My First and Last Man

Right away Tae leaves the chamber after thanking his platoon leader but then he forgot to call someone to pick him up because he is too excited to meet his wife and most of all he doesn't have the phone on him since he left it to his wife since the phone is not allowed during enlistment even his wallet he forgot to retrieve from his locker since all trainees will receive allowance once a month and so right now he doesn't have anything. He even forgot to change his clothes since he is still wearing his military jumpsuit and so he decides to run from the training center to JL Hospital because he is 100% sure that his beloved wife will give birth again to the same hospital because of their close relationship with the Hwang, the Li, and the Jo, well his beloved wife is also a very loyal person so that's why.

Meanwhile, in the hospital and inside the hospital operating room, Rei still didn't give birth because her vitals are too low to give operation but when it's back to normal the baby vitals are too low so they wait, wait, and waited for both mother and son pair to have a normal vital before proceeding of the operation. Actually Doc Annie, already decided that Rei will have a C-section but then since Rei gives a normal condition for the following days after her contractions and engagement on that day but then today it's not good for C-section because both Rei and the baby vitals are too abnormal because it will be low, normal and high and vice versa so they are now waiting for the right time to give Rei a normal delivery.

It's been almost two hours since they wait but it's still the same while at the same time, Tae just arrived in the hospital while wearing a military jumpsuit with a big sweat on him since he was running for almost 2 hours. He goes right away to the front and asks in the middle of his heavy breath from running.

"Where ------ is ------ Mrs. ------ Jun --------- Lou ------ Rei room?" 

"... [The hospital receptionist almost got speechless because of how Tae suddenly appear out of nowhere and didn't recognize him right away because of his military hair cut] S---sir, its VIP Suite 201"

"VIP Suite 201, thanks"

"Ah, Sir....." want to inform you that the patient is now at the operating room but too late for her since Tae already out of sight.

Meanwhile, Tae didn't ask about the location, and instead of looking at the hospital floor map since he already where are the VIP Suites rooms located because Rei used the VIP Suite before but different room numbers this time. After locating where's 201 located, he goes right away by walking fast and then nervously knock on the door but before his knuckles touch the door the nurse stops him by informing him right away.

"Ah Sir, are you perhaps looking for Mrs. Jun?" Tae just nodded while the nurse continues "Mrs. Jun already in the operating room at exactly 3 am, Sir"

"I see and where it is?"

"Operating Room 201 Sir"

"Thanks....." then Tae going to where it is right away but got stopped by the nurse since the nurse just recognized him.

"Eh Sir, are--- are you M'dols Woo? I mean the husband of Mrs. Jun?"

"Yes I am and so may I leave now?"

"Uh-uh… [said it mumbly but enough for Tae to heard it] eh, then don't tell me that Miss Li is really lying after all Manager Rei is really pregnant, in fact, she will give birth today and what's with this that their marriage is in the middle of a divorce?"

Tae wondering while walking fast to the operating room and since he already had done looking at the map and already aware where it is, he doesn't need to asks where it is so he goes right away to where it is. 'Eh, Miss Li, don't tell it's that woman? Well forget about that first and your main priority is your wife'. At the same time, he arrived at the operating room and he didn't find anyone either from his family members and in-laws.

"Eh, don't tell me Rei is alone for the days she's here in the hospital?" He said it loud and then looking at the operating room that he notices the green which means the operation is still going on so then he is now looking at the nurse who just passes by but he didn't stop him instead he goes to the reception desk right and ask for a key card while explaining it in one go.

"Can I borrow for VIP Suite 201 card key? And I'm not suspicious because I'm Mr. Jun, Mrs. Jun husband, so I need to call my family members to inform them that my wife is now giving birth so please hurry"

"Eh.... y-----yes Sir" then retrieve the master key card and give it to Tae "here's the key card, Sir"

"Thanks" and without hesitation, Tae leave right away after getting the card key from the receptionist then go to his wife's hospital room to look for her phone. Knowing his wife, he found the phone from her pouch right away and dialing the Jun House to inform his parents first.

He dialed it while locking the door and goes back to the operating hallway right away.

Ring, ring, and ring

"........" no one answered from the Jun House but Tae didn't get impatient because his parents will awake around this time and so he called again until he reached them out.

Ring, ring, and ring

"Hello Rei, are you alright?" Tae's mother answered hurriedly because she heard the phone ringing many times.

"It's Tae, Mom and Rei are already inside the operating room. I don't know what time she entered but I'm now in the hospital waiting for her"

"Eh, T-----Tae since when did you arrive?"

"Explain to you later Mom and come here now but you need to be careful, by the way where are my in-laws?"

"They will come today and maybe around 8 am since they are on board by now"

"I see"

"We will come right away and I will inform everyone"

"Thanks, Mom"
