My beast Emperor System

Hearing Lucien's words the entire court turned silent. They all gazed at each other with confused looks on their faces, it looked like they were trying to confirm what they just heard. Lucien did not only hurt an Earl, a medium-class noble in the empire but he also threatened everyone, including the emperor!

They must have heard wrong!

Emperor Fei during this time remained observant and watched all that happened from the comfort of his throne placed at the highest platform present. He has fought enemies with soul energy and he too has his fair share of losses! He could tell the Earl could not stop Lucien's attack because he was not familiar with spirituality cultivators, therefore he had no way of resisting Lucien. Seeing this he had a cold feeling in his heart and with a twisted expression on his face, he asked.

"Are you Rakuzen or Lucien?" Emperor Fei asked.

He could remember the day he and instructor Fei were called over to save Lucien after the dungeon incident. He asked the ancient being for his name and during that time Rakuzen refused to say and claimed he is not qualified to know his name! He could only guess Rakuzen is the only one capable of saying provocative words like this and many silently agreed with his theory.

"Rakuzen? You sincerely look down on me emperor… Do I need Rakuzen to speak the truth?" Lucien revealed a sly smile 

His purple eyes were fixed on the emperor causing many nobles to cause in rage!

"Lucien? Shocking… Do you think you can kill me as well?" The emperor asked casually with a face lacking any form of expression.

"Yes.." Lucien laughed lightly causing the faces of many to turn red!

"You dare speak blasphemy against the emperor!"

"Execute this worthless kid!"

"Let me go at him, I assure you I will give him a sound beating and get him to apologize for all his wrongdoings!"

Many people roared within the crowd, they all silently prayed they can get their hands on this kid and teach him a lesson. At this point, the nobles remained silent and watched everything play out. The Raizen clan family head, Lucas gazed at Lucien with a hint of disgust on his face. He was extremely happy with the way things has played out, all that is left is for Lucien to be executed. With that, the old man can rest easy after so long!

"I demand an apology from the empire and sort of compensation for all the troubles I have been through!" Lucien declared when he saw the nobles were speaking amongst themselves.

His words made a vein pop on the forehead of the emperor causing him to look towards Lucien with an annoyed look on his face. He too was getting fed up with this version of Lucien.

"And why do you think we are the ones who have to apologize?" Emperor Fei asked with his aura slowly flaring up.

"Because you need me…" Lucien said making him frown even more.

"I am the only one who can refine the soul nourishment pills for you all… I am the only one who can forge the special grade magic weapons… I may not be the strongest youth amongst the new generation of elites but I am the one with the most potential… I have much more to offer to this empire… You need me!" Lucien said coldly causing Emperor Fei to frown even more.

"You useless youth dares speak that way to the Emperor! You must be tired of living!" Lucas Raizen roared as he stood on his feet.

"Old Fool, Quiet!" Lucien growled as he swung his hand at the man releasing a powerful wave of soul energy!

Seeing this the old man shrank back and gathered his energy waiting to take it head-on. If he were to dodge this attack it will certainly become a big blow to his reputation that he was forced to dodge by a junior but the real question remains, is he able to take this soul attack head-on? Especially since he has no means of countering!

Suddenly the soul aura shattered before it could reach the old man and a figure flashed shooting towards Lucien, it was the Emperor!

Smashing into the large platform where Lucien stood, he released a powerful shockwave which blew the guards off the platform but Lucien didn't move back an inch! Rakuzen kept surging his power into Lucien without taking over directly, helping to boost his abilities. They had already discussed this earlier, if it was deemed that he is unable to live in the empire, he would just teleport directly to the Tania village and avoid the punishment entirely.

Both sides began walking towards each other boldly, with each step the platform trembled and their aura kept rising! It was shocking that Lucien was ready to challenge the emperor but it was even more shocking that he remained unfazed by the old man's aura!

"You really think I will not be able to kill you?" Emperor Fei asked with a stern look on his face.

"Just as you have confidence in your abilities… I have confidence in the strength I have acquired… This little emperor will not be slain by you" Lucien said with a sinister smile on his face causing the emperor to frown.

He has always known the type of person Lucien is and he knew the young lad would not boast of anything without confidence. Also, his current behavior made it difficult for him to see through! He could not tell what was going on in Lucien's mind, all he knew was that everything Lucien said earlier is true! If the empire truly wishes to grow stronger than the other two empires, they need his help!

"What do you want?" Emperor Fei asked calmly as his aura died down.

"I want a noble title of my own… A territory which I rule over and create a clan of my own… Remember from now on my services for the empire is not free and I decide what I choose to share with the empire… My strength is mine and mine alone… and finally I wish to continue at the Fotia academy" Lucien said calmly
