Helvi and Theo finished getting dressed and headed to the dining hall.

It was a large room with a long table in the middle, capable of seating over ten people. Theo and Helvi sat together, with Idea facing them.

“I hope you had a pleasant rest.”

“I was not tired in the first place, but the room was very nice. Both the bed and the bathtub were large.”

“Y-yes. They were both very comfortable!”

“Fufu, that is good to hear!

Their reactions, especially Theo’s, made Idea whisper ‘they definitely did it’.”

Idea gave the signal, and food was quickly brought to the table.

Starting with an appetizer, various dishes, including soup, were brought to them. When they finished one, it was quickly replaced by another.

Idea and Helvi seemed used to this, and ate one after the other without issue.

Theo on the other hand had never experienced this method of serving, and was very much thrown off by it at first.

When the appetizer was brought to him, he whispered ‘is this it…?’. Idea heard him, and quickly explained it to him, turning his face red.

Theo quietly thanked the person bringing him food every time, seeming very much not used to this process.

His face shined brightly after he tasted each dish.

“This is great, Helvi!”

“Yes, very good.”

Theo turned to Helvi and spoke with an impressed tone.

Helvi thought that while it was not a patch on Theo’s cooking, it was still very good.

Still, Theo seemed to enjoy it more, as he turned to her and said it was good every time.

They enjoyed their meal for the next two hours.

“Was it to your liking?”

“Yes! It was really good!”

“It was very well done. I have no complaints.”

“Thank you! I’m sure the head chef and the rest of the staff will be pleased!”

“I’m really curious about how it’s done and how it’s seasoned!”

“You can learn if you want. Do you want me to speak to the head chef?”

“Really!? That would be great!”

Theo seemed to be looking forward to it, as he thanked Idea with a full smile.

Idea felt that his honest character really made him a very likable boy.

There was nothing hiding behind his personality, and he was a pleasure to talk to.

“What are you going to do now? It’s late, so I figured you would prefer to be shown around the capital tomorrow.”

“Yes, that will be fine. So Theo, do you want to learn about their cooking?”

“Eh, can I!? But what about you…?”

“I have to carefully examine the room we will be staying in tonight.”

“Eh? Aren’t we staying in that room…?”

“No, we prepared that room as a place for you to rest. We have another, better room where you will be sleeping!”

Theo was a little taken aback as he heard Idea describe that beautiful, spacious room with a bathtub included as a place to rest.

“W-wow…!”

“But we still need to determine which room is better, yours or Inessa’s.”

“Fufu, I am certain I will not lose to Inessa!”

“I look forward to seeing it. Well then, you can teach Theo about your cooking.”

“Understood!”

Idea called a butler and gave him instructions to guide Theo.

“Well then mister Theo, I will be your guide.”

“T-thank you very much.”

Theo seemed nervous as he followed the butler, but still had an expectant smile on his face as he left the dining hall.

This left Idea and Helvi alone.

“We should be going as well. I have prepared a suitable room in an inn I manage.”

“Hm, there is something I want to talk about first.”

Said Helvi with a sharpness in her eyes to Idea, who sat in front of her.

Idea straightened her back a little, and responded with a smile.

“Very well. What is it?”

“How much did you learn about us from Xena and Celia?”

Helvi wanted to know about the letter Idea received from Xena and Celia.

There was little reason to hide anything, so she responded sincerely.

“They wrote about your relationship, and how strong you are.”

“…How strong do you think I am exactly?”

“The strongest person in the world, who handled Xena and Celia as if they were children even when they attacked at the same time.”

“Hmm…”

There was very little chance that Xena and Celia lied, so Idea figured Helvi truly was unparalleled, even if one searched the whole world.

Helvi sighed.

“I see. I think you underestimate me.”

“…Do I? Hum, how so?”

Idea figured she was most likely the strongest person in the world, and wondered how that could possibly not suffice.

“I am the strongest, there is no denying that. Any other being on this planet is equally weak when compared to me.”

“…I see.”

Idea could tell she was serious, and it probably was not a lie.

“I could destroy this entire world with one spell.”

“…What?”

A single spell? Thought Idea, as she wondered if Helvi could create a poison that would spread through the whole world, or something similar.

“No, I can literally destroy this entire planet with one spell. I could kick the ground hard right now and destroy this planet. That is how strong I am.”

“…I see.”

Idea could not determine if this was true or not, and also did not want to ask for a demonstration.

“If that is true… Miss Helvi, what are you?”

“I see. Xena and Celia most likely purposefully omitted my true nature.”

Jet black wings suddenly spread in front of Idea.

“I am a devil.”
