NPC into Player: Let's Wreck This Game

Bloom didn't plan to follow this elder's arrangements, as he already had his own plan drawn out in his mind. He just nodded while he then said:

"That elder is four hours away from here, you can follow me for three hours, then we have to be separated at the last hour. You have to find a way to get near him without being detected," he paused before adding, "that elder might have issued the quest of killing me and you to other players, so be prepared to be attacked."

"Don't worry, no player can touch me, no matter what!"

Bloom just smiled, as he was inwardly laughing. The possibility of that scenario to happen was nill, but Bloom had his own plans for that.

While they started moving, Bloom decided to use the forum weapon, learning from his last lesson, as he started a topic there.

"The elder of the shrine of death is issuing a quest, anyone who could kill the elder of the shrine of life will gain massive rewards. The location of the elder's of the shrine of life will be updated each ten minutes here, please follow the topic and be prepared."

He posted this thread into the forums and waited for it to boom. He had time to wander inside the forum for a bit, and what he saw really startled him.

"Bloom's secret to reach the top."

"I met players who played with Bloom, and they simply narrated these incidents. Read and learn from the master!"

"Bloom isn't a bug, he is a human, we have to kill him to prove that!"

"One of the top twenty players in the game is amidst us, we have to worship him!"

Many strange threads were in his face, making him unable to believe his eyes. He didn't know what happened, and after some time he managed to reach the threads that started this entire storm!

The threads were accusing him of hacking the game, and the official response from the game moderators and developers on these accusations. He just smiled, wryly, feeling odd about all of this. 'I never imagined they would defend me like this,' he muttered, helplessly sighing and shaking his head.

He already had some admiration for this game, it was really more perfect than his old one. In his opinion, this game was well thought of, and it deserved its past place as the best game in the entire world.

If not for his own purpose of returning back to the past, taking the life of a human person, he wouldn't insist on destroying this game! the lives of many NPCs would be a torture because of his past game failure. He just needed to slow down this game's obvious advancement and give his other game a chance to bloom.

After wandering the threads for half an hour, he returned to his own thread to find it exploding with replies! Many players replied there, hundreds with each passing second. They were either trying to get his favor, asking him about his own secrets, trying to befriend him, with many haters along the lines, trying to attack him and question his own thread!

He didn't reply to any, simply editing the topic, updating the current location of the elder of the shrine of life. He then waited for another ten minutes, and did the same again.

Many were doubting his words, but after a couple of times of updating his threads, the curiosity took over many, and players started to loom around the places he just updated!

New threads started to appear, with many videos recording two beings moving together, Bloom and one NPC! These videos confirmed what Bloom had just said, and Derick just wrote a thread, instigating others to go and kill Bloom, confirming the words of Bloom regarding the quest from the shrine of the dead elder.

Despite being a hater, he had helped him a lot in deceiving these players! After two hours of hesitation, and many debates, the first wave of players coming to attack the two of them appeared!

"Be careful, esteemed elder," Bloom suddenly shouted when a team of a hundred players approached them from behind. Bloom made sure his voice would be low, so it would only be heard by the elder, not players.

"Impudent ignorant players! Do you dare to help the shrine of death against me? All shall perish, all shall die!"

He suddenly took out his scepter, waved it towards these players' direction, and a huge storm of wind erupted, hitting players and causing unbelievable damages to appear on top of their heads!

Bloom knew players of such low levels would never be able to stand a chance against this elder, but his goal was reached already.

"Esteemed elder, that distasteful elder of the shrine of death has already sent his minions to attack us! If we stay together, he will discover your presence, so I suggest we get separated, and meet at that mountain."

The elder of life glanced at him, then at the flood of players coming here and he just nodded, before adding:

"Are you sure you will be ok alone?"

Bloom didn't know if he should smile or laugh, but he instantly replied:

"Thanks for your concern, I will be able to slip easily between players."

"Good, take care then," the elder then just vanished, as he moved very fast, darting away from here. along his way, he didn't forget to kill a bunch of these players, before vanishing from Bloom's sight.

"Updating thread: the elder of the shrine of life had run away from players!

The elder of the shrine of life isn't that powerful at all, as his stamina was depleted and his defenses are very weak! Here is the video of him running away from players! to all players in the region, be prepared, I will update the location of the elder once I spot him again!"

The thread of him had caused enough stir in the forums for the next couple of hours, with many debates about its authenticity and the aim behind this thread! Bloom didn't give any care to these debates, as the more the merrier for him.
