Kuro no Senki
Lesson 7: Displaced Persons, Part II
Ah, sleepy, and Chrono closed his eyes and rubbed his eyelid.
I was processing paperwork until late last night, so I'm sleepy.
I just stayed up a little late, and Chrono sighed.
The day after I stayed up late is weird because I have lived a relatively regular life since I came to this world.
Nor can we deny the possibility that monotonous work is amplifying drowsiness.
"One, two, it's not very bitter to sign, but you have to have a quantity. So you should make a seal!
How could I not have realized this! and Chrono was in the mood to make a small leap to his own mind.
In the first place, the paperwork is not meant to be submitted anywhere.
Who would complain because Chrono used his seal?
"Oh, but if it's not kanji, will it be horizontal? If so, the family crest? No, no, I don't care if it's based on an initial... it's good in kanji."
After a paragraph, Chrono slapped his cheek, saying let's go ask Goldie for a favor.
That's when I heard a knock on the door.
After a while, Alyssa opened the office door.
Unlike Chrono, who feels sleepless, Alyssa seems to drive normally.
"Master Chrono, if you'll excuse me. I brought you incense tea and a roster."
Alyssa placed a bunch of incense tea and paper on Chrono's desk.
"Roster?"
"Master Sitter asked me to give him the roster of displaced persons."
"Don't be shy."
When Chrono was impressed, Alyssa smiled small.
"What's so fun?
"Sometimes, because Master Chrono looks like a child"
"For example?"
"That's true when you're impressed with something, like you are now, when you're eating. They look very happy, especially when they're eating."
Chrono was in a complicated mood to see me as a child.
Even so, I have gained experience as a lord and have dived through the dead line many times as a soldier.
Chrono leans against his back and glances over the roster.
Alyssa is smiling as she looks at Chrono putting her legs together.
It's like a mother watching over a child.
"I guess a lot of good age is because I don't know how old I am."
"Because few humans are educated."
"I want to build a school soon."
"Isn't the school already built?
"I'm making it, but it's gonna take a little longer."
Chrono moaned as he slammed against his desk.
Last month, Chrono told Kane he would start a school for his men, but it hasn't gone as planned.
"Problem with those who hired you as a teacher?
"My judgment is wrong. It's surprisingly hard to teach. I'm trying to make a school for the people."
Chrono leaned back and looked up at the ceiling.
"Master Chrono, do you have incense tea?
"Yeah, please"
Alyssa poured incense tea into the empty cup.
Chrono took the cup, drank about half the incense tea and exhaled.
"You can't help it if you're in a hurry. Let's clear one problem at a time."
Alyssa nodded quietly.
The sound of hammering echoes today and in the garden of the Marquis Mansion.
After finishing his meal, Chrono peered into the workshop, but there was no sign of Goldie there.
"If you're Captain Goldie Hundred, you're going to dinner."
"Huh?"
When Chrono saw who spoke, a Dwarf woman was sitting in a crate and letting her legs hang out.
Dwarf woman... Paula is a tight participant in the construction of a port in Count Cado territory in order to make Chrono remember his face, and a firm one who has made Chrono promise to invest in craftsmen who are likely to be in the interests of the territory.
"You don't have to make such an unexpected voice. Even Captain Goldie will eat."
"Yes, but thank you."
When it comes to Goldie, I have a working image.
Chrono also realizes that the cause lies with him.
"If you need me, I'll ask?
"No, that's"
The person in charge of the workshop was Goldie, so he ordered it over his head, and Krono caged his mouth.
Paula then smiled cynically as she read Chrono's thoughts.
"All I do is ask for help and tell Captain Goldie Hundred. It's like a message board."
"Then I want you to make this, to Goldie"
Chrono gave Paula a piece of paper.
The paper is an image diagram of the seal painted by Chrono in two or three minutes between jobs.
Paula is strangely tilting her neck because Chrono's painting was too cluttered.
"Seal?"
"Close to that, but this is the guy who pushes on the paperwork"
Ahhh, ahhh, and Paula nodded all the time saying she finally understood.
"I see, what's this pattern?
"That's kanji... if it's used in a far eastern country or not, I'd be happy with the letter"
Complex characters like kanji can't happen accidentally, but it's no surprise that kanji occurs, Krono thought.
"Anything else?
"I'll take care of the materials and decorations"
"It's my last job, I'll tell him right away"
"I'm gonna miss you."
'Cause we didn't have enough contact to be lonely, and we're going to Count Cad's territory.'
