Thanks to Calter's shock, he didn't how to react. The fire inside him burned fiercely. This situation was only in his imagination for the past two years. Now that he finally kisses Kence again, he turned into a solid statue

Kence sense that Calter was not kissing him back and he wondered what is wrong. Kence's little mind thought that maybe a simple kiss is not enough

After all, in the past, whenever Calter kisses him, this man would also do 'more'

Perhaps, Kence needs to do those kinds of things too

As a result, a wave of power swept Calter's body and before he can realize what is happening, he was already thrown in the bed with Kence on top of him

When Calter opened his eyes, Kence's enchanting blue eyes were the first things that he had seen

The man is on top while looking at him with no expression on his face

Although Kence completely look indifferent just like his usual self, Calter can still sense a faint emotion in those icy blue eyes

That gave Calter some reassurance. Although Kence was still cold, at least there were some ripples of emotions in his eyes

Thus, this makes Calter extremely curious at the things that happened to Kence for him to become like this

Calter was about to open his mouth when some strands of Kence's hair fall into his face

Kence then uses his long slender fingers that seem to be created by God himself to brush his hair

It gave off a seductive air despite the lack of expression on his face

"Kence..." Calter called out, he was about to ask Kence about his experience in this realm when the young man lowered his head

A pair of plump and slightly cold lips kisses Calter's lips. Although Kence's lips were cold, the fire inside Calter helps in changing that

Calter feels as if millions of fireworks were set inside him. A simple kiss alone was enough to make his body burning with desire

However, it was not only Kence's body that Calter wants. He genuine likes Kence himself

Calter loves this intimate act but he was still worried for his man

Thus, Calter tried to push Kence away from his body first. However, Kence was unwilling and he even deepened the kiss causing Calter's eyes to darken

Calter's rationality is on the brink of crumbling down but he still desperately held into it

After some time, Calter finally breaks free from Kence's clutches. He catches his breath first as Kence's kiss took all of his breath away

He badly wants to do more but his reason told him that this is not the right time. They just met after two whole years, Calter needs to understand the situation first

The past two years also honed Calter's mind and he is not as childish as before

If not for his great desire to be with Kence again, he would recklessly enter this realm

Calter realizes that it's not enough that Kence is with him. He also needs the power to keep his lover safe

Currently, Calter is still a little sheep in front of the Deep Freeze Sect. Thus, he wants to understand the whole situation before planning things

As for Kence, his eyes hold an expression of loss

In his memories, Calter is not the type of person that has 'self-control'

If he asks Kence for a kiss, it certainly wouldn't end with just a simple kiss. That guy would take advantage of him

Thus, Kence was completely at loss. His mind went blank as if someone dropped a big bomb on him

However, his face was completely stoic and his emotions weren't shown that much

After Calter recovered some senses, he saw Kence staring at empty space and that makes him crease his forehead

"What happened, are you all right?" Calter asked worriedly and he even wraps his arm on Kence's shoulder before he immediately took it back

Despite Kence's clothes, Calter can still feel how soft his body was. Even just a simple touch like that was enough to make Calter feel as if his whole body was burning with desire again

Thus, Calter immediately withdraws his arm as he can't afford to lose control and 'embrace' Kence for the whole night

Too bad that it makes Kence feel even more at loss. Why does Calter act as if he has some sort of plague that can be transferred with a simple touch?

Another layer of Kence's frozen emotions melts as he felt annoyed at Calter

"Let's talk again later" Kence said and he stood up from the bed

Calter was immediately alarmed and he was about to pull Kence back to him when his hands stop a few inches away from the man

Calter can't do it. He's afraid of losing himself to lust if he touches any part of Kence's body

It can't be helped. Not only were they separated for 2 years, Kence's features even matured a lot causing Calter's lust for him to grow

"No! Stay here with me, I'll never let you go!" Calter shouted after retracting his hand

However, him pulling back his hand just makes Kence even more dissatisfied

"I need to return" Kence simply said and Calter thought that he meant the Deep Freeze Sect

Although Calter really planned on storming into the Deep Freeze Sect if he doesn't have a choice, he still knows how weak he is

Now that he saw Kence again, Calter is afraid of endangering his man's life if he forces him to stay here

"Are you going back to the Sect?" Calter asked

Kence didn't really know where he should go. He just felt dissatisfied with Calter's actions. His instincts want him to run away so that Calter will run after him

Thus, Kence simply nodded his head at that

"I understand but please see me again soon. I'll stay in this inn, I'll always be waiting for you" Calter said sincerely

Kence "..."

Why are things not going according to how Calter would normally react based on Kence's memories?

While feeling helpless, Kence can only nod his head and went out of the room. His mind wanted Calter to stop him but the man didn't do that

In fact, Calter didn't even see him off. The man just stayed inside the room as if he doesn't care where Kence goes

But of course, that is not entirely the case. Calter was just afraid that he wouldn't be able to stop himself from dragging Kence back if he sees him off

Thus, he stayed inside the room but it causes yet another misunderstanding

With a heavy heart, Kence exited the inn and mindlessly walks into the street

Sensing that something is wrong with her Master, the sensible Shane immediately wants to help him

"Master, are you alright? Is it about that guy? Just tell it to me and I promise to help Master with the best of my abilities!"

Hearing Shane's words, Kence stops walking. He thought that since his emotions were still dulled by his heart, he might not understand things that normal people can

Shane might really be able to help him

"What would be the reason if someone is reluctant to touch you?" Kence asked and Shane immediately narrowed her eyes

Is Master speaking from his own experience?

How could that be? There are thousands of people that would do everything to even just talk with her master, what more if they have the chance to touch him?

Shane would never believe that someone would be reluctant to touch her master. She didn't know why Kence ask such a question but she still gave an answer

"Maybe they feel disgusted for that someone and they didn't dare touch them" Shane answered and she didn't saw how Kence's eyes darkened

"What would make a person disgusting?" Kence asked again

It is not every day that her Master would actively speak and Shane used her full brain capacity to make this conversation as long as possible

"Well, there are a lot of possible reasons. It might be because that person is dirty, black-hearted, or they are simply ugly"

Kence looked at himself and he didn't found any dirt. The first one is crossed out along with the second one since Kence never did anything he deemed as bad

The remaining one was the word 'ugly'

In Kence's memories, Calter always called him cute. But that was in the past. Could it be Calter doesn't think he is cute anymore?

Did Kence become ugly? He never paid much attention to his face all these years. Perhaps, he was not as good looking as Calter remembered and that makes the man unwilling to touch him

"Shane, how do people make someone love them?"

The maid thought that her Master's questions were weird especially the matters about love

However, Shane can't really imagine her cold and indifferent Master falling in love with someone. In her eyes, Kence is an immovable ice fairy that will never fall in love with a mortal

The thought of her Master loving Calter never entered her mind although the connection with today's event and Kence's weird questions can be clearly seen. Shane can't be blamed much since no one in the Sect would believe that Kence is capable of loving someone
