One day, during a chat with Lisa, Alice suddenly said something like that.

"In the current environment, first of all, if you don't get your attention with a catchy title (title), you'll be buried right away. Well, I think fundamental structural reforms are part of what we need to do before then, when it comes to too little possibility of later recovery."

If you compare "charcoal-grilled" to not sticking to "hamburger" or "steak" or something balls, do you feel that it somehow looks tastier with it?

More specifically, from the word 'charcoal-grilled', it seems quite “refreshing” there. If you are a citizen of Shizuoka Prefecture, you will surely associate a "hamburger" as big as "Kinkotsu".

Well, even if the price and taste haven't changed to that, just devising a name can greatly increase your appetite for customers. Basics would be a good way to add cooking methods and texture characteristics. No difficulty and considerable repercussions are also expected.

"And then there's" exclusive "or something, right?"

As an applied edition, some hands appeal to the product in the form of 'limited number of meals' or 'limited time'. Well, the premise is that the quality is certain.

This is not limited to the food and beverage industry, but the term 'exclusive' has a terrible magic power to strongly appeal to all young and old. Sometimes even things you weren't originally very interested in, but if you were told that was a precious limited edition, you'd look more attractive than you actually are, and your wallet hippo would loosen up.

It would be smart to narrow down to as many as three points to appeal to. I mean, it's forbidden to overdo anything. I have no other intention.

Though I said again next time...... I guess I wasn't so enthusiastic about this matter from the start, in fact, just waving it as a story of chatter.
