Erik nodded before resting his head in the crook of Alan's neck and said: "Apart from the exhaustion from our crazy nights and the mental fatigue, I've never thrown up or even felt bloated in my tummy before, but your hands work magic and that warmth coming out from them feels really nice."

Alan while continuing to gently caress his tummy, checked that he had no temperature, and as everything seemed normal apart from the stomach ache he suggested to Erik: "Should we talk to Caleb about it? He would be able to tell us if this has happened before and what we need to do to make you feel better."

But Erik then said: "No need to bother him with that, it's already getting better."

Erik yawned then and said sleepily to Alan: "Let me rest a bit more and I'll be all right after a few more hours of sleep, you'll see."

Alan kissed the top of his head and said: "Okay, get some rest, but if it doesn't get better after that we'll ask Caleb for advice."

Erik positioned himself more comfortably in Alan's arms and fell back into a restful sleep, at least that was what Alan hoped, as he was wide awake now.

He then used a communication stone to call Axel, because he knew that his best friend, whom he considered like his brother, could tell him about Nolan's state of health, which wasn't very good before he himself fell asleep completely exhausted.

Axel, who no longer needed to rest since he had become a Divine creature, then explained everything that had happened to him, and the seriousness of Nolan's condition, which had only been saved thanks to Lena's very special magic.

Axel also told him that he and Kevin had come to see them just after having healed Nolan and Ashton from these black particles, and that once Erik's Warrior Spirit had recognised their energy and let them approach the bed, Kevin had given him a legendary healing potion and a remedy against mental fatigue, and that was probably why he was now feeling so good.

When Alan asked if they'd noticed anything strange about Erik, Axel immediately reassured him that Willow had checked and that Erik was perfectly fine, and Alan then hesitated to mention Erik's state of health to Axel but Axel sensed his hesitation and suddenly he asked him worried, 'Why? Has something happened to Erik?'
