The dining table was soon full with platters heaped with tasty, crisp, deepfried slices of lean pork; deep‐fried chicken bits in a sweet‐and‐sour sauce, tossed with lightly cooked shallots; very small, very fresh string beans flavored with tiny dried shrimp; an indifferently flavored meat broth with black "tree ear" mushrooms floating about in it ; and mustard greens flavored with tight‐capped straw mushrooms.

The aroma of the lavish food soon filled the house making everyone hungry.

Yifeing who was too hungry to get shocked by her sister's cooking school was drooling.

After so many years he will eat homemade chinese food.

Liu ye too was drooling with Grandpa bai had stars shining in their eyes looking at the food.

Yifei who wanted to laugh at their cute reactions was removing her apron .

" Dad , Gege , Grandpa Bai please sit." Yifei called them to have their dinner.

The Father- son duo eagerly went and sat on their chair next to each other, lovingly looking at food. They were foodie from birth.

Yifei sat opposite them and Grandpa Bai started serving them.

When he was serving , the front door opened and two silhouette entered.

Yifeng was somewhat unconfortable seeing him. According to his memory ,in past his sister always avoided him to spoil her relationship with her husband. And after the stealing case she avoided him like a plaque .

When he went to meet her before going abroad , she refused to see him.

Liu ye , cleared her throat and asked with a polite smile, " Jingting , You are so early today ? "

Jingting nodded and went to change and wash himself before giving a final look at Yifei.

Xu zheng greeted them and after giving his boss some doc.u.ments , bid his farewell.

After sometime Jingting came back wearing casual cloth making him appear like a university student.

Their is no doubt ,he is the most hadsome man I have ever seen , Yifei thought staring at him.

Jingting lips slightly tugged upward seeing the dreamy look and appreciation in her eyes but his face remained blank as usual.

He took a sit next to her , making her return from the La La land.

Seeing the food on the table ,he wouldn't help but appreciate.

" Grandpa Bai , the food looks amazing " He complimented in courtsey.

Grandpa Bai smiled and informed him proudly about the chef.

Jingting was shocked and looked at Yifei .

He never knew ,she could cook and that to so good.

Grandpa bai served him food too and was going elsewhere .

Being a servent he didn't dare to sit on the same level as the Lu family.

He was planning to go when Yifei stopped him and urged to sit with them as he was a family too.

Grandpa bai got very emotional hearing her and with everyone forcing him ,he sat next to Yifeng who was lost in his thoughts.
