Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

"Yay!!!!," Jasmine heard her sister scream in excitement. The moment she wanted to turn to see what happened, Lizzy took her by surprise as she hugged Jasmine.

"He won. He won, Jasmine," Elizabeth said momentarily forgetting that it was a game. The excitement did not let her think straight.

"I know. Even I am surprised that he won," Jasmine said as she patted her sister's back. Alfred exhaling deeply stare at his wife with smiles on his face. Seeing her pull out of her shell for the first time made him feel happier than winning the game.

Elizabeth quickly composed herself when she realised that she was overreacting. While Alfred was relaxing, Jasmine pulled Kai away from where everyone gathered.

"Kai, why didn't you do like you promised? Did you perhaps forget what I said to you? What if you had won the game...,"

"Jasmine I didn't forget what you told me. I changed my mind about letting him win at the last minute," Kai said firmly. Jasmine's eyebrows furrow in annoyance when she heard his reply. She had planned everything to make sure that Elizabeth and Alfred were the ones who spend the night in the hotel room she booked. Her plan was flawless, so she can't believe that Kai whom she trusted almost ruined her plans.

"Why did you do that? Do you care to explain? I know it was a game but I am really mad at you because of what you did," Jasmine said as she stare at his face.

"Letting him win would have been me doing you a favour but he wouldn't have felt good about it if he won so easily. Did you see the happiness on Elizabeth's face when he won? And did you see the smile on his face when he saw his wife hug you so tightly?" Kai asked as he stare into her angry eyes.

"That is because he worked hard to earn that victory. If I had let him win as you wanted, it would have hurt his ego and he wouldn't have been that excited that is why I went back on my words. I did it for their happiness. I know you desperately wanted him to win but I am sorry if my actions made you upset," Kai apologised sincerely. He was surprised to see Jasmine smile at him after his explanation.

"If everyone in this world is like you then I am a hundred per cent sure that the world would have been a better place," Jasmine said still beaming at t him.

"Are you not mad at me anymore? I almost ruined your plan, I am sure...,"

"Are you silly? Of course, I am happy with what you did. I only wanted them to win, I did not think too deeply about the pros and cons of it so I am glad you did the thinking for me," Jasmine replied as she stretched a little and patted his hair.

"You did an awesome job today, fiancee," Jasmine said. Jackson watching them tightened his fist when he saw how Jasmine patted his hair.

"Does she pats all the men's hair, I thought I am the only one she does that to? And when did she and Kai got so close?" Jackson mumbled with gritted teeth. Jane standing close to him smiled happily.

My cousin keeps doing me favours without me having to ask him for it. I guess I should thank him later for this.

Jane thought grinning wickedly.

Jasmine and Kai went back to the pool for the next round.

"So which one of you guys is going first. Is it the guys or the ladies?" Alfred asked as he stares at Jasmine curiously.

"Ladies first," Jackson spoke again. Jasmine frowned when she heard him use the same trick but she did not scold him. The three ladies remaining took their respective position.

"What a brilliant trick you came up with so that you will know whether or not to win when it reaches our turn," Jeff said as he tapped Jackson on his shoulder.

"That is because I want her. I will choose whether to win or lose after I see her performance," Jackson replied before he turns and focused on the ladies who were about to start the game.

"Just wait and see how I will effortlessly win you and have Jack all to myself for the rest of the day. I will see how you will have the guts to get an inch closer to him when I am beside him," Jane said with so much pride but in low tones.

"Are you talking to me?" Jasmine asked as she shot the annoying lady a fierce glance.

"And did you say you will win against me? Who deceived you into thinking that you will win when I, Jasmine is around?" Jasmine snarled.

"I never intended to win since Kai wasn't among them but I have changed my mind...," Jasmine was too distracted to hear Jeff sound the commencement of the game signal. She ended up missing the timing.

"Damn that b*tch! She distracted me purposefully," Jasmine cursed as she dived into the water.

Jackson nervously watches the game. He silently wished that Jasmine will somehow manage to win although, with her current position, her chances of winning were slim.

Despite everyone's previous judgment, Jasmine shocked everyone when she caught up to the other two ladies in her second lap. Everyone was stunned at how swift her hands and legs movement was.

"Wow! I never knew that Jasmine could swim so well. She even swims more than some of the swimmers I know," Alfred complimented his eyes glued on the lady who was about to overtake the other ladies.

"Of course that naughty girl knows how to swim. When we were little up to when she turned 18th years old, the swimming pool was her best friend since dad and mum never let us out of our home to play with other kids. She has made swimming her best friend that is why she is this good," Elizabeth said smiling at her sister who seems to be having a lot of fun swimming.
