The next day Su Lian called Stephanie over. She told her that she would leave for China and asked if she wanted to come along. Stephanie had agreed right away.

She felt that her biggest regret in life was letting her daughters leave without her. Not only has she not seen them in over two decades, one of them had died mysteriously. This time she wouldn't make the same mistake again.

Three days later at the board meeting, it was decided that Su Lian would go to China after two weeks and spend about one year there, a maximum of two years if the need should arise. Alice and Jane threw her a big going away party, they cried and promised to keep in touch.

Two weeks later, a party of five arrived at the JFK International airport in New York. Su Lian, her son, Stephanie, Ryan, her assistant and Bella, her secretary all dragged their luggage along. They boarded the company's private jet and landed in Beijing twelve hours later.

Su Yichen was fast asleep in his mother's arms. They checked into a nearby hotel for the night while their luggage was sent to the residence provided by the company. Su Lian was given a villa where she would live with her son and grandmother. Her assistant and secretary were both given two bedroom condos. They would move into their residence after they have rested from the long flight.

Su Lian who was sharing a room with her son tucked him into bed and brought out her laptop to start working.

Jim Silva had left a very big mess and a lot of their partners and investors have begun to pull out. The electronics department was in the process of creating a new device Bright Electronics which is a subsidiary company under the Han Group.

Su Lian did some research and found out that Han Group was the largest corporation in Asia. The Ceo was just in name, he hasn't been involved in any of the company's operations for the past seven years. He passed it on to his son who brought the company to a higher realm. The position of CEO will be passed on to him most definitely and he is currently the third richest man worldwide.

Han Yuan...

Su Lian read out his name with a complicated look in her eyes. Was it...

No, the Han Yuan she knew was a painter, not a CEO or the richest man in China.

She shook her head and sent an email requesting a meeting to discuss restarting their recently terminated partnership.

"Mr. Han, Infinity Corp has sent their managing director to be the interim President. She has just arrived in China and requests to have a meeting with you."

Han Yuan raised an eyebrow after hearing his assistant, Guo Chen's report.

He was open to renegotiation. The co-operation that they had with Infinity Corp was mutually beneficial. They only withdrew because of the corruption scandal with the previous President.

"Set one up."
