Naruto: The Template System

Konoha 48 Years.

Konoha Hospital.

Minato teleported in with Kushina to do some tests, and determine her health status.

Being the Kyuubi's Jinchuriki, the strongest war weapon that Konoha had, her giving birth was not something trivial.

It was necessary to confirm the exact date in advance, so that the site of birth could be secretly prepared.

In the end, the approximate date was guessed around 2 days later.

Hokage Office

The seat of the Hokage had a new owner.

Minato wearing the Hokage Haori and the official hat on his head sat on the main seat by the desk.

In front of him stood, Sarutobi, Sakumo and Kozuki.

At this moment, Sarutobi spoke first breaking the silence in the room.

With a serious expression on his face, he said to everyone "As Minato told earlier, the matter of the birth of a Jinchuriki isn't small, if there is a slight mistake it can cause a disaster for the village"

"Taking precautions early is never wrong, I have decided that on the night of birth, Kozuki Kun and Sakumo san would be stationed outside the birth area and if something happens we all together would be enough to deal with it"

"I understand"

Kozuki agreed as he would never let anything bad happen.

What's the point of gaining so much strength if he can't even change the destiny of those close to him?

This would be Kozuki's first big challenge that whether he could really defeat destiny and change other's fate

"I will stay with Kushina and if something happens I'll notify you guys immediately"

Minato never wanted the person he loved to have an accident so he did everything in his power to prevent any problem to occur.

"We should also have Anbu stationed around the designated birth area"

Sakumo also expressed his opinion as a complete plan was formed soon.

Soon the meeting ended as Kozuki left the room and strode towards his home.

On his way home walking on the streets, Kozuki had a worried expression on his face.

Kozuki wasn't worried about the birth of Naruto since he had absolute confidence to save Minato.

He was concerned about his Template Extraction Progress.

It's been more then a year since the end of the Third Ninja World War.

Despite his inhuman training this year, his template reached 70% increasing only 5% and it was getting even more difficult to make it progress further.

At this rate, it might take more then 10 or 12 years for the completion of First Template.

While Shanks was strong and with his sage mode he could fight Madara but that was the Madara without ten tails.

He wouldn't be able to fight the six paths Madara much longer and he needed the power of another template.

No matter how hard he thought, he couldn't guess the reason for the slow progress.

There was no problem in his training as most of his time was always spent practicing.

Kozuki decided to deal with this matter after the birth of Naruto and threw these thoughts out of his mind and prepared himself for the possible fight.

Soon, 2 days passed in the blink of an eye.

It was dusk and the afterglow of setting sun fell on Konoha.

In a remote place outside Konoha, a person suddenly appeared.

He was dressed in black, with an orange spiral mask hiding all of his face expect for his red eyes.

"Is everything ready, Black"

Black Zetsu drilled out from the ground as Fukashi spoke confirming the situation.

"Hehe, I have scattered all of your chakra infused shurikens near the birth site, now all that is left for us is to wait for the start of the show"

"Tonight, will be a memorable night for Konoha and our first step towards the completion of plan"

Fukashi spoke as the Sharingan in his eyes kept spinning and all three tomoe suddenly connected forming a complete different pattern.

Kozuki along with Sakumo stood outside the designated birth place as his Observation Haki was at it's full swing.

Kozuki actually sensed a strange aura earlier but it soon disappeared.

Kozuki had a guess who it was, as there was only one person who could easily infiltrate Konoha without being detected.

Kozuki didn't chase after Black Zetsu as it wasn't easy to catch someone who was hiding for thousands of years and he also couldn't afford to leave this place.

But it made him more cautious as he knew that as expected by him something would happen tonight.

"Kushina, you can do it"

Minato's encouragement gave power to Kushina and a baby's loud cries echoed in the chamber.

"Naruto was born!!!.

Biwaku the wife of Sarutobi, held Naruto and approached Kushina to let her see her new born son.

After letting Kushina take a look at her son, Biwako was about to leave the room with Naruto.

"Thank You, Kushina, now let me fix the seal"

Minato immediately prepared to strengthen the Kyuubi's seal as he couldn't be careless.

"Ahhhh"

At this moment they heard a scream as they looked over and saw Biwako lying on the ground bloody all over and a person stood beside holding Naruto in his hands.

Kozuki who was outside sensed a new aura appearing inside suddenly and was surprised.

"Damn, Space Jutsu"

The only thing that could evade his Observation Haki was Space Jutsu, but he never expected the enemy to have it.

Obito was alive but the new enemy will also awaken the Space Jutsu, it was something that Kozuki could never guess.

There was no point in cursing anymore as Kozuki alerted Sakumo beside and rushed towards the delivery chamber.
