My Beautiful Love

Just like every other time they were together for home-cooked meals, Lu Shaoting cooked as he taught Su Ling. From her competent master, she had learnt quite a bit and could now cook simple dishes. Very soon, the meals were ready.

"They look yummy. I can't wait to try them out." Su Ling said.

Lu Shaoting grabbed her waist habitually. "Really? I thought I look more attractive."

Su Ling felt her body burn up from his charming voice beside her ear. She wriggled out of his embrace. "Stop messing around."

"Actually, I think you're more attractive than the food. How about I just have you for dinner?"

He saw her face turn red and stopped messing around.

When they were done eating, Su Ling became worried. "It's getting late. I should probably head back now."

Lu Shaoting grinned. "Really? I can drop you off at any time. Or if you don't mind, you can spend the night here." Actually he really wanted her to spend the night here with him. Wouldn't he be bored to death if he was all alone?

"Eer…" she hesitated.

"Why are you hesitant? It won't be the first night we spend together." He teased.

While that was true, she still had a weird feeling that made her blush.Why was it that she felt strange? Perhaps it was because this would be the first time being together in his villa? The other times were in her old apartment and in Lu Aotian's North Side Villa.  Or…perhaps it was because he said something about wanting to have her for dinner?

Lu Shaoting giggled and leaned closer to her. "Is it because I said this will be our matrimonial home, so you think something will happen?"

Su Ling blushed and glared daggers at him. "You shut up. You're the one who thinks something will happen."

"Does that mean…you want something to happen?"

Su Ling pushed his chest. "Honey, don't be like this."

"Heh. I won't tease you anymore. There are many rooms here. You can sleep in any of them. Of course if you want to sleep in the main bedroom with me, that's acceptable too."

"How about we just sleep separately?" 

"Okay."

After watching a movie, Lu Shaoting showed Su Ling to her room. When he left for his own room, she took her time to admire the large room. Everything was mainly in white, including the sheets and curtains. She didn't find it boring because it was her favorite color. Now that she thought about it, most things in this villa were white. Lu Shaoting sure went all out with her best color. However, if this would be their matrimonial home, she would restyle it in warmer colors. There was too little color and it honestly looked a little gloomy. She opened the closet to take a look but…wait, why were there women's clothes in here? They were all from high end brands and looked like each of them cost a fortune.

She had never been here before so there wasn't any way these were hers. She had randomly chosen the room next to his so there was no way they were prepared for her either. Besides, he decided to go to this villa for a meal right after their movie. Urgh…there was even underwear. Was there really someone else here before? 

She walked out of the closet and sighed.

Well, it could be understood. He was already twenty eight. There was no way he had never been with a woman before. But wait, didn't he say this villa was restyled not too long ago? Does that mean whoever that woman was, she had been here recently? She suddenly wasn't in the mood to look around anymore. She was so jealous that it hurt.

Knock knock!

She heard a knock just as a drop of tear seeped out of her left eye. She was fighting her tears.

"Come in." she said as she quickly wiped her tear and forced a smile.

Lu Shaoting walked in his pajamas. "I forgot to tell you that there are pajamas in the closet. There's everything you need in there."

Su Ling looked at him, stunned. Those were hers? "When did you…" her voice was broken so she shut up.

"When did I prepare them? They have been here for a few weeks now. I have always wanted to bring you over to spend a night."

When she heard him, she felt embarrassed. Here she was feeling jealous of the owner of these clothes, yet they were hers? She rushed to the closet and randomly checked a dress. It was in her size. Even the bras and underwear were the right size. She blushed. "Pervert." 

Lu Shaoting abruptly appeared beside her, "When I came in just now, I thought you looked upset. Don't tell me…you already saw the clothes and thought they belonged to someone else so you got jealous?"

Su Ling jabbed him in the stomach. "You really know how to infuriate me. I thought they were someone else's. For that second, I was almost sure you were keeping another woman. 

Lu Shaoting really wanted to laugh. "You could have just checked the size and colors to know that they are yours. Do you  think I would let another woman into my house? How can my girlfriend be so easily jealous?"

She held his neck and kissed his lips, not minding his teasing. "Thank you. You are so kind to me."
