Legendary Shadow

Chapter 137 - The Beginning And The End

Liam wanted to ask who Abigail's master was but was interrupted by Abigail, who tried to kiss him. Liam stopped her and said, "It's been too long, and I honestly still have trust issues with you, so it will be better if, in the future, I got to know you more before we pressed toward any kind of relationship." Abigail was shocked by this but respected Liam's decision, and she backed off. Just when she was about to ask if she could spend the night with him.

Liam started giving her directions to get out of the cave, Abigail was shocked and thought, "Wow, this guy doesn't want to be around me anymore." She wondered if she really messed things up with Liam but then shook it off because he said he wanted a relationship, but it would have to be later on. She thanked him for his guidance but then told him that she would be resting here for the night. Liam nodded his head as he said he was just about to go to sleep anyway. So, they both made their camps and went to rest for the night.

That night Abigail's body was hot and missing Liam. Knowing that Liam was right next to her camp, she missed him as she started playing with herself to comfort her needs. Liam, on the other hand, had no such thoughts as he slept soundly through the night. After a few hours, they both woke up and said their goodbyes to each other and went their separate ways. Abigail was a little sad that Liam was acting cold towards her, but she understood that she had lied to him in the past, so it will take some time to gain his trust again.

After leaving Mount Mortal, Abigail arrived in Ecruteak City and went straight to the Burning Tower. She had a meeting with a secret organization there. This organization was on par with the league, and maybe even more reliable since they had a base in every region. They were the ones that were in charge of all the other criminal organizations and black markets in the underground, but they were more sophisticated than that.

Even Giovanni worked under them, and that's why Giovanni wanted Mewtwo so severely.

If he had gotten Mewtwo, he could crush the organization and take them over as he had been under their thumb for a long time. But he had failed thanks to Liam and was no more, leaving a spot open for Kanto and Johto regions. The organization did not have anybody to lead, hence why they got in contact with Abigail since they once saw her with Giovanni.

They could not locate any of the other leaders within Kanto and Johto since Liam destroyed them all, so Abigail was the next big thing, and seeing that she was also strong and possessed a keystone, they approached her with the intentions of making her the next Giovanni. Abigail had no clue what she was getting into as she only got the message to meet up with a specific person, so she decided to take that chance and see what was going on for this secret organization called themselves the beginning and the end.

They even had a secret symbol each time they met one another. They would make a fist, put their right arm on the c.h.e.s.t with a pound before continuing the regular conversations.

After resting for a day, Abigail went to the burning Tower to meet up with this secret organization. When she got there, she was surprised by how terrible the place looked. As she arrived, she saw a figure standing in the corner.

She approached him and asked, "Are you the one from the organization that contacted me?" The man nodded and said, "Giovanni is gone, and we need somebody to step up and take his spot." Abigail was shocked by this, and she said, "I'm not into doing criminal activities." The man nodded and said, "You don't have to. We just need somebody strong to take his place. You can do as you please until you're given further orders. Otherwise, you will be on standby, and you have no choice but to comply. We know who your other family members are, and they will not be spared."

Abigail was shocked by this as she started to get angry. She brought out her Alakazam and said, "You will not threaten me, and my sisters are strong enough to take care of themselves." When the man saw Alakazam, he smirked as he also took out his poke ball and summoned a Sawk, a fighting type Pokémon from the Unova region. Abigail took out a Pokedex and checked out the Pokémon because she had never seen that before. When the Pokedex gave her information saying that it was from the Unova region and was a level 250, she was shocked. She grudgingly backed down and said, "I'm no match for you." She was quite depressed as the man smirked and returned his Pokémon.

Abigail then asked the man why he was in this region. He then said, "I came to look for you and take you back with me. I'll train you for a few months, and then I'll gather some children to assist you in building up the organization of your choice. You can either do good or bad. We don't care, but when we call for you, you better be there."

Abigail said no more as she was powerless. Her strongest Pokémon was just above level 100, so she definitely could not go toe-to-toe with him. The man laughed and said, "This is good. The trainers out in these regions are so weak. You will get crushed under my master, so compose yourself and submit, and everything will go well for you."
