"Hestai calm down" the flustered girl paced back and forth, Hestia keeps ordering herself to stay calm and be cool as a cucumber. "That's it Hestia, breath in breath out, in and out." She continued to regulate her breathing to relax her tense body, closing her eyes, she imagined herself in a beautiful garden surrounded by different flowers and birds are perched on trees singing melodious songs. The sun gave warmth to the whole surroundings while the gentle breeze gave a refreshing feeling. Imagining a tranquil place always do the job of expelling any negative thoughts in her system, in this case, her inappropriate thoughts. She was too immersed in her little world that she didn't hear the sound of the door opening.

"Mom we're home!"

"Sweet potato!!" Hestia was too surprised by the sudden appearance of her son.

"Pfft..."

Damon can't help but be amused, Hestia was in a karate stance, she was ready to kick anytime. "I'm glad that you can defend yourself but before you can even perform your karate moves I would already pulverize whoever offends and hurt you."

Hestia bit her lip to suppress her smile, this guy really knows how to butter up a lady. Remembering her shameful act inside the car, she dare not look Damon in the eye and see disgust in them, their silence made the atmosphere too awkward but neither one of them broke the silence.

Damon can see that Hestia is not thrilled that he's in her apartment, she would glance at his direction then at the door and again she will repeat the cycle, she was doing it to clearly tell him to leave as soon as possible but he will stand his ground and sleep here for two days or until he convince Hestia to attend his parent's anniversary.

Hestia was getting frustrated, Damon is totally ignoring her signal for him to leave. She badly wants to kick him out of her place but her traitorous son clings to him like a koala and if she forcefully separate the two apart, Ichigo will surely sulk and be sad, that is why she kept on hinting Damon to leave but he pretends to feint ignorance and kept playing with her son. If she can't make him leave just by giving him hints then she should just say it in his face.

Ichigo looked at his father and asked if he really needed to go to work. Damon carried his son once again and went to sit on the sofa, "I cleared my schedule for the entire week so that I can spend quality time with you and your mom." That was obviously a lie actually next week he needs to be in Japan and Europe for business and neglecting this meetings would cause him millions of dollars but seeing the ecstatic look of Ichigo made his abrupt decision all worth it. To hell with the millions he will loose, no amount of money can ever compare to the happiness you see on your child's face and besides he has more pressing challenge to face.

Hestia is on the verge of breaking down when she heard Damon refused to leave, this stubborn man is truly testing her limits. "That's nice to hear but don't you want to go home and relax?" She said with a frown.
