"This punk has really lost his senses..." Gnashing his jowls in anger, Henry wondered with a death stare towards him intensely while Czar was standing still, looking at him holding a witty smirk. He didn't seem a bit bothered by his accusations and faced him much boldly.

"Are you done with your chattering or still have something left to speak?"

"Hey dude...you need to check yourself with a therapist! I think...you are not in your right senses now! I am really concerned about Miss Clara, how could she even let a crazy jerk like you in her home?" Grumbling in rage, Henry tried to move a bit closer to him intending to forcefully barge inside the home while he was still persistingly guarding the door.

"Well, I am in my right senses but you are gonna lose your senses right now." Mystically he swirled his eyeballs while replying in a spooky voice.

"What?"

All of a sudden, the dark brown pupils of his eye transformed into bright blue color as he intended to use his superpowers by viciously glaring at him straight into his eyes. With a sudden jolt, Henry almost stood all numb like a statue as their eyes encountered each other! He couldn't even breathe properly while he was gazing at him making a vile expression on his face.

"Miss Clara is sick today...She is gonna take a day off..." In a low deep voice, Czar muttered these words out of his mouth intensely staring at him.

Henry gazed at his eyes like a statue and as soon as he proclaimed his words, like a puppet he nodded his head gently and repeated those exact words in a frail pitch, "Miss Clara is sick today... She is gonna take a day off."

"Henry?"

All of a sudden, Clara shrieked out aloud from behind which startled Czar quite hard. Quickly, his dark blue eyes obtained the usual human form as she hurriedly rushed to the door ogling at Henry in perplexion.

"Henry? What are you doing here? Why are you at my home this early morning?" In anticipation, she threw so many questions scanning him from head to toe.

"Miss Clara is sick today...She is gonna take a day off." In a robotic manner, he proclaimed the same words again staring at her. His eyes seemed to be abnormally darkened with a faded expression all over his face.

"What?" Bewildered at his answer, she quickly shifted her gaze towards Czar who was still smiling meekly at him. "Wh-What's wrong with him?" She probed her being quite restless.

"Miss Clara is sick today...She is gonna take a day off." He repeated the same words again which amused Czar as he began to chuckle, swirling his eyes.

"Why is he uttering like a robot? What the heck is happening here, master?" Rolling her eyes wider in fear, she shrieked out quite aloud.

"I have hypnotized him."

"What?"

"You heard me right. I can't stand nosy stuff and that's why I had to hypnotize him." Smiling in a spooky eloquence, he uttered those words smoothly out of his mouth taking a huff of breath out. "He will tell these exact words in the office acting as an eye- witness and you will be taking the day off today. Isn't it a good thing?"

"Wh-Why did you do it, master?" Panicking out quite hastily, she grabbed his arm and shook his arm vigorously a few times to regain his senses back from that state. "Hey, Henry! Please revive your senses! You can hear me, right? Please act normal as you do!"

"Miss Clara is sick today...She is gonna take a day off." He murmured those exact words again, gazing at her eyes with a blank stare.

"Damn it!" Looking infuriated, she turned her face behind and glared at Czar who seemed to be enjoying the show, smiling on his own. "Master! Please revive his senses back! You mustn't abuse your powers on these weak humans, they could fall into grave danger!"

"Sorry, but hypnotic powers won't be reversed till the sunset." Promptly he responded, smirking a little.

"That means... he is gonna stay like this till the evening?"

"Yes."

"Are you fucking kidding me? Why did you do this to him then?" Slapping her forehead with her hand, she growled at him in frustration, constantly gazing at Henry who was standing all stiff and numb.

This time, the mischievous smile on his face faded a little as he shifted his gaze towards him to convey his intense words, "alright. Don't bother us anymore. Leave." 

Politely he bowed his head before him and without uttering a single word he left away right from her entrance walking at a gentle pace. Clara seemed too concerned about his state and impatiently stirred her queries towards him.

