Terence kept on badgering Julia so she had no choice but to compromise. She pouted at him and said, "Fine. You can bring me food, but you're not allowed to do anything else that might embarrass me. Is that clear?"

He waited until Julia entered the hotel before leaving. His schedule was packed these days, but he managed to squeeze Julia in.

"I came back to H City. How are you doing? Can we get together for a few drinks?" The man on the other end of the line was Barton Xiao. He was a close friend of Simon. When Terence's company was in trouble, Barton made some arrangements to help him make it through.
