Most Powerful Sect System

32 Talent Ratios | Arrogant Children

After upgrading and decorating the sect last night I went back in and slept for about seven hours. Even though the Vitality stat will allow you to go a long time without sleeping; you will still have to sleep the normal amount.

With Vitality sitting at 3 points, I could tell I would be able to go without three days of sleep.

Today was the day I was scheduled to return as the Quality Elder for the Martial Hall. I was actually not in the need for money at the moment, I would only need to pay one purple coin at the end of the year, so in the end, I planned on resigning. Even if it seemed to be rude, the time wasted while I was there couldn't be earned back. I had to start getting ahead in my cultivation.

I didn't need to work over at the Martial Hall in order to go around copying the Manuals and Martial Skills using the library function. I could already transfer them over to the system with the Copy function.

This would still cost me 1 MPS Point because of the scamming system, but, it isn't that bad to get them that cheaply.

I could also post some job requests on the Billboard that would ask for Manuals and Skills, but at this point, they don't have even a fraction of the power to go out and journey for items like that.

The power level in this world among cultivators is different depending on where you are. This is because of the local mana atmosphere quality.

On this continent, it is quite normal to see a Tier 3 to 4 walking around outside of a city. This is because the outside of a city or town is partially no-mans-land. However, some of the city leaders should be around the 7th Tier or higher.

Even though the outside land is technically owned by the Radiant Family and Sunstar Empire it is still unmanaged.

The land is so vast and unexplored that there will be treasures waiting to be found from cultivators that died fighting dangerous spirit beasts and the like. There are many dangers waiting in the world I have yet to see.

In comparison, the Tier 1 maximum disciples I have recruited; will just be to fill up the sect for now, because of the system's request I had to host the exam early.

However, I plan to start putting in requests for Mana-herbs used for pill concocting, as well as any type of spiritual beast derivative. These could be used for weapon forging or pill concocting as well.

I needed to start to fill up the treasure storage of the sect, in order to have an extensive amount of items that can be exchanged for even more treasures. With this, we should be able to gather an extreme amount of items over time by raising the price of merit points for the treasure slightly, and lowering the price if a disciple would wish to sell something to the sect.

The simple merchant's code of buying for less and selling for more. With this strategy, I can slowly but surely fill up the treasure storage over time and have a wealth of items to eventually be used by future generations. Of course, if I had the choice I would choose to be an immortal…

To have such a high Vitality stat that you will never age, or producing a pill that could give you immortality… What a faraway dream! Nonetheless; anything in this world must be possible as long as the ingredients for success are available.

I was planning to cultivate peacefully today, but there was quite a commotion outside. It seemed that the entirety of Radiant City had learned of the Rising Sun Sect after these days.

I went out this morning and when I went through the gate, I was met with the looks of thousands of people!

People from all over the city had come to take a look at the sect, and see if they could try to join it. Unfortunately, I had other plans, I was going to wait a while for more and more people to learn of the Rising Sun. After we were quite popular and ready to host many more disciples I would run another entrance examination. They seemed quite scared and cautious of me, otherwise, I was sure they would start to hound me!

This time I could do a proper Entrance Exam, the main reason I cannot do anything at the moment is that I have to wait for more MPS Points.

The only way to gain MPS Points outside of missions is to have your disciples turn in jobs for merit points. The number of merit points that one disciple could make, if he/she was lucky, by taking a job posted for mana-herbs. It would be on average; 20.

The cost of the low Tier Mana Pulse Martial Skill would cost 200 Merit Points to obtain a copy of it. So I would guess that within the next few weeks these disciples would start having enough Merit Points to exchange for copies of skills.

For every 100 Merit Points exchanged I would get a single MPS Point. If all 36 of the disciples took the minimum number of a single job request every month. I would be looking at an average of… roughly 7 MPS Points every month.

This is just the minimum number, each disciple must complete at least one Merit Job Posting per month in order to stay in the sect. They must contribute after all.

I would suspect that in the next week I would not earn a whole lot if they are still cultivating. I have asked the system this before, but I don't know how fast it would usually take someone to reach the first tier if they had a good talent like Phorbes.

When I asked the system it gave a nutty explanation:

[Depending on the talent of what they are cultivating, their rate of cultivation will vary. If they are of B-type Body Talent; they could reach the First Tier within two weeks.]

[On the contrary, if they are of a lower talent; such as G-type talent. They would take about 10x longer to reach the same stage; so it would take about 4 1/2 months roughly.]

[This is of course, based on if they are cultivating diligently. If they do not understand what is written in the manual of their choosing they could be stuck in the same place for as long or longer than a year.]

[In simple terms, if we say G-type talent was the base speed of cultivating at 100%. Then you would see F-type as 200%, E-type as 400%, and D-type as 600%. It would continue in a multiple of 2 until you reach A-type Talent, where it would then become 1500%. An A-type talent could reach Tier 1 of their respective talent area in as little as 1 week and 3 days.]

Damn system, you're pretty nutty…

While trying to wrap my head around the system's lecture, it now made sense as to why none of them wanted to come to study the Flaming Pinwheel yet. It would take a while for them to reach Mid-class Tier 0.

As of now most of them were only Low-class Body Refiners, this was the name given to those who cultivated there body. Also, the name that would be given to mages like me would be; mage! Quite simple isn't it?

Although I would like to think of myself as a handsome wizard…

Later today I will go out towards the Martial Hall and give them my reason for leave, then come back and continue to cultivate.

I'm not sure when the disciples will start producing merit points, but I hope they do it soon!

{Alternate View: Phorbes}

Inside of a nice house that resembled a hermit's abode, was a calm air as a young man sat in a position on a crimson carpet.

He had his eyes closed and there was faint powerful energy radiating from his body that resembled heat waves. If you were to look inside his mana-circuit you could see the years of pollution of muck and grime being swept away and staining the outside of his body.

What Keleman didn't know was that when he was transported here, his mana-circuits were freshly made and only accumulated a tiny bit of dust. Compared to him, the person here had quite the amount to push through and unlock their mana.

The room soon became a bit smelly with a tar-like substance coming out of his skin and wrapping around him like a cacoon…

After around two hours he opened his eyes, two radiant whites in a black smelly abyss.

He grunted and got up while making sure not to touch the carpet with his arms, and got in an already drawn steaming bath.

"Even though I have yet to draw out any mana, I can already feel my body becoming lighter. Haha! To think you would actually feel so amazing just by the cleaning of your mana-circuits. I wonder how it feels when you can move mana throughout your body!"

The young man laughed and said this in a grizzly deep voice as the water around him soon became a dark brown color.

He soaked in this now-filthy water and was about to get out when he heard someone outside yell "Phorbes! I challenge you to a duel!"

The young and light voice sounded arrogant and incredibly vicious.

Sigh Another cocky one, ready to be pummeled.
