Little Purple

Chapter 110

Ch 109: His two sides

The mist that appeared because of the energy leakage slowly dispersed. Showing the beautiful monster who was standing right in the middle of it.

Tall and lean body. Dark and unfathomable eyes with a touch of coldness mixed in. his jade skin and long dark eyelashes made him looked even more surreal. The mysterious monster that stood in the twilight, between light and dark, day and night. Sometimes as warm as the sunshine, sometimes as cold as the dark side of the moon.

The small Jin Lan had always used oversized clothes. Because of that, when he grew big, his clothes always fit. He picked up the girl who was laying on the floor. "Zi.". His voice was deeper than before.

He looked to the cliff where the herb was; determining the direction he needed to go.

He shifted his body. With force, he leaped.

Just by one leap, he managed to send dust everywhere. The leap was very strong because, in that body condition, he could freely use his qi. "It felt like ages since." He sighed. He jumped between the bamboo trees faster and faster.

The hog that was left behind, begin to feel a bit of a dilemma. That cursed prince was scary but he still wanted to exact his revenge.

After thinking very hard, he felt that his pride was more important. He wouldn't be an alpha if he ran away now! He thought.

The bald hog gulped. He turned to the direction where Jin Lan went and ran after him.

Jin Lan leaped and climbed the hill to the cliff with Hu Zi on his arm. She was still closing her eyes. Worried that she might have lost consciousness, he prayed that he would be able to get that grass on time.

He remembered that there was a grass on the way to the top. The grass color was metallic blue when the light from the sun hit its leaves. The mystic blue grass was a very rare herb, it was a rare herb that could cure many types of poison. It was also famous for being a grass that could increase a pregnant woman's health.

Little did he know that he wasn't the only one looking for it.

---

Meng Ru looked to the direction of the forest below. He felt like something was drawing near. Wondering what it was, spun his body to the other way. He was about to go and check it, but was stopped.

"Your Highness," Murong called. He kneeled in front of Meng Ru. His hands facing upward. "This servant found the grass."

The mystic blue grass looked like any other grass, the only difference was that it became blue when they illuminated it. The light from the moon illuminated the forest and made it easier for Murong to search for the mystic blue grass.

"Good work." Meng Ru smirked as he took the grass from Murong's hands. "An orange berry and a mystic blue grass. We have the things we need."

The orange berry was for Murong. Hu Cheng Se's stab last time destroyed a bit of his core qi. The material that made the fish-shaped hairpin wasn't ordinary and he felt that, as days passed by, his body had been weakening.

Murong was Meng Ru's right hand man. Although he was merciless toward others, he took care of Murong well. He knew that he would lose a lot if Murong's qi was disabled. They had been looking for an antidote everywhere for more than a year and was only able to find it now. Because of the broken qi core, right now Murong couldn't fight.

"Well, then, let's go back to the capital city, Meng Zu, immedia—" Meng Ru cut his words. He looked to the back. "Well, well…"

There stood the blue clothed man. Eyes glaring at Meng Ru.

"It seems that we have an uninvited guest." Meng Ru smirked.
