After hearing the name of that Sect, the Head Master still doesn't have any ripples on her face and she merely nodded her head

"Deep Freeze Sect is from a Realm much stronger than Escardon Realm. I can give you the coordinates but if you want to go there, not to mention saving Kence, you wouldn't even last a single day. Besides, you need to be at least a Rank 4 Mage"

Despite the Deep Freeze Sect apparently being stronger than the Escardon Realm, the manner in which the Head Master spoke of that realm was too casual. It's as if that Realm is nothing in her eyes at all

Still, inside her, the Head Master was still shocked. As the seed of the Ice Phoenix, Kence really had great luck

If he was sent into another type of realm, he might lose his life. But since he is sent into Deep Freeze Sect, he has a high chance of surviving considering how special he is

"T-Take me there! Take me there now!" Calter hysterically shouted. No matter how dangerous it is, he won't want to waste any time to save the love of his life

The deep anger and insanity spreading in his body were too much for him to handle already. He needs to see Kence as soon as possible or else, he would lose his mind

"I can't send you there but I can assure you that Kence is still alive" in the Head Master's hand, a diamond shape ice crystal appeared

The crystal gave off an aura extremely familiar to Calter and he unconsciously raises his hand to touch it as if trying to reach the only light in such a dark place

"This ice crystal is connected to Kence. As long as this crystal is safe and complete, he is safe. But if this crystal shatters, that means he is dead"

The ice crystal flew down and Calter desperately caught it with his shaking hands. The familiar aura of Kence soothes him a bit but it was far from being enough

Until now, Calter's thoughts were still swirling violently. He doesn't know what to do anymore

His mind was filled with thoughts of possible things that might happen to Kence and all of them are extremely negative

It comes to the point that he starts hating the Head Master itself

"W-why?! Why are you not sending me to him and why are you preventing me from killing these bastards?!"

The darkness that Calter summoned earlier once again spreads. His bloodshot eyes were filled with overwhelming anger. Today was the day that he gained the largest amount of anger in his life

His whole body was shaking violently and his internal energy was in disarray. His soul itself was tearing apart from the pain in his heart

However, no matter how powerful Calter is, in front of the Head Master's power he is still nothing

"I can't tell you that but... Kence is your lover. You should be the one responsible to save him. If you can't even save him with your weak power, are you even worthy of his love?"

Each and every word of the Head Master felt like sharp blades that were cutting small pieces of Calter's whole being

Yeah... everything comes down to strength again. If not for how weak he is, Kence wouldn't even be in danger

Kence sacrifices himself for him because he is too weak. Calter's spirit broke down while he kneels on the ground

A mouthful of blood that came straight from his heart escapes on his mouth. How can he be so weak? If not for him, Kence wouldn't be in danger

"If you want to save your lover, become a Rank 4 Mage as soon as possible. Only then would I be able to help you meet him"

"And unfortunately I can let you kill Kier nor Halli. If you all want to kill each other, do it outside this realm. Even if any of you become a Rank 4 Mage, trust me, none of you can defeat me"

With that, the Head Master sent the three away before her emotion gush out

The Head Master releases a tired sigh while looking at the sky. "Things would only get uglier starting from now"

"The seed of the heavens are powerful but they don't have something that Calter has. Hatred is a powerful driving force. Calter would surely grow far stronger than the two of them combined"

"Is this going to be the darkness's victory? Or would the heavens turn the tides of the war?"

As soon as Calter was back at the Magic Tower, Noom and Krad were already informed of what happened

Noom's mind instantly broke down. He wants to help his master so badly but what can he do?

He is weak! Too weak! Even if he wants to help, there is nothing he can do

Noom instantly shed rivers of tears. His whole body felt so heavy and powerless

Even Krad that was hugging him does not help him that much

Kence is a very important person for Noom. He is his master that he vowed to serve for the rest of his life

Now that his master was suddenly sent into an unknown world where the threat of death was always present, how can he take it?

"Noom.... please calm down. Everything will be okay... we will all become a Rank 4 mage soon and we will rescue your Master" Krad said to try to comfort Noom

However, it was completely ineffective. A Rank 4 Mage? Noom doesn't even want to use his power at all

Could it be he would be stuck and remain as a Rank 3 mage while Krad and Calter reach the 4th Rank?

How can that be? Noom is unwilling for that to happen but.... could he beat his fear of fire?

Can Noom wield fire magic again?

While lost in his thought, Noom looks at his palms. C-could he really help save his master if he uses fire magic?

But while Noom is still unsure of himself, another huge wave of fear suddenly filled every cell in his body

Noom originally thought that he was only afraid of fire because of his childhood days where he was completely abused

But the more time that passed, the more he is proven wrong

This deep sense of fear comes from his soul itself. It was like it can remember something that Noom can't

His soul trembled the more Noom thought about using fire magic

No! Fire is a scary thing! It will burn and hurt anyone including the people that Noom loves and care for

Noom can never use fire magic again. He can't use it or else he will hurt everyone!

This deep sense of fear causes Noom to lose control of his power. With him as the center, a huge wave of fire spreads rapidly

The stream of fire was so powerful that it threw Krad's body far away from him. The poor man even got severely burned by the fire but Krad didn't utter a single moan of pain

He was afraid that Noom would have more emotional trauma after he got hurt because of fire again

But even without Krad showing that he is in pain, Noom was still filled with self-blaming

"N-no! G-get away from me!!" Noom shouted desperately with tears in his eyes. He can clearly see Krad being hurt by his power

In fear, Noom sat down on the ground while clutching his head. "N-no... no... p-please... stop!"

Noom did his best to stop the violent fire from spreading but the more he tried, the more fire was released by him

He was just making the situation even worse than before. Why did he even become a fire mage? There were other types of magic out there, why fire?

"N-Noom... c-calm down. D-don't be scared, I-I'm fine. I'm n-not hurt!" Krad reassured him with a smile despite the pain from being burned alive

Krad was even walking closer to Noom, not minding how he was killing himself with this foolish action

Seeing that, the fire that Noom releases just turned hotter and more violent. The smell of charred flesh assaulted his nostrils and Noom shed even more tears

"G-get away from me! Stop! Please stop! Y-you are hurting yourself!"

If this goes on, Krad will really die soon. However, it doesn't matter. For Krad, he needs to save his Noom first. That is the most important thing to do

If Noom was further swallowed by trauma, it might be too late even for Krad to help him

But now, even Krad's vision was blurring. He felt like he will pass out any time soon

The sensation of being burned alive was not a good feeling. In fact, it was extremely painful to bear

Fortunately, it didn't take long before the Head Master arrives. She helps dispersed the raging fire around and as soon as she did that, Krad's burned body starts falling to the ground that makes Noom despair even more