Paula waved left and right to deny it.
"Now we are lords of every castle in every country. It was a long, long time."
Paula works with her people to set up the kiln. The investor is Chrono.
The point of the selection, by the way, is that Paula and the others made the actual supplies and that they work as a team.
"I made a lot of pictorial dishes."
"That's what made you money."
"There was a merchant who bought me a picture plate, but there wasn't a merchant who funded it"
Paula pointed her lips dissatisfied.
Apparently, Paula wanted to win the investment in painting plates rather than utility-based ceramics.
"Paula and her plates are well received by the maids of the Marquis."
"... Hi"
He also said it made dishwashing easier, Chrono almost said, but Paula's reaction is one now, so I stopped.
"Well, I'm going to a sanatorium."
"Tell it right"
Paula laughed bitterly.
Chrono dropped his gait in the outdoor lined area.
This area is vibrant.
Elena says she's noisy and she doesn't like it, but Chrono likes the festive atmosphere.
It is also a good place to hear the voices of the people directly.
"... that's why. Am I loved?
"Um, your lord loves you. Push, push, push!
Uh-huh, troubleshooting, Chrono glanced at the corner of the dewstore.
"Oh, Tilia!
"Ku, Chrono! Hey, hey, what are you doing, here!
When Chrono called his name, Tilia looked back in a panic.
Tilia was in an outdoor store with just a line of desks and a crate instead of chairs rather than being suspicious......
"Oh, Marquis Elakis? You meet in an unexpected place?
"Cleric, what are you doing?
"It's a life consultation. It's on the sign, isn't it?
The clergyman answered with a strained chest.
Indeed, the crude sign that hit the board on the stick of the tree said 'life consultation'.
Well, next to it, it may say 'The Painted Black Temple/Marquis Erakis Territorial Outpost' in small.
"Heh, what was Tilia talking about?
"Mmm, that's"
When Chrono asked, Tilia bowed shyly and folded her thighs and thighs together.
"Uhm, this girl seems anxious to know if she is loved by the Lord"
"Well, I promised you I wouldn't tell anyone!
"Were you?
The cleric didn't look bad at all when Tilia yelled at him.
"Yeah, actually, it is. Chrono, do you love me?
"I love you, baby."
Huh? and Tilia gave a look like a pigeon even ate a bean cannon.
"Oh, well, do you?
"I love Tilia as much as I do."
Tilia put her arms together and leaned her neck wonderfully.
"Oh well."
Tilia doesn't even seem to be full.
"So will you be nice next time?
Tilia seems embarrassed and bright red to her ears.
Perhaps' next 'must mean' next night's games'.
"Say no."
"No! Why not? I guess you love me, don't you?
When Chrono refused, Tilia stuffed herself into Chrono.
"... Tilia. He kept his mouth shut, but I feel sad."
"Now! By and large, you..."
"Wait, Tilia"
Chrono took control of Tilia by hand trying to punch her grievances.
"I think sadists have three preferences. The first is the type who likes to wield violence and the second is the type who enjoys the other person's reaction"
Yeah? And Tilia leaned her neck wonderfully.
"And the last type to imagine how they feel"
"What's wrong with that?
"Tilia inherits the noblest blood in the Kepheus Empire. I'm sure he was raised dearly as a princess. Besides, she's a beauty on both martial arts. I'm sorry to scorn Tilia for her efforts, but I don't think she's ever had much trouble studying or swordsmanship."
"Well, yeah."
Tilia nodded vaguely.
"Tilia, give me your ear"
"Okay."
Tilia turned her right ear to Chrono.
"I'm sure Tilia..."
Chrono whispered in Tilia's ear.
Tilia's cheek stains Zhu.
It's not just the cheeks, it's red to the ears.
"Ghaaaaaa!
"Whew!"
Tilia exclaimed and bounced back with great momentum.
"Oh, my God, you were, oh, my God, thinking about that!
Tilia suppressed one ear and shook herself with a mess.
"This, outer road!
"Thanks"
"I didn't praise you!
"Well, let's just say that"
Chrono lowered his back to the crate.
"What happened to the money to open the dewstore?
"Look, did you say fay or something? Donate to him."
"Faye doesn't look very confident, though."
But I wonder if that happens, Krono thought.
Faye is a user of divine authority, and it's no wonder he's thankful to God for helping him.
I mean, I just need God's help, I'm not faithful, I'm ungrateful.
