"why you seem to be known about Fan Leng location?" Andrea is sitting on the sofa and looking at his phone. He is waiting for the update from Exo.

"Just a gut feeling. I know where he is located," Vito is taking off his jacket suit and go to the special wardrobe near his suite. He opens the door and a drawer come out with the wall full of the newest gun and all of its ammunition.

Wen Liang is coming up with the roll blueprint of the hospital building. He gets all the work out with his breathing to follow.

Max is sneaking inside the office after a while with his full outfit. He is ready to attack someone while Vito is already changing into his tactical outfit.

"Are you really going to do this? Wait, I am coming with you this time. It has been a long time for you not spilling some blood and I want to witness this," Andrea is going inside Vito's suite to get change with the tactical suite.

Vito is opening the old hospital blueprint where there is an underground area that abandons by the current master plan. He is checking the video feeds in the security camera to find the cart is not going out from any door. It means he is still in the building.

"Brother, there is a breach of security. The Luo Corporation mercenaries is wanting to enter the hospital. What do you want me to do?" Wen Liang is giving out the report from their security head.

"Stop them by all means. Let's go before Fan Leng notice this," Vito is getting his gun ready and walk out the door. He is running through the staircase to the certain abandoned hallway and corridor until they can see a thick iron door.

This time, he can see the light on from the small gap in the bottom of the door. They are breaking in the door open to see Emma lay unconscious on the mortuary table.

Fan Leng is on the surprising side with a scalpel on his hand. Vito is shooting his head point-blank out without hesitation before Fan Leng even reaches into his own gun.

He rushes to the table and checks for his wife pulse. He puts down his gun on the concealment pouch on his thigh. He carries her inside his arm and leaves the room.

"I want you to find out the clue from Fan Leng!" Vito is making his command to Max and Andrea before he runs with Emma on his arm.

He manages to bring her to the emergency room and withdraw her blood in a quick manner.

"Get this in the laboratories as soon as possible!" Vito is shouting to the nurse in charge. Wen Liang is coming to the emergency room and snatches the blood from the confused nurse. He runs his cousin-in-law blood to the laboratories and makes sure it will prioritize. He is standing there and looking at the staff to process the blood.

In the emergency room, Vito is flushing her blood with the IV drips while he is checking her nerve and condition. He can't give her any medication when he really blinds to her condition.

"Vito….." Emma shouts really weak.

"I am here, my love. Tell me what is wrong?" Vito is holding her hand.

"I feel so weak. He gives me some drug," Emma is telling him about the condition of her body.

"Can you lift your right hand?" Vito is looking at Emma's reflection. Emma is lifting weakly her right hand, but it did not get up too high.

"How about the left hand? Can you squeeze my hand?" Vito is checking her condition. She is squeezing her husband hand. She even wiggled her feet to check whether her motoric neuron get back.

"She got the paralysing drug on her system. We just need to flush her with many IV and she will be fine," He is rushing back with her blood work result.

"get her into our VVIP room. I want full security in front of her room. You are doing all the nurse job for her and her grandmother!" Vito is commanding Wen Liang again. The nurse and doctor in the emergency room get shocked to see their hospital director do some menial job for this person. His overbearing aura with his soldier's outfit.

Vito is kissing her forehead and walks away to the lobby area. He can see his wife back again to sleep in her weak body. Wen Liang can't say anything and prepare his cousin-in-law to be wheeled to her VVIP room. He did not dare to get help from his staff as his boss slashed cousin told him to do the job by himself.

Vito is going to the lobby where all his security gets a hold and stop all the Luo Corporation after they are trying to penetrate. There is a bloody scene in the lobby when Luo Han Zheng is still trying to go inside the hospital.

"STOP!" Vito is yelling out his cold tone to everyone in the room and shoot up his gun.

"Let me in and save Emma. She is in danger," Luo Han Zheng is going closer to Vito and ask him for permission as if Vito did not know about his wife condition.

"Who are you? Your position is only a family friend and her ex-fiancé. You are not allowed to step inside and get closer with my wife," Vito is emphasizing the word of wife in front of Luo Han Zheng to make him jealous by flaunting their marriage.

"You are lying. She is not married to anyone. Grandmother Lin must make a grand wedding almost similar to our supposed wedding last time," Luo Hann Zheng is in denial with his word about Emma status.

"You can check in the marriage bureau about our marital status. We will plan our wedding party and I will make sure to invite you. Can you please leave my hospital before I call the police for intrusion?" Vito is pushing Luo Han Zheng away before he turns his body around and walks away.

Luo Han Zheng is getting angry and start to attack Vito who manages to dodge his attack. Vito is well versed in martial art, and it is a small piece of cake for him to deal with Luo Han Zheng. He is a good build body, but he is not having special training in martial art.

However, he is trying his best to launch an attack on Vito. They are having such an intense fight in the lobby. Each of them gets hit on the face and Vito manages to disable Luo Han Zheng. In the end, Vito manages to throw his opponent out from the Man hospital before he goes up to his office.

He is taking few hits in his body which making a cut on his lip. There is blood ooze out from the corner of his lip and bruises on the top of his bone check. Andrea is back from the underground after a while to find out the dishevelled condition of his boss.

"Are you okay, boss?" Andrea is getting closer and help him to get an ice cube from his fridge in his suite. He put the ice into the towel and put it into the bruises.

"Shut up! What is the result?" Vito is getting really angry with Luo Han Zheng who eyeing his wife. No one can take his wife from his side.

"As you can see, apparently, someone really important is helping our friend Fan Leng to survive as a ghost. We got a little name on every page on his account note 'La Madrina'. And this job, he does it as payment of a debt from someone inside the Sun family, Broken Tooth Sun," Andrea is reporting to his boss regarding the whole ordeal.

"I will make sure to make him a real toothless man. Anything else?" Vito is asking his subordinate about the whole ordeal.

"Fan Leng sure is one sick man. He sells the organ of his victim into the black market and stores some souvenirs from his victim in the fridge or some formalin water inside the jar. I feel sick in my stomach in that room. the Mancuso family scene investigation team is sweeping the whole scene," Andrea is getting the first aid box from his boss bathroom and help him to treat his bruises.

"Boss, there is a tip from the council about the Luciano family in New York who is trying to create havoc for our subsidiary branch in Harlem. The Gaviria tries to steal and raid our warehouse and take off our weapons and drug. What do you want me to do? The Mancuso in Miami also get a hit just this morning," Ai Jia is reporting the latest problem into their organization.
