Monster Integration

3126 Dauru Bulls

We walked out of the Banzar command, and only then, Reta removed her hands from mine.

It is such a regret that these people have no interest in exploring the banzar command. They have only come here to that spatial bubble. So, they could better prepare themselves and make a breakthrough.

Now, they have finished with that; they do not see any value in staying in the banzar command.

They are after something big. Bigger than anything the banzar command could give them and I couldn't help but feel curious about it.

They have remained mysteriously quiet about it, but I can tell. They need me for it. It is why they had brought the two runemasters, but they are far from good, at least compared to me.

"How far is that place?" asked Reta. "It will take us one and a half days to two days to reach there," replied Harnal as he opened the map.

"Then we shouldn't waste any time," she said and immediately we started to run. This time she did not cover us with the energy, but the speed is far enough that only peak sovereigns could manage it.

I moved with them. I did not even think about escaping or even shouting for help.

No one will help me, and I could not escape. The open space is the strictest prison. If I want to escape, it would be only possible in an encased place, like a building. Here they would catch me before I could even take a single step.

A few minutes passed, and the people have disappeared. Now, I could only occasionally sense their presence.

It is such a regret that I could not bring Nero out. Not for the scouting, there is no need for it, but for resources. Nero is very good at collecting them. He would always collect, at least five times more.

I am still collecting the resources. I had created the energy strings. Though they are not as good as my strings, they do a job of collecting 80% success, and 20% turn in a failure of various degrees.

I only get a fraction of a second to harvest the resources. I am already going much better than my competitors.

Ura and one Primary-III are also collecting the resources. Ura's rate of success is just 60% despite being a Sovereign, while the Primary-III's is 30%.

Ura is not happy seeing that. As occasionally, he would glare at me.

Hun!

A few more minutes passed when suddenly, I felt all four activating the same method. The stealth method covered all of us.

As it did, they made a sharp turn, and it is not the only turn they made. In the next hour, they made a couple of them, and I have to say, they are very good. The stealth method is also not bad.

A little more than an hour passed when Reta looked behind Sor.

"You had wanted the horns of Dauru Bull, right?" she asked, and her eyes of Sor lit up immediately. "Yes, but the horn needs to be of High or Peak Sovereign Dauru Bull.

"The herd leader is at High-Sovereign," she said and moved left, and we moved with her.

Soon, I could sense the herd of bulls and if I had been alone. I would have run away as far as possible. The herd is small. It had just around seventeen monsters, but of seventeen, three are Sovereign.

With one being at High-Level of Sovereign, as Reta had said.

Soon, we reached the bulls, and they were big, twice the size of regular bulls, with pure white bodies and glittering orange horns. As they sense us, the orange fire begins to come out of their nostrils.

"I want to fight it," said Sor. "You have ten minutes. If you are done with it, by then, I will step in," said Reta.

"Don't worry. I will be finished by then," he said, and a powerful aura of Mid-Sovereign blasted off his body as he moved toward the herd.

MOOOOOO

The herd leader mooed loudly and moved toward Sor, with its hooves covered with the fire. While the other bulls spread, before moving toward us.

I am not worried about the bulls coming in with Reta present. I do not need to care about my safety. Though, I am thinking about one thing, those orange horns. Sor is not the only one who had use for them.

I also need the orange horns.

I have read about them when in data of the ruin. I think they will be useful to me in strengthening the breakthrough formation.

It is an alchemical ingredient, but I don't currently have a use for it, but I am sure I will find a use for it, eventually.

I pushed those thoughts. It is unlikely I will get my hands on them. I shouldn't think about it. Though, I will try asking for the horns, hope they will be merciful with their weak captive.

CLANG

I was in my thoughts when Sor clashed against the bull. His black saber clashed against the bull's orange horns and despite a powerful attack, not a single scratch appeared on them.

Sor seemed to know that. If they had been delicate, he wouldn't have clashed directly against the horns, it is the thing he wants.

The clash pushed him back for a couple of steps, but there was no surprise on the Sor's. As if he had expected it.

The bull did not give him any chance and attacked while he was taking the steps back, but he was ready as he moved the saber.

CLANG CLANG CLANG

He begins to fight against the bull, while the rest of the herd had finally approached us from all directions. They do want to get away.

MOOOO MOOO Mooooo….

They all moved and attacked us, while everyone watched the dumb monsters with a smile. It did not take long for their fiery hooves to reach us, and they attacked us with those powerful horns.

Bang Bang Bang

They were about to attack us when their horns crashed against the invisible protection. It made the bulls even angry, and they continued to attack, but no matter how they do, they couldn't break the protection.

Even a Mid-Sovereign monster is powerless against it.

"Idiot monsters," said Ura and laughed with the rest. I also put a laugh on my face, despite feeling terror in my heart.

The bulls are extremely powerful. Even Ura and Harnal will have a problem dealing with them. If Reta hadn't been here, we would have been running in terror.

I don't know how far I would have been able to run away before the orange horns of these powerful Sovereign monsters ram me from behind. Just thinking about sending a long shiver through my body.

Time passed as the bull continued attacking, while Sor continued to fight against the herd leader.

I wish Reta would participate and kill these bulls. It all feels very dangerous to me. The sooner they dealt with it, the better.

Though, it won't end soon. The bull Sor is fighting is very strong, and he is struggling against it, and until he kills it or the ten minutes pass. Reta won't kill the ones who are attacking us.