"Kukuk, if you don't make a donation, you're gonna be unhappy."
"What are you doing to people's men!
Chrono shouted at the evil grinning cleric.
"It's not his fault he's fooled."
"That's a cheater's dialogue!
"Wouldn't it be nice not to be so angry? Okay. If I make money from this job, I'll give it back to Faye properly."
"Well, then"
Chrono caught the spear even as he felt something inseparable.
"But does this job make money?
"You're rude. How many times have I heard you say that?
The clergyman just said it was out-of-heart.
"There's an unexpected demand. What kind of consultation did you get?
"'Sister, how many? Talk to him."
"That's not consultation!
"Marquis Elakis, the people who have been calling out to the eagle are trying to fill their hearts by holding a woman. Fill the missing heart. Isn't that the work of a cleric, too?
"I know it makes sense, but my territory is off-limits to street prostitution."
As Chrono glanced, the clergyman clasped his shoulders so that he could play.
"Don't stare at me with such a scary face. Nothing like what the Lord imagined will happen. I don't know what to say, we don't have to negotiate prices."
"What I had imagined was about to happen!
"Don't be so impatient. I told you we didn't fold in the price negotiations."
The clergyman took control of the chrono he tried to get up with his hands.
"I told him that if he donated the temple, he could leave it to himself. But!"
"Overall, I'm loaded with penetration points, what's next?
As Chrono urged ahead, the cleric nodded to Eagle Deep.
"Are you crazy? said and spit on the ground"
The cleric covered his face with both hands and dropped.
"You're crazy, or not really! I don't care what you did to me!
The cleric called out in tears.
"No, if you ask me to build a temple in person for the first time. Mostly, there's a market for things."
"The market? How much would your lord give you?
"What about a lord breaking the law?
"I'm not asking you to buy me a eagle! I want to know my worth as a woman!
Well, if that's the case, and Krono stared at the cleric.
The clergyman's chest is swinging smaller than Tyria's, but the exposure is more than the general's.
The exposure to the legs as well as the chest is particularly high.
"I don't think you need it very much."
"Not necessary? You don't need me, do you, kid?
The clergyman opened his eyes to his surprise.
"Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah."
"Look, I have big breasts, and I'm not getting old!
The clergyman put his arms together to emphasize his chest and appealed to Chrono for his value as a woman.
Even if the clergyman is immortal, I'm not immortal.
"Kukuk, if you want, I will give you immortality. What do you say?"
The cleric set a meaningful gaze on Chrono.
"I don't need it. You know, there's going to be a pitfall."
"There's no greed."
The cleric smiled lonely.
"Well, a joke, a joke. You can't give me immortality."
"Huh."
Immortality is impossible. But Crono thought he could be close to it, but he didn't say it.
"I think I've stayed a little too long."
"If you're going to Dino's, I'm coming with you."
When Chrono rose, so did the cleric.
When Chrono entered the Sanctuary with the clergyman, the Sanctuary was wrapped in the same tranquility as yesterday.
Given that there are more than fifty users, it's unnatural tranquility.
That's what it would be, I think Chrono.
The elves have fled the Kingdom of Holy Argo.
Fatigue would be considerable, and there would be mistrust of humans.
You can't make a scene like that.
What about Mr. Theon? and Chrono looked around.
The interior of the Sanatorium is divided by boards to protect privacy.
It's about a manga coffee booth, but the outlook is poor.
"Master Chrono?
It was quicker for Theon to find Chrono.
"Mr. Theon, what about Dino?
"I think he's recovering better than yesterday, but he better not talk too long"
When Chrono asked, Theon replied sorry.
"I'm not staying long."
"Come here."
Theon spearheaded Chrono and led him to Dino.
Dino's bed is the deepest.
Dino turned to see Chrono and tried to wake up his body.
"No, it's fine as it is"
Chrono lowered his hips to the chair, which was near the bed.
"How can I thank you for only seeing us once?"
"You don't have to be scared because you have a heart."
"... right"
A gloomy light dwells in Dino's eyes.
"I don't mean to give you a woman."
"Oh well"
Dino clearly looked horrible.
'Cause it doesn't even mean give me a man.'
"Oh, oh."
When Chrono pressed caution, Dino looked clearly bewildered.
Apparently, Chrono has dug a grave.
"Marquis Elakis, what do you expect from us?
"Is it the workforce? Because I was about to expand my paper shop business. Naturally, I'll pay you."
