"Are you fine, my dear?" Grandmother Lin is peeking in her granddaughter's room.

"I am not, grandma. My heart is really pained to see my husband with another woman. But I have to think about my children or else I will lose them again. Grandma, can you take me away?" Emma is sitting on her bed and brawling with pain in her heart.

She can't accept her husband to do something like that in front of her face. he is not happy with her pregnancy, but he can't treat her like this.

When two people are bound to have a sexual relationship then the pregnancy will come sooner than later.

"Do you want to go away? Are you sure? You can stay in this house and I will chase them out!" Grandma Lin is getting angry with her grandson in law.

"Grandma, my stomach is in pain. Can you get me to the hospital now?" Emma is holding up the pain in her chest and stomach.

"Let's go. Li Na, get the car ready! Madame Wang, help me to pack up Emma clothes," Grandmother Lin is helping her to the wheelchair.

Li Na is pushing the wheelchair to the car. Grandmother Lin is bringing Emma to the women Hospital nearby and make a call to Professor Liu.

The professor is telling the doctor on-call to teat her for first aid. The doctor concludes there is no sign of miscarriage, but the patient is not stable mentally.

Professor Liu is putting her with sedation and observation to calm her body, so the baby does not get stressed up.

"Li Na, you can't tell Vito about Emma location. I can pay for your salary as long as you can help my granddaughter survive during this hard time," Grandmother Lin is asking her to keep Emma safe from her husband.

"Yes, old Sun. She is fine now. make sure you kick out two adulterous from my mansion! I will take care of my granddaughter now. Let me ask my lawyer to draft their divorce paper and I will think something about her future. It pains me in this old age to see my own granddaughter suffer from the injustice when she is pregnant with their children," Grandmother Lin is answering the phone from her husband.

Grandfather Sun is coaxing his wife on the phone from their mansion. He is blowing the air off his lung to see his grandson learn his lesson the hard way.

In the guest room, Vito kicks the lady out from the room. He was only putting an act to make his wife be jealous and see her reaction.

He was angry because she only thinks about the baby now and ignore him straight away. He was unsettled and normally, Emma will worry and find out about his whereabouts. This time, she even did not care about him.

He was going home by himself and told the driver to send the escort lady home because she was hurt. But he can see her have a good time and laugh in the living room. As if she is not worried about her husband condition.

Vito is standing at the window and see his wife getting wheeled out on the wheelchair and leaving the house in the car.

He takes his phone and makes a phone call to Li Na when he can see her escort the madame in their car. But Li Na's phone is switching off. He is calling his wife mobile phone when it is in the same mode.

Vito is calling max to find out about the whole situation regarding his wife when Max also can't get hold of his wife phone, Li Na.

Vito is going out of his bedroom with an uneasy feeling. He is passing the living room when Grandfather Sun is stopping him.

"Where are you going?" He asks his grandson who looking sober already.

"I am going to find out about my wife. I am going," Vito is telling his grandpa of his intention.

"Stop hurting her and yourself. Leave her alone and reflect on your mistake," Grandfather Sun is telling him with a pearl of full wisdom on his word.

"What do you mean? Do you want to separate us? Are you delusional, old man?" Vito is looking sharply at his grandpa after hearing his word.

"Your own selfish action resulted to this extent. I want to help you but this is out of my hand. Your wife is fighting life and death because of your fake act to hurt her. I am waiting for the news for her," Grandfather Sun is telling him the reality of his action.

"What did you say? Who dares to make her stay in the hospital again?" Vito is getting full rage regarding his wife condition.

"You are doing it to her. she is pregnant with your seed, and it is triplet pregnancy. Do you think that she is fine when you deliver the blow to her heart with that cheap girl? She was supposed to have bed rest for four weeks due to her pregnancy and you hurt her heart. Now she is fighting for her life," Grandpa Sun is delivering the lesson to his grandson who is falling down to the floor.

"I do not believe you! I will find her and see her condition with my own eyes. she must be just sulking and jealous with my childish act," Vito is holding his head to refute his grandpa news.

"Call Wen Liang if you do not believe me!" Grandpa Sun is telling him to call his cousin while he is holding his wooden walking stick on his seat.

Vito is calling his cousin to find out about his wife condition. Professor Liu is trying to save her in the woman hospital not far from the Lin Mansion.

Emma condition is not suitable for transfer as she is still in critical condition. They are waiting for good news from her.

If she decides to fall to a comma then Professor Liu will keep her body as the womb for the triplet. The mother wishes to keep the baby alive regardless of her own life.

Vito is trembling and regrated to do something silly to his own wife. He just feels so jealous of the triplet. He did not realise his action to deliver his own wife to the door of the afterlife.

"Now, do you believe me? Congratulation to become alone again! Ah, her grandmother wants you to leave the house. She is closing his door to your presence to the Lin family," Grandpa Sun is delivering the last blow before he left the mansion to the hospital with grandma Lin.

Vito still sits down on the ground of the floor to realise his stupid mistake. He really can't think straight with the whole pregnancy news, and it makes him act recklessly.

"Boss, Andrea is on the phone," Ai Jia is telling his boss on the floor. Andrea tries to call his boss phone, but it did not go through, and no one answer it.

"Speak!" Vito mind is filling with his wife.

"Lin family lawyer is sending you the divorce paper on the basis of your infidelity. I got informed by my people in the court. Their lawyer already applies it just now and the court is most likely to approve the appeal tomorrow morning. The infidelity is resulting in her deteriorating condition and her life with her triplet is deemed dangerous due to your actions. Professor Liu is giving out her opinion as madame doctor," Andrea is reporting the divorce paper. Vito did not believe that it will come to this extent.

"Do whatever you can to stop the divorce! I am not going to let her divorce me! She has to be my wife when I am still alive," Vito is changing his demeanour and determined to make up for his mistake. 

He is closing the connection with Andrea and standing up. he is fixing his short hair and walk out to the front door.

"Let's go home. I will change my clothes and take care of my wife," Vito is going inside the car to their penthouse. He is cleaning up his body from the alcohol smell and changing it with the new outfit. 

He is getting ready as soon as possible and going directly to the women hospital in the outskirt of the Capital city.

Wen Liang is already in the hospital with his grandparent to oversee the condition Emma. Professor Liu is on standby as her doctor. She is kept getting calls from the hospital for another patient.

"can you call me if there is something happening with your sister-in-law? I will be coming here as soon as possible. The patient in the Man Hospital need my attention," Professor Liu is telling Wen Liang regarding the other patient.

"I have assigned another Ob/GYN in the Man hospital in place of you.. The only assignment and patient for you now is the well being of my wife," Vito's voice can be heard in the hallway of the hospital.
