CLANNNG!

"You are pathetically weak. Despite having a bloodline, you could not kill a person same level as you," I said to the Bullman as our weapons clashed.

"Shut up, you bastard!" It shouted angrily. "Why so angry? I am only telling the truth," I asked with a grin, before attacking it, which couldn't surprise it.

It is the first time I had attacked it since it had burst out with full power.

With my state of being bloodied and injured, I did not look like a person would launch an attack against such a powerful enemy, instead, I should be looking at the exit.

CLANNNG!

It defended against my attack and was about to launch it when it saw my sword moving and another attack was coming toward it.

It is stronger than me and faster, but that does not mean I cannot go on the offensive. As long as there is not an overwhelming difference of strength between us, and my skills are superior, I could do it.

Not to mention, I have fought with it long enough that I got quite familiar with it, which makes things even easier for me.

CLANNNG CLANNNG CLANNNG

Our weapons clashed, as it defended against my attack quite easily, but that did not hold me down as I attacked again and again.

I continued attacking, and it kept defending.

The irritation vanished on its face, and now there was mirth. It is like watching a child who could barely walk trying to climb a mountain. It is impossible, but also funny to watch in a sick way.

I am also smiling as the things are going on my way. It is behaving exactly as I hope it would.

So, I continued, changing nothing.

"You have called me weak human, but you are weak as an ant. If I wish, I could crush you easily," it said with a laugh. "Why don't you then?" I snapped back angrily, which made the smile on his face even bigger.

CLANNNG CLANNNG CLANNNG

The attacks continued, and it defended easily with a smile on its face. I am sure; it is also planning something, but I will be acting first.

A few minutes passed, and I am ready.

I did not waste any time acting. Attacking with my sword, which I have done thousands of times in this battle. The Grimm had suspected nothing, as my sword moved closer and closer to it.

Suddenly, a surprise appeared in its eyes. When I moved my sword at last movement.

Krrrrrrr….

Our swords met, but instead of clashing like usual, they touched. This time, it is a point of my sword met its ax and not the blade and begin to slide against the huge ax blade.

It immediately moved its ax to stop it, but it found out, it could not do much.

All the force it is applying to stop my sword is getting distributed. It is not like it had not tried to stop that, but no matter what it was, I would counter it, while my sword kept moving across its blade.

It had a simple option to take its ax back, but it would give me a clear way ahead. Which it does not want to do, as it could not predict, what I am trying to do taking such a risk.

So, it did the next best thing.

"Bastard!" it said loudly and released the dense cursed energies at me through its ax. Even after stating it clearly, the bastard is still refusing to believe I have immunity against its curses.

I am ecstatic seeing it attacking me with the curse energy.

It had come at me and covered me whole while trying to drill inside my armor, which let it do that. The curse energy had poured inside my armor, where it went to thousands of swirls.

The swirls broke the energy and processed it, before it went to my runes, giving me quite a pain.

I did not focus on it as the sword finally left its ax blade, and I moved toward its huge leg. Instead of moving its armored leg, which I am going for, the Bullman adjusted its ax and attacked me with it.

It is coming from behind and I have a bare few moments to do what I want and dodge this attack. Which, if I failed to do it, will bisect me into two.

Seeing the grin on the Bullman's face, it is already thought; it is an inevitability.

I reached its legs and attacked; the attack seemed normal, there was not even the faintest coat of energy on the blade. Though I am pouring every bit of energy, I could in the sharpness enchantment.

Buzz!

When my blade was just a few inches away from hitting it; the formation inside me buzzed, and it released energy and immediately, the energy covered my sword thickly.

The moment it appeared, the Bullman's eyes were wide, feeling an immense threat from it. It instinctively tried to take a step back, unconsciously slowing its ax.

If it had done that when I had attacked, it might have resulted in something, but now, it is too late.

As my sword had already touched the first defensive layer and begin cutting through it like butter, to the shock of Grimm. It is not the energy, just the power of sharpness and enchantment.

This was not a common sharpness, but a magical sharpness that could cut through any energy.

It cut through the first defensive layer and then the second, before the third, without losing even the slightest momentum.

After cutting through the four later, it touched the bloodline armor, which created resistance, but not enough to stop the blade.

SLICE!

My sword cut through the armor, before starting to cut through its skin, while I begin to move. As for the Grimms, its eyes widened and the whole body shook as the energy entered inside it.

This energy is a curse. I have researched them for years, but the first time created something that could be classified as a curse.

It is made by using its bloodline energy, my energy, some rule-bending power, and a few precious resources.

This curse is powerful but has a very short life. Just five seconds or fewer; I will have to finish it before that.

"Ahhhhh…."

It screamed in pain, while its eyes became unfocused. Still, its ax kept moving toward me.

PUCH!

I avoided its ax by hair breath. It did not stop and kept moving, before piercing into the leg Bullman hard.

It couldn't help but surprise me. Even with extreme pain, one should have self-awareness again own a weapon, but I guess it did not.

Hun!

I was thinking that when I sense the curse's power rapidly depleting. It had been only a second and it will run for another second, before losing the power.

Seeing that, I jumped and appeared behind its chest.

It seemed to have sensed the fatal danger as it moved, but its senses were clouded by the curse to work perfectly to defend against it.

Puchi!

Which is a victory for me, as I attacked and my sword pierce through its chest, from its back, destroying all the resistance it had hastily put in.
