   It is true that the book "From Enlightenment to True One" is far from representing the spiritual civilization of this world, but it is undoubtedly a fruit full of nutrition bred by the spiritual civilization of this world.

   For Ye Xiaoye, eating it, although it can't rise to immortality or even prolong life, it is indeed satiety and delicious.

   But that's it.

  Essentially, for Ye Xiaoye, it is still a "free book".

   If you take the great master as the starting point and height, the world is not an idle book, and there are few books in the world, so there is no need to be demanding.

   All the books in the Sutra Collection Pavilion will be read by Ye Xiaoye when he returns to the mountain gate in the future. One book will not be missed, and one sentence will not be missed.

  Zhuangzi said clearly at the beginning of the "Master of Health Care": "My life also has a limit, and my knowledge has no limit. If you have a limit, you will have no limit, and you're done!"

What does    mean?

   The meaning of this sentence itself is that life is limited, but what you have to do, what you want to explore, is infinite.

   If you use the corresponding interpretation of the book "From Enlightenment to True One", the hidden meaning behind this sentence is that in your lifetime, you have to do "important and urgent things".

  Principle 1: Time is limited. Whether it's a day, a week, a month, a year, or a lifetime.

  Principle 2: Things are never done.

   Every day, it is not necessary to finish all the things that should be done, it is impossible, even if it is possible at a certain day or at a certain stage, it is impossible to let it go.

  What you should be doing is to get all the important or urgent things done. After dealing with both, the rest, "go with the flow", if you work hard, do more, if you want to be lazy, do less.

   It is the knowledge that a practitioner should seek that can be practically applied to the "body" or "mind" to achieve improvement or promotion.

   And no matter how prosperous the world is, if the body and mind wither, then all prosperity has nothing to do with oneself.

   This is the second.

   Therefore, the title of this article is called "Health Master".

   is the title, the content, and the focus and core.

  Everything should take "life" as the center and origin of coordinates.

   Lungs and Hearts!
