Chapter 43 - Kalmin (Pt.4)
Kalmin flinched at her request, the throbbing on his back served as a reminder that he had something Annabeth was not going to like once she saw it. But it wasn't in his place to refuse to undress, the scars on his body and mind showed a clear line between the two of them.
"Yes," he humbly replied and began to take off his clothes.
"My family went shopping in town yesterday and I found this really nice outfit I thought would look splendid on you," Annabeth began, picking out an outfit hanging in her wardrobe, "My sister's refused of course but I still got it, and a few more with it."
"Ah, yes, the trip you were looking forward to for a while now," Kalmin smiled. She had been talking about finally leaving the house for days before and wouldn't stop grinning whenever she thought of the sugar-coated pastries she would buy. That part of her was so unrealistically cute that it was probably one of the reasons why he held on to those forbidden feelings, that and some other fact he wouldn't dare to admit to.
"Your good memory never fails to amaze me," Annabeth chuckled, "I saw the outf- what is that?" Her eyes zeroed in on a spot on his body.
"Huh?" Kalmin looked down at the spot and instinctively covered it, "I- I'm sorry, your sister… yesterday… I didn't follow something she asked an- and."
Annabeth frowned her lips twitching, "who did this to you?" Her eyes ran up the new strike marks that flashed on his back. Each one dug into his skin, and left behind a familiar mark, "was this Marie? DID MARIE DO THIS TO YOU?"
Kalmin trembled at her tone, he knew what was next but wished he could run away. Annabeth threw the outfit onto her bed and walked to her mini desk behind her bed. There she dug into it and pulled out the item that gave Kalmin wake up from his nightmares on the cold dirty and hard ground with a pool of sweat soaking him.
"Annabeth, please don't," Kalmin begged slowly retreating into a corner.
"Why did you have to refuse her? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO REFUSE WHAT SHE ASKED?! COULDN'T YOU HAVE JUST SHUT UP AND ACCEPT IT?" Annabeth yelled, tightly gripping her whip and slowly approaching Kalmin.
"I'm sorry!" Kalmin sobbed, falling to his knees at Annabeth's feet, "I- didn't want to do that with her… I wanted to save it for you."
Annabeth's face relaxed for a second before frowning again, "so? SO? INSTEAD, YOU LET HER COVER THE MARKS I LEFT ON YOU WITH HER DIRTY WHIP?"
"I- please spare me, my lady, my back might ble-" Kalmin began.
"SHUT UP!" Annabeth screamed, slamming her whip into Kalmin's back.
"AHHHH," Kalmin yelled.
"How dare you? HOW DARE SHE TAKE WHAT'S MINE!!" Annabeth yelled, raising her hand and bringing the whip down on his back multiple times without restraint on the amount of power she used, "YOU ARE MINE."
"Yes," he humbly replied and began to take off his clothes.
