Icemoon Sword, it is a sword that the Sect Master personally commissioned to create and gave it to Kence

If a Rank 4 Mage wield this sword they would be able to fight toe to toe with mages that were one small realm higher than them

Although Kence can't still use that effect as it required a power that only Rank 4 mages have, the material used to create the sword was still exceptional

Even a Noble Mage will die if they were stabbed by it. Well, that is the premise that Kence would be able to stab his enemy

With graceful movements, Kence looks as if he floated towards Hans while wielding his sword

Everyone thought that Kence would be thrown in the air after the two clashed but that didn't happen

An icy shockwave spreads around but aside from that, the two mages that should have a large disparity in power were at a stalemate

The sword and staff were grinding each other. Hans should have overpowered Kence already but it doesn't happen

"Impossible!" Hans can't help but mutter out loud. With face red in shame, the suppression brought by the domain bore down in Kence's body

However, to his astonishment, the icy energies were completely docile in front of Kence. They didn't harm it all

When Hans looks at Kence, he saw the man's eyes were completely different than normal

It was transformed into two icy moons. Looking at such eyes, Hans felt that his blood and soul would freeze which was completely absurd

The soul of a Noble Mage was many times stronger compared to a Grand Knight. It was yet another reason why Nobles are far stronger

The two broke their stalemate and with the power of his domain, Hans filled the space with ice

The speed in which he manipulated mana was too fast and the whole domain was practically filled with sharp ice

The whole domain is part of Hans' power and he can control it as easily as breathing

Despite the numerous ice shards, a figure clad in blue robes danced beautifully. Everywhere his sword dances, ice shards would surely be smashed into pieces

Kence drew an enchanting blue trail as his figure flickered here and there to casually destroy all the ice shards

Despite moving at such a fast speed, Kence's face was still completely cold. He doesn't look tired or flushed at all

With his pride once again provoke, Hans uses magic that has enough power to destroy a whole mountain

His long staff glowed with an icy blue light and he swung it in the air

A thin and condensed blade of icy energy traveled at a fast speed. It was an attack that is not large but if it hits the target and exploded, it can definitely shatter a whole mountain into smithereens

After all, Noble Mages can easily destroy a whole mountain. It was not surprising that Hans' magic would have such power

However, Kence didn't even use his Icemoon Sword. Instead, he stretched out his arm as if he planned on catching the condensed blade of icy energy with his bare hands

Such action was considered reckless in the eyes of other people. Their mouths can't help but drop to the ground

They can only hope that the Sect Master, a Venerated Mage King would move and save Kence

They might be dissatisfied with the treatment Kence had received but it is not to the point that they want him to die

However, the Sect Master was completely calm and she didn't show any sign of movement

Indeed, Kence doesn't need her help. As soon as the condensed icy energies encountered Kence's hand, the explosion that people were anticipating didn't appear

Grand Knights don't know if their bodies would burst or get frozen if they were the ones that received such a powerful explosion

It causes even the air to tremble due to how powerful it was

The fog hindered the Grand Knights' visibility and they anticipated the result. Although it was Hans that was mostly affected by the explosion, he is still a Noble Mage. He should be safe

What they were curious about was Kence's condition. Even if he did manage to send back Hans' attack, could he be left unscathed after such explosions? The people around doubt that
