Outcast Hunter

The ghoul, he feint his aim for Leo's arm and switched for his legs.

"I knew you'd try to do that"

The ghoul crouched, Leo's knee was waiting for him. He ate Leo's knee and flew away.

Leo raised his sword and blinked. He used the misty step and released his skill. The destructive and devastating slash turn the ghoul into smithereens when he was hit by the skill.

"I-insane!"

They cleaned up the corpses and collected all the magic ores. They parted ways after the job and the three headed to the the cinema.

They bought three tickets and entered the cinema.. It was a romantic horror comedy.

"That was really scary and romantic at the same time"

"Yeah, the way the guy saved her beloved girl, I'm jealous!"

"I'm famished, let's go ear something good"

They went to a class restaurant. It isn't so bad to eat at an expensive restaurant from time to time. That's what Leo thought.

Leo let them ordered whatever they like to eat. The twins didn't hold back and ordered what looks so good.

The waiter served the food and fill their glass of wine.

"Drink, drink, drink. Seconds!"

Hazel downer the wine in one go and asked for another.

"You're not supposed to drink it like that. Fill her glass please"

It was filled again and Leo taught her the proper etiquette. As for Maeve, she's behaving herself really well.

"Delicious!"

"I'm full! Buuuurrped!"

"That's not really girly, Hazel"

"Let her be, Maeve. She looks like she's enjoying herself"

They still have one more hour left before going home. They were walking when they stumbled upon a cake shop.

"Ohhh! Looks delicious!"

She flattened her face on the wall glass. She was trying her hard to see the tempting cakes.

"Let's go inside. I was thinking of what to bring home"

They entered and scan through the glass, where the cakes are held. Different flavors of cakes and shapes. There's a circle, rectangular and heart-shaped cakes.

They picked out what will be to their taste and paid for it. They bought three different shape cakes.

"I can't wait to eat this!"

"We're home"

The siblings were waiting at the front door and welcomed them home.

"Let me get that for you, your Excellency"

"Please do"

The twins were running to the kitchen. They put the cake on the table and took the knife. They cut it into three slices and plated it.

"Here, master Leo!"

Hazel offered the sliced cake and the three of them ate together. The siblings called the others and shared the remaining cakes together.

The siblings had woken up, early in the morning. It's their turn to share time with Leo.

"I couldn't sleep, thinking about our hunt together with his Excellency"

Bags were under his eyes.

"I slept well! The reason must be because we're going on a date with master Leon"

Lilith was pretty energetic. She and his brother prepared the breakfast along with Tom the lunch is prepared by Drago and Zest. Despite their cold and loud-mouthed manners, they are a pretty good cook. Dinner's prepared by Khione alone. She knows well about cooking and cutting, things.

"Your Excellency, breakfast's ready"

Jun woke Leo up along with the others. Thy ate together, no one's left behind or eats first.

Both of them nodded their heads.

The raid leader lead the attack force inside. The leader's a known figure, his guild's a top guild in the Philippines and has been maintaining their position for three years. Recruits have been a lot lately, they accepted hunters who they think as worthy.

[Savage Centaurs]

Centaurs were holding an double-edged axe. Four of them were scouting the area, where enemies might appear.

The leader of the raid, didn't like the idea of a surprise attack. He wants to fight head-on.

"Hey, monsters! Over here!"

They stiffened and became wary of their surroundings.

"Humans! Slaughter them all!"

The fact that the leader didn't like to make a surprise attack, it just prove that he's a real warrior.

"Fight!"

"Aren't we gonna help them, your Excellency?"

He shook his head and watched how the attack force take care of the centaurs.

They handled the centaurs well. They team play has no flaw, it's almost perfect to kill a boss, easily.

They were able to kill the centaurs so easily because of the assassins who took the blindspots and went for the kill.

Even if they fail, mages are there to finish the job.

"We'll be watching till they are not able to kill the Boss"

They proceeded as per his orders. There were three holes, there's a sign that all paths leads to the boss' room. It's just that, traps and monsters are set up.

"Mages, can't we scan through every hole?"

They were shaking their heads. Searching the holes were impossible. They don't have the skill or some ability to scan through.

