Ai Jia is taking care of all the paperwork when Vito, Wen Liang and Emma are driving to the Man hospital. Vito is reviewing Grandmother Lin patient chart made by Wen Liang.

"Excuse Me, Professor Li. How can you manage to contact Professor Man to take my grandmother case on this short notice? I heard about his reputation only to take the hard and rare cases only. It is also hard to convince him to take the case firsthand and we have to do all his pre-requirement," Emma is stating all the facts about Vito as a neurosurgeon.

"I know that one. He is rather picky and delicate. Sis, how do you know about that? Your information indeed a spot on," Wen Liang is turning his body to face her.

"Every patient that got refused by him come to Professor Lim and told us the story. What will happen if he turns down the case when we already arrive in the hospital?" Emma is asking Wen Liang with worry about her grandmother condition.

"He will not refuse your grandmother case. He is learning and reading about your grandmother chart at the moment. He already prepares the best team to handle your grandmother in the Man private hospital," Li Wen Liang is peeking at his cousin who is busy reading on his tablet.

"It seems you know every move of Professor Man. I hope to meet him and see his operation to learn from the best," Emma is talking like a small child who wants to meet up with his idol.

"You actually already meet him. Matter of fact, you are closer than me," Li Wen Liang keeps looking at his cousin.

"What do you mean by that?" Emma looks in her husband direction to follow Wen Liang direction of eyes. She looks at the tablet which got the note of the patient chart of her grandmother.

"Babe, how do you read my grandmother chart? How do you understand with all the medical notes?" Emma is turning her body to find the answer from her husband.

"If he did not understand such a simple and nice note, He will not become the best neurosurgeon in the whole world" Li Wen Liang is opening his mouth without restrain and forget his promises. As soon as he realises his mistake after a sharp gaze from Vito. He shrugged down on his front chair and quiet down.

"What did Li Wen Liang mean Vito? Did you hide something from me?" Emma is asking her husband about the other identity. She realises about his secret and needs to be open and honest to each other.

"I am Professor Man Jiao Long. I use my Chinese name to cover my identity as Vito Mancuso. No one can know about my second identity as my life as the head of the Mancuso family really tough. I have my team ready in Man hospital and this process will take me one hour," Vito is holding her hand to reassure her about her grandmother condition.

"You are the almighty Professor Man. The only professor who is so picky when comes to the case and patient," Emma is giggling to see his expression in the back seat.

"I am not picky, but I do not have leisure time to take all the cases. I still need to run Man International corporation and not including my family problem in Italy," Vito is taking her closer to his body before he kisses her forehead before her phone is ringing.

"Yes, Lin Yan," She answers without any expression in her tone.

"Where are you? Where is grandmother?" She is calling to vent her frustration about her sister plan. She can't come closer to her grandmother which means that all her plan to put poison into her grandmother system will fail. She needs to change and get closer to her grandmother so she can inherit all their wealth.

"I am bringing grandmother to get treatment. What happens with you try to nag me all the time about grandmother condition?" Emma did not have any more patience to deal with her sister. She still remembers her grandmother will and Lin Yan manages to change it. She will make sure about all of her family wealth and protect them with her hand. This time, she will not allow this ingrate to touch any cent from her family,

"Sister Emma, I am her granddaughter also. Why do you not allow me to meet and take care of grandmother," Lin Yan is sobbing on the phone and cry to act as a victim of her sister means behaviour. Apparently, Emma already gets used to all of her tricks. She will not fall into her old trick.

"Just rest at home. I am going to get grandmother to get her operation. As soon as she already settles on her ward then I will call you. Bye," Emma did not give Lin Yan any room to refute or answer back as she close the phone as soon as possible. They are arriving in the Man Hospital where the lobby is way better than Qin University hospital.

In this hospital, the brand image of a private hospital shouts out as soon as you walk into their hospital lobby. Their lobby looks like a hotel instead of a hospital. They are going straight to the conference room where Vito is sitting at the head of the table and the fellow professor come to explain the whole process of operation.

The nurse in the hospital prepares Madame Lin to get her second operation and lumbar puncture procedure. Emma is really shocked to see the whole team assist his husband with her grandmother operation. In the room, there is the only lady professor of anaesthesiologist, Chu Xi who take notes on her tablets. Emma also finds the famous doctor in this room to assist Vito with the operation. No wonder his successful surgery rate is 100% based on his history with this type of team.. No one in this room has a negative reputation inside the operation theatre.
