A Mob Examinee's POV

Suddenly he hears the woman beside him scream. Then, he cannot feel his body anymore. And his vision went horizontal before he blacked out.

(H-huh? What happened?) (Mob Examinee)

That was his final thoughts before his head fall to the ground. Until the very end, he didn't realize that he died.

Sai's POV

After beheading the examinee that is fantasizing about something, I immediately cut the neck of the woman that screamed.

The crowd around me look at the source of the scream earlier, after seeing the corpses on the ground, the people panicked. There some that fell down, some ran away, some accessing their system terminals in search for something that can protect them, some charging at me with their b.a.r.e body, and some that got their weapons and taking an attack stance.

I beheaded first those who charged at me, after that I chase down those who ran away and killed them. Ignoring those who are chasing me and the ones with despaired expressions, I continue to kill those who are running away. They seem to forget this announcement:

{There will be a barrier to prevent monsters entering and examinees going out of the base camp. The barrier will last for 4 days. Please use that time for thorough preparations.}

(Even though it is much better to leave alone the ones that is trying to escape, it will be troublesome if they calmed down and cooperate with each other.) (Sai)

Assuming that all base camps also have the 4-day barrier, it means I need to maximize the usage of this opportunity to strengthen myself. After killing the 5,000 examinees, I need to rush to the next base camp and kill the examinees there.

Ignoring the barrage of announcements made by the system terminal, I continue the massacre.

There are no examinees running away, instead, they are cooperating with the calm ones before and now are a little composed than earlier. That took a while than I expected, however, that is useless. I rushed to the leader, killing everyone in the way. I grabbed the dagger in the corpse, and I throw the dagger aiming at his forehead. With my stats being boosted by skills, the speed and force of the dagger when I threw it, was enough to hit the leader before he can even defend himself.

In order to prevent a second leader from appearing, I killed the ones that stays composed. A leader that is not composed is not a leader, killing the composed ones eliminates proper coordination and logical orders.

I didn't even know how much time has passed since I started killing the examinees. Without listening to their cries of agony, pleadings for their lives. Not responding to their questions of my humanity, curses of my damnation, and declaration of gods and deities coming to judge my sins. I continue to kill them.

And before I knew it, I already killed the last examinee. I took a look at my surroundings. The plaza has been dyed red. You can see corpses everywhere. Some of those corpses are beheaded, some have their upper and lower bodies cut, some have their internal organs dragged out, some have their heads or hearts stabbed by weapons, and etc.

Not minding my blood-soaked clothes, I inquired the system terminal for the time that I spent killing the examinees.

{The host has spent five hours exact in killing the examinees.}

"I see. Thirty-minutes rest is enough to recover. After that, I will proceed to the next base camp." (Sai)

"System Terminal, open all Examination Gifts and Beta Testing Packages. And set the coordinates of five teleportation crystals for each base camp, except Central Base Camp." (Sai)

Thirty minutes has passed. Sai done some warm ups before crushing a teleportation crystal.

This time his destination is the West Base Camp. And just like what he did in the Central Base Camp, he killed without warning and no one is spared. The time he spent in killing the examinees in the West Base Camp is one hour and thirty minutes.

And doing the same routine, he killed, rest, and kill once again.

South Base Camp Examinees were all killed in one hour and forty minutes. South-East Base Camp Examinees were all killed in one hour and forty-three minutes. East Base Camp Examinees were all killed in one hour and twenty-nine minutes. North Base Camp Examinees were all killed in one hour and thirty-seven minutes. And, North-West Base Camp Examinees were all killed in one hour and ten minutes.

After the massacre he conducted, Sai teleported back to Central Base Camp. He saw the scene of carnage, the proof of his deeds gone. The Plaza was the reverted back to what it looks like before he killed everyone there.

Not caring about it, he proceeded to the inn and took a bath. He changed his white school uniform with a black one. Exhausted from the routine he did, he laid on the soft bed to get a decent sleep.

As if he went to an everyday routine, he sleeps peacefully.
