"We're family! Don't mention it." Mandy was eager to impress Barton of her prowess as a homemaker, so she put her best foot forward.

She left the room in a hurry, took a shower, and changed into the most flattering silk nightgown she could find in her closet. With a warm glass of milk in hand, she knocked on the door to Barton's room.
