Chapter 2034: Mark Of Art I

"He had really done it," Patric said with shock as he saw the tri-colored energy shining in radiance from Anna's body.

All the signs of curse had vanished, and the aura of peak Elite began to radiate from her body. If that tragedy had not happened, Anna would have been a Master Class Tyrant with invaluable assets to the war with her art.

She still is an asset and would become an invaluable one as long as she is able to advance her art, and the war is an excellent opportunity for that. As long as she does not die, she has great chances to advance in the future, and it is known throughout the world that those who practice the Empire of Mist are the hardest to kill.

He was looking at Anna when suddenly he sensed something he had not sensed in a long while and seeing the intensity of it, his eyes couldn't help but go wide. He is not the old one; the old women beside me are also shocked as he is that both of them are literally shaking.

All the mist from the deepest part of her had begun to explosively rush toward the heard at rapid speed from all the angels and ways it could find.

Something is happening, and I have a guess, but I do not dare to speak it out as it is quite a massive thing for the people who comprehend the Grand Arts. If the thing I am guessing is true, then it looks like I have quite underestimated the comprehension of my mother in her art.

It requires a huge comprehension to reach this stage; it exists in both regular arts and Grand Arts but acquiring it in a Grand Art is thousands of times more difficult than acquiring it in the common arts.

A few seconds passed by, and I started to feel the repelling force from the heart of my mother, the power of her arts was repelling against my strings. Seeing, I begin to take out all the strings I have in the heart of my mother, leaving only one.

I had activated a formation on the strings and poured a massive amount of rule-bending power into it; the next second, it became invisible, all the repelling force from the mist had disappeared.

While the Grand Art may be powerful, I have some ways to deal with it, and this is a very important moment. I have to see what is happening, and if it is happening what I think is happening, then I will have to watch it and record it too; this will give me very precious data.

I moved a single string inside, and like a little fist in a sea of water, it did not get any resistance from the mist.

Soon, I reached the deepest part of my mother's heart and saw the point where all the mist was converging. It looked like the core was forming, but it is not the core that is forming. It is something different; arts don't form the core; they symbiosis with the core.

The mist continued to converge till it formed a misty battle out of it, which began to shrink slowly as its size started to change a little by little.

A few minutes have passed, and finally, the transformation of the mist had stopped, and now in front of me is a misty rune. The rune is simple, but it looked complex at the same time, and as I continued to look at it, a vast diagram of runes have appeared in front of me.

The runic diagram seemed to be vast as the sea, made of billions of runes and giving out a majestic feeling that one just wants to kneel in front of it.

Buzz!

I don't know how long I kept looking at the majestic runic diagram when suddenly, I was thrown out of it and saw the misty rune shining before a huge amount of very dense mist flooded out of it.

All of them were shocked by the aura they sensed, and this aura continued to grow and stronger for a couple of seconds before suddenly stopping.

"My go"

Patric had just spoken a few words when he closed his mouth suddenly, as a sharp aura came out of Anna before a dense mist spewed out of anna's body and passed through the coffin unimpeded as if it did not exist.

Before they know it, they get covered in the mist; he is completely blinded, unable to see or sense anything around him. It had made him horrified and ecstatic at the same time.

This is the power of Empire of Mist that he, a Grandmaster, got blinded in his senses. People feel terror hearing the Empire of Mist; it had been a great tool of assassins, a bane of generals as it would surround the whole armies and make allies would fight each other.

It had been the greatest symbol of the power of Mistson, which they have lost in their own folly. Though they have got it back through another child of Michealson's, it would have taken her long to mature, and it is not even clear whether she would have the same fire as her aunt, who had dug out the Empire of Mist with her powers.

Now they have got it back, and even if Anna had some problems, she is still a Michealson. Machealsons and Empire of Mist have always been synonym with Mistson.

"Wiston!"

He heard the old women's voice, and it shocked him, as it felt distant and in the wrong direction, but that is what shocked me. The thing had shocked me was the name 'Winston.' It is the name of Lord of Glass and less than ten people in whole who call him that and do not bear any consequences.

He had thought the lord of glass had left, but it seemed like he was just hiding as usual; it is a good thing he had not asked about him to the old women.

"Mirage of Mirrors," He heard as it was spoken to his ear, and he felt the change around him. There is no change, but many things have changed.

He is relieved the hear the name of the move; it will hide the mist even if it spreads through all over the academy. People will go their own way without noticing a thing, which is great news; they don't want to publicize the lethal weapon they had just got.
