Loving A Heartless Lawyer

Lana had an unexplainable expression all over her face because she had mixed emotions.

"Choose a movie first and leave all these baseless talks." Liam instructed with a serious face.

'Is he for real? Why is he always challenging me?' Lana inwardly complained. If she retracted her hand at that moment, would it mean that she was feeling something?

'And what the heck would she feel? Heart fluttering! From where is Liam enriching his vocabulary nowadays?' Lana's hypocrisy was on active mode again, and she was well aware of it.

Lana helplessly looked at the screen to look for movies instead of creating a scene and debating with him. Her hand was warm, and she did not mind holding his hand either like that.