"I think that's a great suggestion. But let me talk to my people a little bit."
"... ok"
I can't stand the look on Dino's face.
It's bad to rush, and Chrono stood up.
When Chrono was dropped off by Zion and went outside the Sanctuary, the cleric had a mean grin.
"If you have something to say, I want you to say it."
"I was shaken."
Krono ignored the cleric and walked out.
"You're hurting me plain!
"Anything else you want to say?
"What do you think Marquis Elakis thinks Dino is thinking?
The cleric, as always, has a mean grin.
I just laugh when I say I know the answer.
"... anxiety, fear"
"Um, no mistake."
The clergyman put his arms together great.
"Dino is anxious to take the Lord's suggestion."
Chrono tilted his neck without understanding what the cleric was trying to say.
"Dino is a gatherer, so you thought about the pros and cons of being sweet in the Lord's favor."
The clergyman looked up to heaven not to mention that he did not understand.
"What is given by favor is lost at the same time as it loses favor. I'm not saying your Lord looks like a flat-handed man. Normally, that's what I think. There are other things that go hand in hand with the original people."
"The combination, well, I guess there is"
"In order for the rest of us to be accepted, we need to show our surroundings that it is in the Lord's service."
Thinking about Mr. Minot's family and Tony and the others, the clergyman's opinion feels right.
"You convinced?
"To the extent that I think I lacked that perspective,"
I won't live long with Dada.
The clergyman defied his chest and swelled his nostrils with skill.
"Conversely, do you mean that even idiots would be smarter if they lived longer?
"How can you say the opposite! This is the place to be honest!
The cleric ran into Chrono.
"I feel like I should keep my fried feet."
"You don't have to!
"No, I need it. It's as important as where to take it without taking it here. Now, if you miss this time, you won't be able to take your frying feet off."
"No, no, no, no, no, no. You should be impressed here, right? Now, if you miss this time, you won't be impressed?
"If you're a great cleric, you'll have every opportunity to explore it. So I think we should take fried feet here"
"Oh, really? But even though he lives long, neither is he God himself. There must be a limit to how many times I can impress the Lord. So I'm honestly impressed here."
"Does that mean you don't have a lot of opportunities to impress me? Shit, I can't really use it."
"Seriously, you can't use it, you're hurting me!
"'Cause I lived long enough to wear it to the point of penetration"
"All the denial of the life that the eagle walked with solitude! I was wondering if you'd look for a good place to go before you deny it all! See, there is, right? You got a lot of good places for me, too, don't you?
"The clergyman likes Nori."
"Live long on Dada...... Ha!
"Conversely, if Nori is bad, he will live longer"
"Endless! Is there no end to our conversation?
"Oh, I'm done."
"Hmm?
The clergyman put his gaze around.
That's the outdoor area... where the clergyman's shop is located.
"But you may not need a cleric"
"Me, the role of Master Krono, it's not helping." (KYU)
"It's Helpful, I Wanna Make You Think" (KYU, KYU.)
"That's not true, both of you. You guys are helping. Confident."
There Tilia was on a consultation with Shilo and Hylo.
Tilia's life consultation seems to be well received, with several guests lined up behind Shilo and Hylo.
"The store will be taken over by a gap that takes my eyes off!
The sorrowful cry of the cleric echoed.
Under the moonlight, the cleric is drinking wine on a cloth laid on the ground.
White throat moves up and down.
That's all I find oddly glossy.
As a matter of course, if the glass is emptied, the throat movement stops.
The glass moved away from my lips.
The wet lips give a feeling of colour that makes them feel crisp.
Tiroli and tongue out, licking her lips. Perhaps,
It shouldn't have been an act of great significance to the clergyman, but Chrono...,
"Nha! Good wine!
"Ruined."
Chrono whined sideways at the cleric wiping his mouth.
Gloss and colored incense disappeared the moment the cleric exhaled.
Now in front of Chrono is a cheerful drunk.
"Will your lord drink with you?
"I have work to do tomorrow, so I won't drink it. By the way, where does that wine come from?
"In the basement here."
Chrono sighed.
"Cleric, can you get drunk?
"I can get drunk. Well, you can't get drunk, and if you're careful, you can't get drunk."
"You're too drunk."
The cleric poured wine into the glass.
"With that said... why didn't your Lord say you didn't need immortality?
"Uh-huh, well, for various reasons, I don't have a positive personality enough to enjoy immortality..."
I feel like I'm going to manage the first hundred years or so, but Chrono isn't sure I'll enjoy the next hundred years.
