Vito and their grandparents rush to the department store. They are arriving at the same time as the ambulance.

Vito is going with the paramedic to the Man private hospital when Wen Liang is waiting for them in the emergency room.

Li Na is accompanying the elders to the hospital with them. They are getting worried about her condition.

At least, they are going to Vito's private hospital. The elders feel a little relieved to know about the position.

Grandfather Sun got advice that his son gets treated in the Man hospital by Vito instruction. Grandmother Lin is telling her husband to visit his only son who is still alive.

Vito and Emma are arriving in the emergency room. Vito is instructing his cousin to arrange a full body check for his wife.

Vito is checking her heartbeat, blood pressure, and oxygen level which all come back normal. The blood test come back normal and there is no poison detected in her bloodstream.

They are taking her to get a full body scan and find out nothing abnormal with the body scan and her brain.

The only explanation is her blood pressure got a little bit low than usual. Vito is reading all his wife history of treatment just in case if he missed something.

Wen Liang is having this window to withdraw her blood sample to check about something. He manages to get a vial of her blood before he can hear her snore.

"Brother, your wife is fine. She just sleeps now. do you want me to take her to the ward?" Wen Liang is telling him about Emma and hiding her blood inside his doctor coat.

"Get her the VVIP room. We will need to oversee her overnight," Vito is giving instruction to Wen Liang when he is preparing his sister-in-law to get transported to the VVIP room.

As soon as she got transferred and settled inside her room. Wen Liang is checking for the HCG hormone in her blood.

He is doing all the tests by himself and waiting for the test to show up. He is pacing around the laboratories and waiting for the test result to come out. 

As soon as the machine prints out the result of the blood and he is reading it then his eyes glitch with hope.

He is going back to his sister-in-law ward and pulling the Ultrasound machine with him. Apparently, his sister-in-law just wakes up from her nap.

"Wen Liang, why are you bringing the ultrasound machine?" Emma is asking him with curiosity.

"Let him check something and maybe on his tiny brain, he can find some answer," Grandfather Sun is telling everyone to give chance to his silly grandson. At least, this boy is having a clear conscience and work properly.

He did not have any bad conscience and got to where he is now with his two hands. It is enough for Grandfather Sun to appreciate his hard work.

Grandmother Lin is standing next to Emma on the bed when Wen Liang with his nurse who helped him to set it up.

He is opening up her stomach area and putting the gel on her lower abdomen. He is putting the ultrasound stick on her lower abdomen and it shows three small sacs inside her uterus.

"This is explained of your light head and tiredness," Wen Liang is explaining to Emma who is looking surprised with the result on the screen.

"You are really blessed my dear Emma. God really look at you when He blessed you with three babies in your stomach. Old Sun, I am moving in with my granddaughter. I have to look after her with the babies," Grandmother Lin is getting excited with the news of her granddaughter pregnancy.

"I am pregnant with triplets? Is this real?" Emma is weeping with happy tears for the great news. She was not ready after the last two miscarriages, but she can't believe that God gives her the right to get pregnant again.

She is closing her eyes with her arm to cover her happiness with the news.

"I will call Doctor Liu from Ob/Gyn to give her a thorough check and of course, Professor Liu is the best in her field, and she is a female Ob/Gyn," Wen Liang is informing his cousin before he is spitting out vinegar in this whole room.

The nurse is cleaning up the stomach and closed down her stomach with her dress. She is saying congratulation to the expectant mother.

Vito is standing like a statue to hear about the news. He was not happy to hear the baby comes into this world.

He is turning his body around and left the room. Everyone is so shocked to see his reaction after finding his wife pregnant.

Emma is really taking back the shock to see her husband reaction and left the room. there is a hint of confusion in her head.

"Do not think too much and ignore the silly brat. If he does not want his own kid, then your grandmother and myself still capable to raise the baby and you with luxurious life. You only need to rest up and enjoy the festivity and good news," Grandfather Sun is telling Emma about the big blow from Vito's reaction.

"Thank you, grandfather. Where is Li Na?" Emma is asking about her assistant and security.

"I am here," Li Na is getting closer to Emma.

"Can you pack up some of my belonging from the penthouse? I am going to live with my grandmother in my own house. Also, can you get all my shopping in the department store and bring it home?" Emma is instructing her assistant for some stuff. This is not the time to think about the reaction of her husband.

She got back all her baby and get a bonus, so she has the responsibility to take care of her baby at the moment.

"Grandmother, can I live with you in the old mansion? Can we have Christmas in your home?" Emma is looking at her grandmother.

"Of course, you can. Lin mansion is always your home and especially with your pregnancy with triplet now. I have to tell madame Wang about your pregnancy and prepare some pregnancy tonic and find a wet nanny to support your pregnancy," Grandmother Lin is opening her handbag and making a quick call to her housemaid.

Professor Liu is coming inside the ward with her nurse and her resident doctor. She is greeting everyone and see doctor Wen Liang in the room.

Professor Liu is doing the ultrasound again to her uterus and this time, she is actually measuring the baby with their heartbeat.

Everyone in the room is quite mesmerized by the sound of the baby heartbeat. Professor Liu even is taking the video and picture of the baby.

"I believe you have some history of miscarriage. I would like to check your condition weekly to see the risk of being a miscarriage. I would like you to stay in bed until the pregnancy reaches twelve weeks. I have prescribed you with acid folic vitamins and some iron tablets. 

I will ask my resident to take your blood and I will see the result from the blood test. Congratulation, you are pregnant with a triplet. Anything else you would ask from me?" Professor Liu is asking them about her diagnosis.

"How far along is my pregnancy? And can I sit in the wheelchair as long as I am not moving around and walk rigorously?" Emma is trying to understand her pregnancy. She is a doctor herself, but she needs to know more about her pregnancy.

"You are in eight weeks pregnant. I believe you can sit up in the wheelchair just for a small change of your body movement. If you see some spotting or bleeding coming out or cramped. Call doctor Wen Liang to bring you to the hospital straight away! 

Pregnant with triplet will be a little bit more delicate rather than a normal pregnancy. We have to be careful, but I do not want to restrict your daily activities.

You have to enjoy your pregnancy without feeling burdened with the pregnancy," Professor Liu is stopping on the leg of the bed Emma.

"Can I go home today? Tomorrow is Christmas and I do not want to spend time in the hospital. It will be so sad," Emma is pleading with her doctor for getting discharged.

"You can as I see your pregnancy is normal. You only need to watch your movement if you do not want to faint anymore," Professor Liu is giving her a green light.

"Thank you, doctor," Emma is smiling at her doctor for discharging her from the hospital.

"Your welcome. Remember, you are eating for four now. if you feel overly nausea then Let me know and I will prescribe you some supplements to make your morning sickness less torturing," Professor Liu is smiling before she left the wardroom.

"Wen Liang, can you take care of my discharge paper and get my prescription, please?" Emma is looking at her cousin-in-law for his help.

Wen Liang is so happy to find out about the pregnancy. He is going to be the triplet uncle. Wen Liang is going to the administration room to do all the discharge papers and get the prescription from Professor Liu.

He actually has an assistant that can do all of this stuff, but he is too happy to know about his cousin pregnancy.
