Xia Feng laughed as the killing intent of this young man was laughable. Furthermore, this young man clearly thought that since he is at early stage of nature realm which is obviously two stages above his opponent, he can kill Xia Feng with several punches.

If we go by the concept of creating world within one's dantian, then Nature Realm is cultivation where one's becomes closer with one's world and its qi. It makes them to be able to circulate their qi inside their dantian and bodies faster.
