  I went to see a doctor today, and I didn’t get home until after six in the afternoon.

  It cannot be updated today.

  If I put it in the past, I would stay up late to update, but now I really dare not.

  Last year, I coded too hard, stayed up late, sat for a long time, did not exercise, and my body wasted too much. Now the sequelae are coming, and I am sick all over.

  Some book friends advised me to take a long vacation to recuperate.

  But I still want to finish writing this book before self-cultivation. As long as my body can write, I will update it.

   Rest assured, although I write slowly, I will never be unfinished and eunuch.

  If you ask for leave more frequently, it means you are not feeling well, and I hope everyone can understand.

  I also want to update more and make more money.

   But the body really doesn't allow it.
