Paranoid Trap

“No. I’m at home. I just need to rush back.”

He said, “It’ss easy to catch cold in the rain if you went like that. Take it.”

“But what about you?”

“I can manage myself.”

Nian Gao curled up her fingers and tightened her grip at the umbrella handle. “Thank you so much. I’ll return the umbrella to you tomorrow.” then she got off from his car.

As soon as she opened her umbrella, she quickly looked at him through the window.

The window slowly lowered, revealing Jing Xian’s face, “What’s the matter?”

“Be careful on the road,” she said with her cheeks burning, she then turned away.

Her figure gradually blurred in the rain. Because of the fast speed, water splashed her feet.

Jing Xian watched her disappear inside the apartment building. He raised his eyes and focused on a specific window on the sixth floor.

His slender knuckles struck the steering wheel twice and he turned the front of the car.

The car drove straight into the rich area of Jiangcheng and stopped at the villa near the river.

Jing Xian leaned gently against the sofa, picked up the remote control board and turned on the TV.

On the wide screen, the girl who was magnified several times was wearing furry white cat ear muffs, with white cheeks and slightly fleshy, slightly red nose, and a pear vortex looming at the corners of her lips.
