We went down to the streets, blood spilled on each object, it was far more gruesome than I had imagined, mercy wasn't even an option to be granted.

I couldn't find a single person in this pack, it was as though the whole city was vacated until I found the noises of kids.

I ordered Rock to go ask about the details. Because if I charged in, they would be scared and might even alert the enemies.

' Alpha, they said there was a festival in the mountains'

' festival' it was too absurd to believe with all the blood that surrounded us.

' sure we shall head there first' I responded. Time was getting wasted and so we transformed ourselves into wolves before running into the chaos that presented.

As we reached the top, I found myself looking at a massacre. I made a good decision to leave Kavin near the tunnel entry in case something goes wrong. Although trying to convince him was the toughest part.

Women were being beheaded and in a distance, I saw my mate tied up, her body had lost its soul, she was weak and fragile like a small flower.

That's when Max howled and along with him the other pack members. We started marching into the field, tearing apart anyone who comes in our way.

I was almost near our mate when a light stuck near my chest, only a few steps and I would have made it to her.

Was I going to die like this, without saving her.....

And seconds later a light erupted from my mate, she tore apart the shackles which held her and concentrated her power towards the witch tearing her body into pieces.

Was my mate a witch but she didn't show any signs of it. Whatever she may be I will still love her with all my heart till my last breath.

' I love you Blake' she said and Max purred, how long have I waited for her lips to say those words. To hear those 3 words which would make me alive.

' I guess I had already fallen in love with you the moment our eyes met' she sat next to me.....her voice wavered as she tried to recall the past, if only I could have told you the truth then would we have still ended up this way.

It dint matter, as long as your safe I wouldn't mind dying for you.

There was life beating inside me again, what happened, I was dead, was I revived.....when I opened my eyes, if found Allen unconscious, she slept before me like she was dead.

' Allen' I called out to her but she dint respond. What happened…her pulse rate was too low….was she going to die….no I won't allow it.

I held her close to my chest, her body heat was disappearing, she was growing cold…..No this can't be happening.

' what happened' I looked around to hear an answer, but everyone was just blank like me. ' Alpha I guess she transferred her life to you' Rock said coming forward.

' what' I howled angrily.

' How foolish are you' I said looking at her…. ' an idiot' ....

' Please don't die Allen' I kissed on her forehead, but she was like a doll in my arms, slowly fading away.
