she withdrew her hand and i shuddered from the pain.

the high-level demon cultivator (hld) whipped her tail towards my face, its sharp edge about to poke my eyes.

i'm ashamed to admit it, but i panicked.

with heaving breaths, i threw myself backwards, avoiding her tail. junior brother f*cking finally moved towards the hld and hit her with another punch.

i looked around for a tree branch. finding one, i bent down to pick it up when- "holy f*cking sh*t!"

junior brother turned his head to me, distracted. the hld took this moment to thrust her hand through junior brother's stomach.

"hehe..." i cringed, "it was a bug."