"Master, how can he just leave like that? He can fall into a major accident in this hypnotic state! It's too dangerous--"

"Stop worrying about these humans too much." Before she could wrap her words, sounding much darker and dense, he conversed his answer staring straight into her perplexed eyes.  "Though you have lived among these humans but don't forget about your own identity! We are much superior to these annoying humans. I think you better worry about your own lineage from which you belong." 

"But...Master..."

All of a sudden, he leaned his face a bit closer towards her and whispered in an intense tone before she could speak further. "You should be appreciative to me that I easily gave you a day off from your hectic work schedule.

But looking at you constantly nagging and whining at me is pissing me off a bit, my dear. You mustn't try to provoke my anger instincts. I may look all smiley and playful but you don't have a single idea, how terrifying I turn out to be if someone aggravates my rage. So, worry about your own life and be obedient to me." He tapped her shoulder a few times threatening her in a cold, husky voice, smiling a bit while glaring straight into her eyes.

For the first time, his attitude seemed much malicious like a monster, and his spooky smile was enough to bring terrifying chills all over her spine. Her legs trembled a little and without uttering any word further, she quickly nodded her head in response.

"That's like a good girl. Come, let's have breakfast together." His playful smirk reappeared on his face again as he turned behind to stroll back inside, whistling a meek tune in a calm manner as if nothing happened in between. Clara stood like a statue, awe-struck at his attitude gulping her saliva quite anxiously. It was the very first time, she felt quite scared of his smile and the fact quite messed her up from inside.

"Ewww! The medicine tastes so bitter...I won't have it more---"

"Zeus, don't whine like a child! C'mon, open your mouth wide..."

"No please, it tastes too awful! I am perfectly fine now, I don't need medicines---"

"Open your mouth! AAAAAA?" 

"Aaaaa."

Dealing with his childish whining, Eva was desperately trying hard to feed him the medicines after he consumed the porridge that she had prepared for him tenderly. He was sulking his face quite hard while gulping those medicines against his own will just for her sake. Watching his silly facial expressions, all of a sudden, Eva burst out into laughter covering her mouth, closing her eyes shut.

"What? Are you enjoying tormenting me?" Zeus pouted his lips while wiping that liquid flavor from his mouth, making a displeased grimace.

"Haha! I am sorry...But your face is just like him right now!" She was laughing quite hard.

"Him?"

"Yes. My father used to nag like you exactly the same way whenever he fell sick. My mom used to feed him those pills and medicines in the same way just I fed you now. Haha! But his expressions were always too funny to watch..." 

All of a sudden, his heart tinged with the pain of despair as he watched her laughing out heartily right before him. Without uttering a single word, he continued staring at her holding a glum gaze. 

After a moment of intense laughing, her eyes were almost teary as she had giggled too much.

Wiping her eyes she mumbled in a soft tone, "damn. All these things feel like just happened yesterday...Sometimes, I can't believe it...I am living without them for 10 years already..."

Her voice grew a bit sadder as she lowered her eyes down, sighing a deep huff of breath. "You know Zeus...I...I really want to see them just once...but...I know it's impossible for me. That's why I try to find my lost happiness in such little things... And, your expressions truly made me giggle. Th-Thank you, Zeus." She raised her chin up looking at him with a sad wide smile and a tearful gaze.

Softly, Zeus clenched her hand with his one arm and caressed her face tenderly with the other arm. Reciprocating a sad wide smile towards her, he mumbled his words in a polite voice, "I will make sure to hold this precious smile on your face, forever. I will make sure to make your father being proud of me for cherishing her daughter preciously. It's my promise to you, Eva." 

"He will be proud of you, I am sure of it, Zeus." Nuzzling her side face on his palm, she responded with tears of joy rolling down her cheeks as their eyes were fixed on each other.

Little did their serene hearts knew...fierce storms had been approaching them at the speed of light, which was about to be the turning point of their pure relationship.
