My Neighbor's Dirty Secret

Chapter 49 - Neighbors Turned Housemates (1)

F.U.C.K.

That one word was the only word going through Rhea's mind as she found her bags inside the twin's guest room. It was a nice and neat room that had a bed, a bookshelf, and a nightstand table. There was no window, thankfully. Just a dimly lit dark room with the b.a.r.e amount of necessities to go on.

To be perfectly honest, Rhea was a woman who could take care of herself. She'd argue she could take someone down with her pan or deliver a harsh bite to anyone who ever tried to mess with her or Damien again. But of course, her only weakness caused for this to happen. When Damien awoke, he heard what the wretched angels said.

Rhea flash backed to him holding her hands and looking at her with concern, "Please stay with the twins. I don't want you to get hurt like I did. It's safer this way."

She tossed her bag onto the ground and began to pull and stretch out her hair. "Why did I do this to myself? Living with the twins? What the f.u.c.k are you thinking, Rhea? They'll eat you alive..."

This was a terrible idea. She quickly picked up her things again, and tried to leave but Aziel's arm was blocking her exit out of the guest room. Rhea shrieked and literally tried to headbutt him. He cursed and moved his arm away. But even as she got passed him, Aziel caught her by the collar of her shirt.

"Where do you think you're going, new roommate girl?"

"I-I can't do this! I think I'll have a heart attack and die before the enemy stalker gets to me if I stay here. Let go of me!"

"Zeven and I are trying to be good people and have you stay with us so that we can make sure you aren't harmed by our fan..." he smirked and leaned close. "What are you so afraid of?"

"I am not afraid of anything, which is why I can go back to my place and take care of that stalker myself."

"Oh really? I think...You're afraid that if you stay here with Zeven and I, that you'll turn into our s.e.x slave."

Rhea's whole entire being turned an unattractive red. Aziel hit the target with that comment because that's exactly what she was afraid of. She was still haunted by what happened at the dark dungeon ceremony so living together with them wasn't gonna make things any better but worse.

Zeven chose to come in at the right time and grabbed the bags in Rhea's arms. "Stop joking around Aziel. If you keep scaring her like that, karma will come back tenfold."

"I'm just enjoying having a new roommate to tease. That's because you're not exactly fun to tease and mess with Zeven."

"Because I tease and mess with you even more, that you can't say anything back."

"Exactly, you're no fun, nancy no fun."

Rhea frowned at Aziel. "And I'm fun to tease?...You're terrible Aziel...Ugh Zeven, stop putting my things away nicely, I wanna go home."

"You still want to leave even though Aziel and I are making steak tonight?"

Steak? Rhea could feel herself drooling.

The last time they were making food, it ended up in a dirty dumpling fight that tasted divine. But what could go wrong with steak? Nothing. More importantly, Rhea's mind was already made up as she helped Zeven put her things away nicely. Even though she wanted to leave, whenever the twins made food, it was damn good and she was kind of tired of ordering takeout.

Home made food was just too good to pass up at the moment.

Aziel was the one to laugh and clear his throat.

Rhea hissed. "What are you laughing about?"

"Can a man laugh? Is it a crime to laugh?"

Rhea felt as if Aziel was silently mocking her for being a slave to food. She narrowed her eyes at him and looked at Zeven. "Can you hit him for me?"

"Ow. Are we playing sides now?"

"No. I'm hitting you because you deserved it."

Rhea took a deep breath and cleared her throat as she looked at the twins. She was nervous about staying with the twins but Damien was right, in that it was safer and they were the only people she could rely on. Even if she called the police, what could they do about it if they didn't have the person responsible?

"Okay fine. I'll try staying here a few days. But if I am to stay here, I want to set some rules."

Aziel g.r.o.a.n.e.d and shook his head. "Rules? This is my condo."

"What kind of rules?" Zeven asked.

Rhea drew an imaginary line between them to indicate her spacing rules. "Rule number 1: Don't come close anywhere within my room or within five feet from me."

Aziel sighed. "Okay I respect your personal space but are you joking about the five feet thing? What if you're on fire?"

She rolled her eyes at him. "I'll roll out the flames on the ground! Okay rule number 2: Don't touch my packages. And rules number 3: I don't wanna hear you and your subs f.u.c.k.i.n.g and making l.e.w.d videos."

"Then who should we f.u.c.k and make l.e.w.d videos with...You?" Aziel asked almost crudely, generating Rhea speechless from profound shock.

Zeven sighed and stepped in front of Aziel before she could literally strangle him. "We can honor these rules."

"Zeven, are you serious?"

"I'm serious."

"How are we gonna pay the bills?"

"We'll manage."

Aziel angrily turned over to Rhea. "Listen, you might have Zeven wrapped around your little finger because he's nice. I'm not that nice of a guy. I won't bend over for an ungrateful woman. This is my condo and I'll do whatever the f.u.c.k I want."

"It's also my condo too," Zeven added.

Aziel wordlessly turned around and stormed out of the condo, taking the keys, and slamming the door shut behind him. Rhea was glad that one wretched twin was out but then again, that meant that she was left alone with the other wretched twin. But compared to Aziel, Rhea hoped and imagined Zeven wouldn't bite.

He seemed like the harmless type---What the hell was Rhea thinking? Of course Zeven wasn't harmless. That night, he showered her in sweet kisses and fondled her b.r.e.a.s.ts like no tomorrow...

Zeven smiled at her and interrupted her concerns and dirty flash backs with, "How do you like your steak?"