'If they are looking for the best way in, the middle's the safest route'

"The middle, that's the safest path"

They turned their heads and were in doubt of what he said.

"And your reason? How sure you are"

"I have a keen senses. I could feel presence from both sides"

They are still doubtful of his words.

"If you all are that afraid to go inside, we can take care of the Boss at the very end of this holes"

"Don't be ridiculous! Are you mocking us!? We're the Spear of the Warriors guild, we will not falter at such puny traps!"

It seems his words were able to make them took the middle path. Leo let them head first, he wants to take care of the monsters at both sides.

"Their souls, I don't want to waste them. Let's at the left first"

Traps were everywhere. And when they try to avoid the traps, centaurs would took the opportunity to attack.

The siblings were on their bat forms. Leo leaved the centaurs to the siblings.

'Their presence's slowly fading, one by one. Something wrong must have happened to them'

"You two, let's hurry! The others are in danger"

The centaurs were no match to the siblings. Having been buff by Leo's blood was a lot of help to them. They could feel the changed inside their body, and they are feeling connection to Leo.

Leo went ahead first, whilst the siblings took care of the remaining centaurs.

'They are all dead!'

The slaughtered body of hunters were scattered all over the room. The centaurs were enjoying their selves.

"Another human is here! Kill him!"

The centaurs attacked Leo at the same time. His sword's skill has two charges left. He wants to conserve it as much as he can. Who knows when will powerful enemies appears.

"You guys did them dirty"

He increase his speed and aimed for the centaurs legs. He want to torment them first before killing them. He cut their legs off and took out their guts. The others suffered the same treatment, in just a few minutes, all of the weak centaurs' dead.

"Gruuuu! I'll admit that you''re strong! I can feel my legs trembling!"

"You've scattered their bodies everywhere and played with it. I'll do the same to you"

Leo's pretty pissed about what the centaurs did. It was gruesome, they were brutally killed, the hunters.

"I'll use my hands to tear you slowly"

He stored his sword back inside his inventory.

"Now, shall we start?"

Without much further ado, Centaurion attacked and trying to strike Leo down. He's angered by what Leo said.

Leo's elegantly dodging his attacks and was striking his legs back. He's hitting the same spot, over and over again. Centaurion loses his balance and kneel on his front legs.

When he came to it, Leo was clenching his fist tight. The heavy, forceful hook of Leo had pierced Centaurion's body. He wasn't intending on making hole on his body.

"I put too much force"

"Gruwah!"

Centaurion vomits blood. Leo threw his axe away and grabbed both of his arms.

"You wouldn't mind if I rip these off, right?"

Leo used his right foot to stopped Centaurion's body on coming off too.

He tightened his grip and ripped off both arms. Centaurion cried in agony. He tried to bite Leo, but Leo headbutt him.

"Next id your legs"

"N-no! No more!"

Blood spurts from his wounds and he was agonizing about his arms and two legs getting ripped off.

"Please... just kill me"

"Heh, I didn't know that killers could shed tears too"

He ripped off the last two legs. Centaurion lost his voice and he looks half-dead. Blood won't stop squirting from his wounds.

"Master Leon's pissed"

The sibling had already taken care of the monsters that were hiding on both sides . All that needs ro be done was the cleaning and collecting.

Leo picked up the vegetable Centaurion and threw him into the air.

"For the final blow, hoe about a nothingness?"

He focused all of his mana to his right arm and turned Centaurion's body into dust.

"Let's leave after I collect the souls of the dead. I'm thinking of going to an amusement park, or a zoo will do?"

"Both, master Leon!"

They reported what happened inside the dungeon. The Hunters' Agency sent some personnel to retrieve the hunters' dead body.

"This feels nostalgic"

Leo, his brother and his mom, they used to visit the amusement park, a lot. That brought back a lot of good memories. When his mother was still with them, their memories of the past.

He felt his tears running down his face.

"Ehh, I'm crying? I must have missed Mom, so bad"

"Master Leon, are you hurt? I could feel that you're sad"

"Big sis, his Excellency's happy"

He wiped bis tears off and went inside the amusement park.
