Morningstar Of Sin

Chapter 19 - Simple Plan (I)

After a few hours of talking with Tony, I head home and start enacting my master plan. It is a simple plan really, in six easy steps I can rule the US drug trade.

Step one. Slaughter the vermin drug dealers… all of them.

Step two. Have my demons take their identity and sell in their place.

Step three. Contract a bio-engineer and give him the cure to addiction and overdoes.

Step four. Spread the cure with my drug dealers and pharmacies as a company.

Step five. Blackmail the President of the United States into legalizing my drugs.

Step six. Legitimize the drug dealers and Profit.

I hold out my hand and a black fire rolls off it, a pentagram forms on the floor in front of me. Flames rise and quickly vanish as the figure of an average looking man appears. If not for the pure black sclera and red iris's with deep black hair you would never guess he was a demon.

He kneels down with an arm over his c.h.e.s.t. "We, Legion, live to serve the King." It sounds as if hundreds of people are talking at the same time as he speaks.

I nod "Descreatly slaughter every single drug dealer in this country with a SIn of ring two or higher. Then summon a doppelganger to feast on their body and replace them. They are to continue servicing buyers appropriately and funnel funds to The Morningstar Company."

Legion bows it's head lower. "We hear and obey our King." As he finishes speaking he dissolves into thousands of shadows that scatter in all different directions.

As Legion leaves, I hold my out my hand and a gold coin appears. Tony had told me that the only Bio-Medical engineers he knew had quality work was Bruce Banner and Norman Osborn.

I vanish from where I'm standing and appear outside the office of Norman Osborn. The secretary doesn't notice my arrival until I tap on the desk.

"Yes?" She asks as she looks up but as her eyes meet mine her face blushes red.

I smile at her blush "I'm here to see Osborn, is he in."

She nods her head like a pecking chicken. "He is in." She says in a daze.

"Good," I say as I walk past her into the wooden doors of his office.

I walk into his office to see Osborn over his desk looking at papers on his desk anger across his face. Hearing me walk in he looks up from the papers he looks up and sees me. I can see from his face he recognizes me as he quickly stashes away the papers.

"Mr. Creed. Good to finally meet you, what gives me the honor of this unannounced visit?" He gets up off his chair wiping the anger off his face replacing it with a smile.

I approach his desk and speak clearly. "I am not here today as Creed." I slow time around us as my horns grow and crown set aflame, the wings protrude from my back and spread.

He falls back onto his chair fear written on his face "What do you want from me?" He backs the chair against the window nearly falling off.

Seeing he has no real Sin I decide to press on "I have a proposition for you but first." I look into his eyes "Tell me, what is it you d.e.s.i.r.e."

He looks to zone out as he speaks "I want my serum to work, I want my efforts to pay off." Tear well in his eyes "But most of all I want my son to love me and my wife to return."

I nod "These are all doable things, not much effort, the bringing the dead back may scare people so you will have to hide her existence."

Snapping out of it and hearing what I say he nearly jumps off the chair onto his knees. "Please! I'll do anything! JUST GIVE HER BACK TO ME!" tears stream down his face as he yells groveling at my feet.

I nod "Everything comes at a cost," I speak calmly as I hold out my hand. Parchment appears in a roll of fire like anytime before. I hand it to him and carefully watch his expressions.

The tears stop as he begins to read "You want so little? Only 51% of my company? I would give you the whole damn thing if you wanted! And distributing the cure to addiction and overdose protection? I can have it done in a week all across the US… as long as I have the cure that is. Having my soul as collateral means nothing, without my love I may as well be dead."

Tears threaten to fall again as he quickly signs the contract. As he does the room is dyed red as power radiates from my body. I gesture towards the center of the room and as I do the red from my body turns into swirling flames that hit the floor in the center of the room.

A pentagram of flames appears as a skeleton is grown from nothing above it, fleshy muscles, veins, and nerves appear on the skeleton. Finally, pale skin adorns the mass of flesh making it into a beautiful 30-year-old woman with c.h.e.s.tnut hair and eyes. Her large b.r.e.a.s.ts are b.a.r.e to see along with her region down below. I wave my hand again and a yellow sundress appears on her body covering her.

I look over at Norman and see his hands over his mouth and tears rolling down his face. As I look at him I feel something very small deep inside me and it makes me uncomfortable so I decide to leave.

I catch her as she is about to fall and set her on the couch and look over at Norman. "She needs to rest a few hours, her soul was damaged from a prolonged period in hell. She will have no memory of hell but it is still a scar and should be treated as such. I'm leaving now, make sure you honor the contract." I turn around ready to leave.

I make one last look at Norman holding the hand of his wife crying "Emily… oh, Emily."

I shake my head trying to stop the feeling as I disappear into flames once again.
