough The two gliders found themselves in the hands of their new owners. Suddenly the thick atmosphere disappeared with Gyatso having a mischievous grin.

""CONGRATULATIONS!!!" A bunch of air benders appeared out of nowhere and dropped a giant cake on the heads of the twins...It was delicious!

Konrad soared through the sky with his glider. It was an amazing feeling that couldn't be compared with anything. The sky was his and he could fly wherever he wanted...Right...

"Gyatsooo!!! Let me fly alone!!! I'm five years old!!!"He shouted to the shadow hiding in the cloud above him.

Suddenly a head sprung out of the bottom of the cloud.

"Ha! Wrong!! It's me Lili hahaha." Said the little girl smugly, then she left the cloud and soared beside him.

"But I'm here too! HAHAHA!! Your not getting away from me this easily Kiddo AHahaha!!" Said Gyatso suddenly appearing from another cloud beside them."

"You guys..." He murmured sighing. 'I just want a chance to check out this mountain! Is it so hard to leave me for five minutes?!...ehehe I Love these people...' He thought.

Konrad woke up on another day. He looked around. Lili was laying on the bed with her arms and leg hanging down from it and a string of saliva falling from her mouth. 'ehehe oh Sis...' He lightly pushed her onto her bed and covered making sure she didn't woke up which wasn't to hard since she's a hard sleeper, and tried to exit the room without making a noise. 'Alright! Lili is sleeping, Gyatso is nowhere to be seen, maybe today is the day I'll check this mountain!' He thought but his excitement soon died down when after running out with his glider, he found himself in front of a group of air benders, Gyatso among them.

"Hey, Konrad! you're finally awake! You were trying to cross the border? Walked right into the imperial ambush..." Said Gyatso cheerfully.

"Wait what?!" Said Konrad completely confused.

"I said, we're going to get you your Sky bison boy! It's finally this day! Did you not wash your ears or are you still asleep?" Asked Gyatso not really angered by Konrad's lack of manners.

*In the gods realm*

A bunch of people was rolling around in laughter...

*back to Konrad*

"Ooo..OH! It's today?! Finally! My own milk factory!!!" Shouted Konrad excitedly.

"Wait a minute...What did you say?" Asked Gyatso.

"I said 'My own Sky Bison' Really Gyatso, You say I'm still asleep when it seems to be you instead, ahaha..." Replied Konrad awkwardly.

Gyatso looked at Konrad suspiciously.

"...Anyway, Jump up, The last person seems to have arrived. We're departing!" He said.

"Ummm is Lili not joining us?" Konrad asked.

"You don't know that woman Air benders doesn't receive Sky Bisons? It's a stupid tradition I know but...well, there would be too many Sky Bisons around to take care of and girls usually prefer To take care of the Bison of their future husband's instead." Gyatso winked to Konrad at the last part. A normal five year old probably wouldn't catch any inside joke but Konrad had to suppress his laughter with great difficulty because he wasn't as innocent as his age indicated. 'Damn you Gyatso! Your ȧduŀt jokes are gonna kill me one day!' He thought when he tripped while trying to mount the Sky Bison because of focusing to much on keeping a straight expression.

Like this everyone were off towards the Eastern Air Temple.

"Alright Kids."Said an Old monk from the Eastern Air Temple. "This is a very important moment. Today You'll chose the Sky bison that will become your life companion. Sky Bisons Are very special as you might know. Just like Dragons wield the fire element as the first fire benders and the badgermoles wield the earth element as the original earth benders, Sky Bisons are considered the first Air Benders and so are our close friends and Family. The Bison You chose today, will be the companion that will stay with you through your entire lives. You will care for him and he will care for you. Now go. We can't let the Little puff balls wait for us right?" "He said ending it with a smile.

The group was guided toward the field where a group of little Sky Bisons stood in line bȧrėly kept in check by a bunch of other air benders. They were surprisingly mobile for the normally calm and slow Sky Bisons. Konrad gaze moved over them and then he turned to the old monk.

"Ano...Do You know which one is a female?" Asked Konrad.

"Umm nope, sorry boy but they can only be distinguished by a direct checkup And we like to leave this part up to you kids. It's always so funny watching the embarased children chekin out Bisons Hahaha!" Laughed the Monk heartily.

'Wow really?... Ehh seems like there's only one way to check it now...' Konrad sighed and went to do the checkups.

"Damn that's BIG..."

Konrad concluded that it was not a female so he went to the next Bison trying to slowly repair his broken confidence.

The third bison didn't make him feel better about his size even one bit so Konrad went for the next one, but this one was also once again approached by another boy so he sighed and went to the fifth.

After lifting its Fur, Konrad didn't find the expected reason for shame but instead there were six quiet accentuated udders! It was a female alright!

Now if someone was curious why wasn't he looking for Appa? The answer is-Why should he? Appa wouldn't give him milk right? Konrad knew that one way or the other he would end up in the future like the gods said, and as a devote believer of The Milk, he wasn't going to risk not drinking it for many years to come! His reasoning was supported by the fact, (completely not made up by the author... completely...shhhh) That the Female Sky Bisons lactate through most of their lives without the need of pregnancy. This is probably because small Bisons are usually taken care of by the entire herd. It's one of the reasons why Sky Bisons are so valued by the Air benders.

As for Appa...Konrad didn't really have any emotional attachment to this concrete Bison. In truth, he didn't even know which one of those was Appa so whatever. He decided to chose this Bison in front of him. He just hope that She would accept him as well.

Konrad patted the fur of the animal. She was really fluffy and Konrad enjoyed the sensation quiet a bit. At some point the Bison started to return the affection by snuggling to his hand like a cat. It was pretty funny and reminded him of Lily. Konrad Gave her an apple that she happily consumed and then licked Konrad on the face affectionately. Konrad felt that she was perfect and he was glad with his choice. He wasn't worried for the Bison who originally would become Appa because some other boy would certainly take good care of him.

*In the gods realm*

"If he only knew how fun can a little gender bender do hahaha"

"Jeez you really had to do that didn't you Puddin'?"

"Shhhh, let's just continue watching haha"

"Not until you promise to never play with the gender bender gun again Darling. Azazel called me through the number you left in place of his gun and said it was already gone for three weeks! couldn't you at least make a copy? You're a god for goodness sake!"

"...I see you point eheheh.. Alright no more gender bender, it was fun but I also don't really like gender bender stories so- *Snap* Here. It's where it was supposed to be."

"And let it stay there! I have enough on my head without calls from different dimmensions!

"...on head?"

the goddess smirked"well mainly in my mouth Darling." She said lowering herself in front of the god.

"Oh Mione! I love you hahaha..."