"No?"
"Because the clergyman doesn't look like he's having fun"
The next moment Krono pointed out, the clergyman became faceless.
But the cleric immediately smiled and stirred up the wine.
"Well, it's not much fun. The friendly people die faster than the eagles. It used to be... good."
The clergyman supported the glass with both hands and groaned in a potpourri.
"I feel like it was all a pain in the ass, but when I was fighting as a cleric soldier, I was the fullest."
Wasn't it all bad? and Chrono stared at the cleric.
Then the clergyman shook his head weakly as he saw through Chrono's chest.
"I've been called a hero, but at some point, I couldn't see what I wanted to protect."
Corner, it would be because Chrono thinks that even though he has just the power to be called a hero, he is an ordinary man.
The clergyman drowned his head without power.
Are you shivering small because you are in tears?
"... Cleric"
The clergyman stays on his knees even as Chrono calls him.
Cleric, and Chrono called again.
"Because I know the clergyman is checking on me with a glass."
"Chip, you should be in love at times like this."
"If you're in love, Cleric, the end is confirmed."
A landmine woman, Krono said, a little away from the clergyman.
Besides, the cleric is not an interpersonal/anti-tank mine, it's a nuclear mine.
"Do you have a man somewhere to share his destiny with me?"
"That fate is too heavy."
Chrono dropped his shoulder.
The next day, Chrono worked in the office to process documents.
"Oh, work will progress"
Chrono pressed his seal against the impromptu stamping table and stamped the document.
The stamping table is an ink dripping onto a cloth placed on a small plate.
"Dwarf artisans don't do a good job."
Chrono stared inadvertently at the seal.
The seal material is wood.
Few decorations, looks like chess pawns.
Chrono is satisfied with the completeness of the seal.
I am a little happy to be able to use my name in different worlds...... Kumitsu Kurono.
"Master Chrono, excuse me."
The sound of a knock on the door sounds and Alyssa enters the room.
Chrono was expecting Alyssa to bring incense tea, but Alyssa was palm.
"Master Chrono, there's Mr. Scion."
"Did I promise you something?
"Master Chrono is with a protected elf, do you refuse?
"No, I'm coming."
Chrono put his seal in the box and stood up.
"What about Mr. Theon and the others?
"We'll be waiting for you in the reception room."
"Alyssa's nice."
Chrono left the office behind.
As Chrono entered the reception room, Theon floated his hips trying to get up off the couch.
"Oh, you can keep it that way."
Chrono sat on the couch and stared at Dino.
Thanks to enough rest, Dino's complexion is better than yesterday's.
"Have you decided how to shake yourself?
"... oh"
Theon stares worryingly at Dino.
From the look on his face, Zion doesn't seem to be positive about Dino and the others' decision.
"I'm pioneering a coma forest, Master Theon told me."
"Yeah, so?
Chrono narrowed his eyes and asked in a low voice.
It's an act to intimidate.
If this puts Dino under barometric pressure, he's not ready.
"I want you to help me develop the forest."
"That's a lot of manpower. Pioneering is hard work. And I think the elves are inferior to Minotaurs and Lizardmans in terms of efficiency."
Dino clenched his fist to indulge in anger.
"If you are inefficient and inferior, work long enough to make up for it. If that's not enough, hunt and earn food. No more annoyance."
"If the sick and dead continue to work long hours, that's all that annoys me. Dino, the terms I offered you weren't so bad. What are you unhappy about?
"I'm not dissatisfied"
Dino said looking to Chrono.
"Why do you want to work under bad conditions?
"We want to get our place on our own. It's not just enduring. It's not just given. I want something to be proud of for the next generation. I want the fact that I won something of that."
I wonder if this is also a ritual of passage, Krono sighed.
"Okay. I respect Dino's determination."
"... thank you"
Dino drowned his head deeply.
"One more thing, I'd like to ask you"
"Well, say it"
Dino got his place right.
"There are about ten young elves. I want you to use these ten men as soldiers."
"You can't hire private soldiers."
"I know. I also hear about this country's system."
Krono grinned bitterly that you meant pulling through after becoming an Imperial Army soldier.
Chrono when he became lord couldn't have intervened in the soldier's personnel.
Not now.
Well, it's not that Chrono has influence over the military bureau, it's a level where he knows people who might do something about it.
"Well, well, nice to meet you"
"Oh."
Chrono exchanged hands with Dino.
