Chapter 1966: Broken Tower

"Good Book," I said and closed the book before closing my eyes and going to my Inheritance space and started solving the difficulty I had; the book had helped me solve the problem.

I stayed in my Inheritance space for hours, working on my Tyrant upgrade, which has been progressing like never before in these past three months despite traveling to the many ruins in between.

I had accepted the first offer of the Wisdom Tower the same day they offered and came to Wisdom Tower the very next day to study in their grand library, which is also known as the broken tower.

The broken tower was originally a library of another world. It came to our world in a piece of ruin which the founder of Wisdom tower was able to bring back to our world through some method.

I am currently in the broken tower, reading from its vast collection. It had a much better collection of books than I had initially thought. Though it could not be compared to the Hermes Library, it still has enough knowledge that one could compile a Tyrant upgrade through it.

The next book I begin reading is about the healing arts, an advanced one with very high criteria; it could be said to be the jewel of the library.

I am the only one to think; other things, the healing methods inside it are too advanced for Tyrant to learn, but I do not think so. I think they could be learned by Tyrant; the Tyrant just has to challenge the limit, I had learned a lot from this book, and it would be my third revision.

I had stored it inside my Inheritance space, and revising there would be much quicker, but I like to read this book outside; I felt like I was conversing with the author of it itself when I touched the soft paper of this wonderful tome.

I read it for one hour and forty-five minutes before I closed it and summoned the library golems to take back all the books to their original places; these golems are very convenient and save a lot of time and effort.

I wish I could take these books with me; unfortunately, I could not. Other than the members of the conclave, nobody could take the book away, not even Tyrants.

I walked out of the library that looked like a broken tower, from which it got its name. I took the air and flew for about seven minutes before landing in front of a palatial-style huge white building. It is one of the lecture palaces of the wisdom tower; thousands of people coming and going could be seen from it.

One moment, I could almost forget that there is a brutal war going on in the lower continents where millions are dying by the day, and it won't be long before it spreads to the Central Continent, and all these people who are smiling and laughing, including me, would have to fight the brutal war.

Soon, I reached the place where I am regularly coming whenever I am in the Wisdom tower; as I opened the gates, the eyes of hundred people fell on me; some of them were even stronger.

Seeing the sincerity of the wisdom tower and how there is no loophole in the informal contract, I begin to teach here. Though wisdom tower expected me to do something like that after I reach Tyrant, I do not think I will have to do something like when I became Tyrant with war and all.

At first, only five people attempted, but at the end of the week, all the hall was packed. There are a couple of healers here who are even older than my grandfather; some of them are peak elites and have been healers for more than a hundred years.

I sometimes get intimidated by these old bastards; they are merciless with their questions and use any tactic to get answers from me; they did not even shy away from using their superior aura to pressure me.

"We will continue with the top of mass healing that we were discussing yesterday," I said and moved toward ten med-beds that were lined in the hall; there are real patients on those med-beds with serious injuries.

I started to teach while healing the patients and discussing my methods and answering the questions they had, and before I knew it, two hours passed, and it was time to end the class.

"Little Michael, where are you disappearing for ten days?" Asked a familiar as I had got out of the class, I looked back and saw there were three people around me. All three of them are old and are peak leader class Tyrants

'These three,' I said inside me; these three old people are on most unique and talented healers I have come across in my life, but they are also very annoying to deal with and always block my way whenever I am in a hurry.

I wish I could beat or intimidate them, but I couldn't do that. They get angry very quickly and have no sensibilities; I once saw them beating up the patient after healing her because she was rude to them, and from what I have heard, these three have done things much worse than that.

"It is some personal business, dear healers; I will try to finish it off," I replied politely. "Is it about your Inheritance?" "Or about the girl?" " Are you going to the ruin?" three of them asked one after another before giving me a chance to reply.

No, they are not triplets; I had asked them myself; they are just very old friends who had been together for a long time and also share a unique healing type inheritance that enables them to share power and abilities.

These three fascinating and infuriating trio had been the subject of my study due to their unique inheritance. They are quite open and frank as long I do not touch their core secretes and have something to offer in return.
